Pros: Old. Needs a complete renovation of interior. Wi fi also needs to be updated and strenghthened. Location and rooftop restaurant are only selling points right now.
Pros: The staff was helpful and nice
Cons: They need to update the hotel a bit it's very dated it's like stepping into 1945. They need to make the hotel like Thr terrace they have on the very top there is a restaurant there and it's the only area of the hotel that I would consider a 5. Star.they should use the style of that restaurant for the entire hotel.

Pros: The staff was very helpful, the hotel was very clean and the food was excellent.
Cons: The location is not the best. I tried to pay a -- euro bill in -- euros cash and they were unable to make change. I ended up overpaying by 2.5 euros.

Cons: They need magnifying mirror in bathroom
Pros: Location was perfect
In the charming Bay of Naples, close by the tourist port of the same name and the Castel dell«Ovo («Egg Castle«), the Grand Hotel Santa Lucia has always played a leading role in Parthenopean hospitality. The cult of privacy, the ever attentive service with its particular emphasis on detail, and the cordiality of the staff, has always set apart this refined abode which many, a large number of celebrities among them, have come to call their second home. The elegance, the carefully selected ornamentation, the furnishings in the style of warm Mediterranean colours and the bathrooms fitted out in precious marble; these are the features of the 96 rooms and suites, nearly all of them overlooking the characteristic Borgo Marinari.
Located in the heart of Naples, near the sea area, the Exe Majestic Hotel is an excellent choice of accommodation. The ten-storey hotel has 114 spacious and comfortable rooms, some of them with panoramic views of the bay of Naples and the Vesuvius. The Exe Majestic has also a restaurant and a café, four meeting rooms of various sizes and capacities, a private parking and wireless coverage throughout the hotel. The Ristorante La Giara serves creative cuisine, while intimately rooted in the Neapolitan culinary tradition. The atmosphere is intimate and discreet.
Housed in a prestigious neoclassical building that was painstakingly restored in 2013, the Partenope Relais exhibits all the elegance and harmony of a stylish hotel in the enchanting setting of the Bay of Naples
Pros: View of Naples was great, from roof top terrace, and restaurant
Cons: Bathroom was in horrible condition. Lights not working, heavy mold and mildew growth in bathroom, bathtub broken and in disrepair
Cons: Very weird vibe.
Pros: Is a different experience to be hosted in a Monastery
Cons: the location is really bad
Pros: The view is incredible; so is the building, which retains lots of its historical charm. The breakfast is ample and well done on a huge terrace overlooking Naples.
Cons: They play pop and elevator music pretty loudly at the pool during the day. The internet service requires that you re-enter the password constantly. Both of these things were pretty annoying.
A haven of peace overlooking the bustle of Naples. Our hotel nestles on a hillside above the historical city centre in a beautifully converted 16th century monastery. We have transformed the monks’ cells into 45 elegant rooms decorated in soft colours, and created a floral roof garden and pool with stunning sea views from Vesuvius over to Capri. Top-notch facilities and a picturesque location make our hotel a wonderful base for exploring the treasures of Italy’s third city.
Pros: The peace and stillness of this lovely hotel contribute to its romance. We felt like we were in a dream! We ate all of our meals in the outside dining room. Everything is white in this gorgeous hotel, including the two outdoor waiting rooms. The master chef offers many FABULOUS dinner choices, beautifully presented, every night. AND there is a full and complete breakfast buffet each morning which is complementary!
One of the most amazing features is the Sky Room which is on top of the building (with umbrellas to shield from the sunlight) and offers SPECTACULAR views of the sea with the Isle of Capri directly in front of you, the lights of Sorrento to the left and a fabulous view of Mt. Vesivius to the back.
There is a wonderfully maintained pool with full services. It would be remiss not to mention the fabulous landscaping. There are lush green tropical trees and bushes everywhere but especially outside the dining room. It is astoundingly beautiful.
Cons: We liked everything! But there is only one coffee maker which makes one small cup at a time. Not quite enough for such a large hotel but also we are not complaining. One tip: bring all of your Euros with you. Do not count on getting money in this small town. None of the banks change money and the ATM's are broken, and few and far between.
Putting you within a 10-minute drive of Ercolano Ruins and Museo Archeologico Virtuale, Marad features an airport shuttle (available on request) and a rooftop terrace. After having fun at the outdoor pool, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge. A seasonal outdoor pool and a garden are other highlights at this upscale hotel, and rooms offer minibars and room service.
Cons: We reserved 3-bed room at Kayak but they had one. The receptionist demanded extra money for stay although did not have the advertised room. Kids fell asleep in the reception room while I was negotiating with the receptionist.

Pros: Very clean and quiet room. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The location is great with easy access from the train station via the metro that's only about 10 meters away from the hotel. The staff were very helpful as well.
Pros: Room was clean.
Cons: Doing construction outside, bar not open, location OK but not great.
Located 4 mi (6.5 km) from the airport, Palazzo Turchini features a marina and puts you just a 5-minute drive from Castel Nuovo. You can unwind with a drink at the bar/lounge, and the coffee shop/café is the perfect spot to grab a bite to eat. Rooms at this upscale hotel get the details right with bathrobes, slippers, and designer toiletries.
Cons: The neighborhood was terrible= Naples looked like it was rundown with crime from where this hotel was situated. The room was small and somehow, the shower opened directly to the bed. The lights in the room were on a sensor- so if you are showering and not moving, the lights shut off within 60 seconds. on my high standard, the hotel was essentially built to try and be a 5star, but failed to get there. the beds were terrible as well- 5 star hotel, i expect a queen or a king bed that is not a stiff European bed on a board. If you want a 5star luxury hotel, its not that. But it was nice.
Pros: The Romeo is an upscale, eclectic hotel, near the waterfront in Naples. The service is generally excellent, and the rooftop pool is unusual and not to be missed. The rooms are high tech, perhaps too much so.
Cons: The overnight shift at the front desk could use some retraining - indifference seems to be the primary attitude. Naples itself seems safe and is a vibrant city, but it sure is dirty and needs routine litter pick up and infrastructure maintenance.
This family-friendly Naples hotel is located in the entertainment district, within a 10-minute walk of Antico Bagno Stabilimento Balneare, Molo Beverello Port, and Castel Nuovo. Galleria Umberto and Teatro di San Carlo are also within 15 minutes.
Pros: The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was convenient.
Cons: The Galleria in Naples was under construction and housed homeless people at night. You drag your suitcase through part of the shopping area before finding the lift to take you to the the 4th floor. It felt rather unsafe at night and loud at night
Hotel Art Resort Galleria Umberto is just 4.6 mi (7.3 km) from the airport and offers a shuttle (available on request) for EUR 35 per person roundtrip. Free perks include continental breakfast and WiFi. A bar/lounge and a terrace are offered, and rooms at this upscale hotel get the details right with deep soaking tubs and premium bedding.
Pros: Beautiful courtyard with inexpensive breakfast that is all natural and organic including traditional Italian meats
Cons: The gym facilities are terrible for weightlifting. Good for cardio.
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Poor service, and the wifi did not work for 2 out of 4 days of stay.
Pros: The Palazzo Caracciolo was the best part of my visit to Napoli. I have dreamed of visiting this part of the world for many years and without my stay at the Palazzo Caracciolo I think I would have been a little disappointed in my visit to Napoli. The Hotel was fantastic!!
Pros: Rooms and the Palatial interior Courtyard
Cons: Neighbor was a little rough but eclectic
The sophisticated decor of the 146 rooms in this stunning hotel help create the perfect blend of historic detail and modern comfort.
