Be careful if you are approaching this hotel from I-24 (from the north), it is sitting in a curve and you will completely miss the entrance if you don't exactly where you are going. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was nice and was aware that I had several family members staying there, and gave me the room numbers of all of them. Upon checking into the room, we found that the housekeeping staff had overused some type of air freshner, and the room was almost sickening from the sweet smell. The room was nice, clean, and of the average size with two queen beds. Front desk clerk will call and check if everything is fine about 5 minutes after you check-in. Our microwave did not work, and would sound an alert every minute, but we just unplugged it. The bathroom is on the small side and you just about had to stand in the tub to close the door. The pillows were thin, but one could compensate by folding the pillow over. Parking was just outside the door, and filled up quickly. Pool is really small, and is between the hotel and busy Lafayette Road, so if you are afraid of being seen in your swim suit, you will probably not visit the pool. We had no problems with the location and location was a main reason we chose this property, but it could be hard to exit the property and go north towards Chattanooga during the morning and afternoon rush hour. If you are traveling to Battlefield Parkway, south, or to Chickamauga Battlefield National Military Park, location is not a problem. Breakfast was a average continental variety. Front desk during checkout was quick and added some humor to the morning. I would certianly stay again.
Wonderful stay. Accomodations were delightful. Will stay again.
Clean. No smells. Great air. Reasonable beds. Fridge and microwave really nice people. Breakfast simple but nice. We will go again if we go to Chattanooga
This is the worst motel we have ever stayed at...not clean, did not have spare toilet paper, no kleenex in tissue holder...beds worn out..shower needed cleaning...overall it has turned me away from staying at any Super 8 motel again..and we were Super 8 card holders.....
We didn't expect too much for the price - but was very pleased. Clean, well maintained and freindly. Breakfase and free internet. Very good Mexican restaurant just down the street! Great!
nice clean hotel, friendly staff
The hotel is located very close to Chattanooga, TN and some of the great scenic areas around the city (Ruby Falls and Rock City). The room was a descent size and very clean. The staff was also very helpful and nice. There were a few issues with the room...the hotel is next to a bowling alley or skating rink and there were a lot of kids in the area. I was somewhat fearful that my car would be vandalized or damaged but all was alright. Another issue I faced was a half naked, drunk patron outside the room that kept moaning. I called the hotel staff and they were extremely helpful in contacting the police.
Cheap rate for the hotel however next time I will book at a hotel with indoor pool.
i stayed here twice so far had no problems had a great time getting ready to go back there again nice peaceful stay there every time
Decent for what I paid, but staff was rude and unhelpful.
We stayed at this hotel b/c of the great price. The front desk staff was friendly, however the room was dirty. The carpet was so nasty that after only 5 minutes of being in the room, our feet / socks were black from the grime. We were very unhappy since we were traveling with a toddler and we had to try to keep him off the floor. Had to scrub the tub before we could give our child a bath. Also there is very limited parking and we had trouble finding a place to park.
Our reservation was for a non-smoking room and we were given a smoking room with no option to change. We couldn't sleep due to the smell and we took it with us into the car.
staff professional polite accommodating hotel management might need to consider extra bug spray or changing terminator companies bugs were visible at late hour other than that very satisified with stay

Location No elevator
There was never any mention of check in time... so we had to come back 'later', asked for no smoking --- got a no smoking room but had to walk through a smoked in zone to get there. Otherwise it was fine
The bathroom was clean. The room and entire floor smelled of smoke although it was supposed to be non smoking, two of the lights didn't work, the outlets were all loose and worn out. Our devices wouldn't stay plugged in. Also, half the curtain panels were missing.
The hotel has an indoor pool. The hot waffles, which are included in the free breakfast, are good. The hotel is close to many restaurants and the mall. The king-size bed was comfortable. Fridge/microwave/coffee pot in the room were a plus. Location is awkward as the hotel is boxed in by many other hotels making it hard to find. No elevator to 2nd floor; only stairs. Staff would not give extra towels at front desk unless we traded our dirty towels; said people were taking multiple showers. ?
It was cheap! Plenty!! People hanging out in the parking lot. I think they were residents of the hotel and not just guests. There was a Band-Aid stuck to the back of the door. It was old and needed renovating. The pillows were so thin and offered no support.
Staff was excellent. Hallway smelled like weed, I complained and they came up and sprayed air freshener. Non smoking rooms are literally right next door to smoking rooms so whenever you turn on the air or the vent in the bathroom the entire room fills with smoke.

