The facilities, the food and it’s right at the beach. The waiters in the restaurant were so attentive.

The location is a bit far from the train station.

The restaurant staff were fantastic, very professional, organised, and friendly. It was a pleasure eating in the hotel restaurant. Nothing was to much trouble, probably one of the best hotel restaurant experiences I've had , and I've stayed in a lot of hotels.

There was nothing wrong , all good.

It is a typically Spanish hotel, especially the décor. Lovely comfortable furniture. Really good evening entertainment.

The 'hot' food at breakfast was anything but 'hot'.

Think the entertainment could have been better for the time of year

The hotel did not have many guests when we visited it so the facilities (dining room for breakfast, the spa, the lobby, etc.) were very quiet spaces. I was worried about the breakfast due to previous comments, but I think it was excellent with enough variety. I also loved the location and its closeness to the beach and to the many bars.

The lateral sea view was mostly the emergency stairs.

Nice place, good option in November with Spa, excelent breakfast. Hotel is located almost on the beach.

Ambience, Location, extremely helpful, friendly, welcoming staff. Great variety of food for breakfast and lunch. Buffet style meals was great, u could pick and choose your own choice of food. Carter on the Costa live music daily was brilliant!!! Walks on the Promenade, markets and a variety of restaurants to choose from very close by. Had a brilliant stay there. Thank you to all the staff. Will defo be back!!

It was a budget double room but the bed was a single no 2people could fit in that bed no tea or coffee in the room only available in the dining room at breakfast

Great location. Staff always kind and helpful. Rooms very clean and tidy. Same can be said for bars restaurant dining rooms and all areas of the hotel. Can highly recommend this hotel. I stay a few times every year.

Breakfast was good I referred to the streaky rashers last visit T there is no change. they are cheap and hard to eate --bite. The hotel management should consider proper rashers to keep up the standard required.

There should not be a Q at the toast machine it is annoying to be in a Q of several quests first thing for breakfast. GET more toasters for a few extra EURO I would also suggest more tea-- coffee machine as when you have got to sit down your breakfast is cold and not a good start for the day.

Our sleep- the extreem high music from Amaraguas beach party was a problem. 3 nights with only a little sleep.

Everything else was great... Breakfast was amazing . Staff was friendly and efficient.

Checking in was a nightmare not enough staff. I had to wait over half hour before being served.

Very nice and clean hotel, close to the beach. We will definetely be coming back!

The breakfast was very good and the service and waiting staff were exceptional. We really enjoyed having access to the spa. we enjoyed the pool and steam room, not forgetting the whirlpool bath. The reception staff were very helpful too.

I can not think of anything. We had a lovely holiday at the Amaragua. Thank you.

Location Is really good actually just second from beach and staff is friendly. Room was really clean and all the staff was really helpful. If you staying in MS Amaragua, don’t miss the breakfast and Dinner.

Crew was really nice , they spoke German. Thank for Marina! :) It's easy to book car via the hotel, food is delicious. Location is super great.

The sunbeds were not included in the price however it was not high season, and these belonged to the hotel.

Location right in front of the beach, Facility was great, swiming pool and staff ate the bar, garden at the pool, it is just wonderful

All you need is near the hotel. Also we were surprised that the breakfast begins offically at 7:30 but they open the restaurant doors at 7:00. So if you are going to a trip, then you can get the early breakfast at the restaurant buffee.

There should be a non-smoking area, especially around the pool, where the kids are playing. The rooms should be cleaned better. We had to leave a letter to the table, that the floor needs to be washed. They washed it only two times in our 10 days vacation. The last two days they even didn’t make the bed.

I was very pleased with the people at reception; they were really generous.

My room had no air conditioning, however, they rapidly changed my room. In addition, food presented at dinner was okay, could have been better.

The hotel is located near to the beach and its outdoor pool is also satisfactory. We were happy to stay in this hotel at a reasonable cost.

Sun loungers with towels very early in the morning , and people turning up hours later . Not fair for us going to the pool at 10am to stay and loungers covered with towels and D no one using.

We booked single rooms, the same as last year however this time the rooms were smaller, no sea view and the bath was half sized. Very difficult to get a shower or bath without banging in to the sink, towel holder etc.

The hotel is in a really good location on the beach front. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices including freshly cooked options. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The staff at this hotel were always friendly and extremely helpful.

There was nothing about this hotel that my friends and I disliked .

The amazing staff throughout all services, we were made to feel so special, especially Mum! We were truly touched!

The furniture in the room was very dated (as I read on the reviews before booking so wasn't a surprise)...please can you make it the same standards as the rest of the hotel which is very modern! I must say even though the furniture looked old, the room was always spotless and cleaned well!

The quality of the breakfast rasher. better known as streaky. For such a top hotel it let the side down. I found the hotel top class and will recommend it to my friends and others.
