Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, friendly staff or decent breakfast. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, such as dirty rooms, bugs, and stained furniture. Service was frequently criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, overcharging, and poor communication. The pool was often closed or not well maintained, disappointing several guests. Breakfast quality and availability were inconsistent. Overall, while the location is a plus, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, and amenities.AI-Generated from customer reviews