location One step above crack motel. So bad we turned around and left.
reasonable price this motel had been refurbished . there were places that the refurbishing could have been better.
The staff that checked me in was really friendly and so was the staff who checked me out. The toilet had to be plunged every time we used it. The light above the sink wouldnt turn on or it took a while to turn on. And the tv kept shutting its self off after about 15 min of being on and it took 15 or so min to turn back on.
Cheap convenient location Tiny bathrooms, one towel thin pillows. Heard everything from upstairs and around us
The price was low and the staff (owners probably) very kind and helpful. The internet worked fine and the TV was OK with 1 HBO and the normal Comcast stations. There was a functioning refrigerator and microwave. The room I had was large. The room is ill maintained. Only 2 light bulbs worked. The A/C smelled sickeningly very musty and maybe unhealthy. The carpet looked dirty and the bedspreads looked dirty or very old with cigarette burns evident. The mirror in the main room was askew and couldn't be straightened. The toilet tank had a slow leak from underneath which was fixed the same day. The front door had a deep gash.
Nothing Stopped here to stay one night passing through and it was awful. People screaming outside and fighting. The walls are so then we could hear out neighbors. The floors creak like someone was in your room when they were walking down the hall. It was just nasty. Pay a little more and go somewhere else
Good wifi connection. Staff was friendly to me. Sheets and bathroom were clean. Hallway carpeting was stained but you get what you pay for. Would book again if i was in the area and money was tight.
Non-smoking room smelled of smoke A/C was poor Help wasn't
Price very competitive. Bathroom door was all chewed up, and tv remote did not work.
then they had the netve to dismantle the stairs while we were trying to drag ourselves out of there. We had your rude staff. Horrible policy of forcing the client to come to the front desk for everything. The general unsafe broken natural of the hotel
person at desk was friendly and helpful. Did not make up for the rest roaches in the room, also smelled moldy. Sheets were dirty and not changed from previous stay. Wish I read the other reviews before staying here, this place was terrible
The maid was really helpful. For the location I understand the $---- a night price but the quality of the room damaged furniture, old fixtures, the smell and horrible parking I would have gladly paid more for another hotel. This did not meet my Choice hotel expectations.
Location was good. Internet was spotty. No breakfast, no blow dryer, no shampoo or conditioner in the room.
Very nice remodeled rooms. Floors were dirty
Location near mall and resturants Advertised with hot tub and there was only heated pool but the hot tub had been removed. Met at rudely at reception. We were about an hour early and were told abruptly that we had to return after 2 pm
Updated room...A/C worked great!..Clean Along with room rate, had to a $75 hold on my CC...
Very nice clean remodeled rooms, staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms had microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Renovations still in progress as of Sept 2016, no pool or breakfast.
The room was as expected. The breakfast was worthless. Also the listing showed that the hotel had a hot tub. That was filled in along time ago with cement. We planned to use it after mtn biking in the cold all day. It was a primary reason for selecting this hotel.
Updated recently Still updating parts of the hotel.
Great location and decent breakfast selection. The indoor pool was not warm at all. It was too cold for my kids to enjoy which was a let down because we looked specifically for an indoor pool.
nothing no pillow cases until ask for never did receive all the pillow cases pool was ice cold the pool changing room was not only dirty but extremely dirty The fan in the room bathroom was overly to extremely noisy hairs on the sheets
The staff was very friendly and went out of there way for us. Due to the bad weather we had to stay an extra day. Very good beds and nice clean room.

Okay location and extremely low price for the area. Fast-food within walking distance. Free cereal and waffles. Room smelled of smoke. Entire hotel is not level (e.g., sitting on the toilet feels like you're going up a roller coaster). Fairly dirty w/bugs to match. I'm very cheap and purchased based on price alone, but in hindsight, I wish I would stayed elsewhere.
The staff members were very helpful the room looked old and the sheets were burn and dirty
Room was not real clean, but for $*/night I wouldn't expect much more. The height of the shower head would not be good for all but kids or the shortest adults. The hair dryer in my room cut out after less than a minute. Good thing I brought one. The continental breakfast seemed fairly lame, though there were make-to-order waffles.
Nothing Old, shabby, none too clean. Parking was a nightmare. Signage was so inadequate it took 15 or 20 minutes to find it even with GPS.
Dirty sheets and cockroaches. Nasty!!
Horrible cleanliness. My comforter had cigarette burns in it. U mean to tell me u can't afford to replace it? ?
felt safe, all basics were there, staff were super nice!!! my room appeared as if someone started renovation years ago and never finished.Furniture and floor VERY DIRTY.Serious unhealthy mold problem in the bathroom. If my son were traveling with me,we would not have been able to stay there,as he very allergic.
It was in good location and easy to find. It was supposedly being renovated. The property needs more than fresh paint and new floor coverings. Towels had holes in them and refrigerator was rusted. Bed spread was stained but other linens were clean.
Just returned from trip there. I had requested 2 rooms with queen beds the site shows a hair dryer as standard, there was a holder, but no dryer in either room. I was there with my son, his wife and my grandson for my Dad's 77th birthday. I had checked us in turned on the air conditioners and then left to go to the airport to pick up everyone else. So, there was not a close inspection of the room at that time. Only noticed the hair dryer missing. I called while waiting for everyone to come in at the airport and told them of the problem and was told 'I'll tell the owner.' nothing was said about addressing the problem. We all went directly to my Dad's house and stayed until 10:30PM came to the hotel and went to bed. That is when we found out that the beds were only about 5' thick and were mostly springs. The other bed in my room had a large (put your arms out like you are making a circle) spot on the lower left hand side of bed. I called the next day and asked about moving to other rooms and was told that rooms are rented out by the week and may not be avaliable, but they would try to move us. I noticed the entire side of the hotel we were on was vacent. It was the No Smoking side. Never heard anything that day about a room change. We were there from July 17 until July 20 and had already prepaid and would have lost all of the monies paid if we did not stay there. I would never stay there again
