Terrible on every level
The restaurant attached to the hotel is great- Corina's. I would eat there, but never stay there.
This place was awful. I'll try to keep it short. The manager was NEVER there. So if you needed anything forget it. We left early and bought another hotel. The room was disgusting and smelled like cat pee. The bed was broken and collapsed if you sat on it too hard. The sink didn't drain properly. The bathroom was so dirty you will want to leave your shoes on. After it rained a couple of days the roof started to leak into our room. They decided it was ok to do construction in the room next to us. They took our beach towels after the first day and never returned them. They used our quota of bath towels as floor rugs to dry the water and never gave us more. Bad customer service. I tried contacting a manager or someone in charge- no one ever responded. The one worker there, worked at the restaurant and didn't know how to handle any problems. DONT STAY HERE!
We immediately felt at home at Kin Ha. The rooms are lovely, the beach is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The place is like staying in paradise. To reccomend for young couples.
Location is great, just in front of the beach. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Great Italian restaurant next door.
No plugs in the room (could not charge my phone). Rather high priced for fairly basic room.
Raimundo and staff were amazingly nice and attentive, and accomodating. We were given an upgrade (due to a cancellation) to the ocean front room for the same price and extended our stay two extra nights. The food is good - especially anything grilled - with a really good restaurant right next door at the Posada Margherita. Raimundo was very gracious in responding to my endless questions about what to do in the area and his advice was well appreciated. Beds a little on the firm side, shower weak, but staff fixed it immediately when notified. The Kin-Ha has a more modern character than some of the other more rustically designed hotels, so look elsewhere if you want the rustic character. Definitely would recommend for families or couples
Policies vary by room type and provider.
