  Floor in room was very dirty. Carrying our heavy suitcases up stairs. It was like being in a prison cell. The “bathroom” wasn’t pleasant, and there were some hairs in the shower area. The bathroom is so small. The design of the shower, better to have something like curtain to avoid spilling the water to the whole toilet. Be aware there is no lift so if you get a second floor room you have to carry all your travel bags up two flights of stairs. It's a bit noisy. People come at all hours from their flights. No lift with all the luggage. Very low quality rooms, bathroom was a pod that you couldn’t shower in without getting the toilet floor wet too. Mould in the shower. Rooms were not soundproof at all, could hear anything happening in the building. Expensive for the quality of the rooms. The look of the building. The colour of the building. No curtains. Blind had to be either up or down, no in between. No extras. No tissues, only 2 teabags. Used all the small packets of milk on one cup of instant coffee. The bathroom size, breakfast options, no lift, and television options. The lack of an airport bus is a disgrace. It's a long walk from the terminal and not easy to follow along roads and through traffic lights. It's also not covered so pushing an airport trolley that distance (much more than the 600 metres indicated by the hotel) was unreasonable after a long flight. Added to that it was piping rain so I arrived soaking wet and with soaking wet bags. It's totally unacceptable in my view for an airport hotel to not provide a shuttle bus service. Smelt mouldy and was dated it was more like a backpacker hostel. The bed was very firm. Definitely a budget hotel. The power outlets to charge my phone did not work. I didn’t know until I woke up in the morning with no alarms because my phone had died. This caused me to almost miss my flight home. Shower. The quality of the food should be more variety. Also there was no service available to order takeaway. Had to carry heavy bags up stairs No where to keep downstairs despite staying for 8 hours Location hard to find Hard to get to/ from airport. Taxi wouldn’t come. Had to walk in rain and dropped bags many times and had to walk in road. Perhaps I should have read the fine print but for people with kids and luggage no elevator up stairs was a pain. Our air conditioner didn’t work. Pictures made it look bigger. Couldn’t even sit in the room and eat. Was hard to find to get to from airport especially in the dark. Since I had very heavy luggage it was quite tough to get the airport. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel so bear this in mind. Walking there though close is quite confusing you have to go around and under the overpass.
