Excellent facilities, rooms very clean and decorated beautifully. Host was very friendly and helpful. Location brilliant. Would highly recommend it.

Dave and Annette was perfect hosts nothing was too much trouble for them. Me and my husband had a great stay and will definitely be booking again to stay. Breakfast was very good.

Location is great, room was lovely, breakfast cant be faulted, host very warm and welcoming Definately good value having visited Torquay on numerous occassions and have stayed in some quite expensive hotels Would return again
I would have liked some quiet backgound music (or news) playing in the breakfast room - tiny gripe from someone who doesnt like total silence!

Lovely clean room. Breakfast was faultless. Loved little extras like water bottles.
Petsonal preference only I prefer a softer bed and a front facing room would have been preferable with a bit of a view.
