Pros (+) Our bungalow location was right on the beach. The food at the restaurants was good. The amenities are all great: we used and had good experiences with the transfer service, the spa and the complimentary DVD collection. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) I guess the only downside is how far the hotel is from Bangkok and how long it takes to get there, but that wasn't even too bad since the van has a DVD player, you get to see more of Thailand, and you can stop for food or bathroom breaks.
