Staff were friendly and helpful.
The phone in the room was not working which meant I had to go down to reception. Although there was tea, coffee and sugar in the room there was no milk. The receptionist gave me some when I asked but only 5 small cartons which was not enough for two cups of tea each. The tea did not taste very good at all. Would recommend using a better quality tea. The breakfast was not very enjoyable. The sausage was almost raw and neither my mother nor I could eat it. It would have been helpful if someone could have helped with our luggage. My mother is 88 years old and I needed to take care of her as she went up the stairs and so could not carry two suitcases as well.
Room was shabby. Breakfast very poor
It was close to the restaurant we had booked, It had foor heating and drink facilities.
We had anuncomfortable pull down bed and the decoration was tired the furniture worn.
Central location, parking was also a bonus.
A little bit shabby, could do with renovation.
Extremely limited parking. Streets all around are in a clamping zone. Rooms basic, very overdue for a refurb and probably okay for tradesmen (which is what it was full of), advised not to come for breakfast between 7am and 8am as "its very manic" by the receptionist.
