Myself & 2 adult sons stayed at Cambria Inns & Suites when we visited the Pro Football and Rock & Roll HOF's. The room was clean & well appointed, service was excelent, staff friendly & AM coffee great. I would recomend this hotel. Only minor complaint, no complementary breakfast, only coffee was free. Charge of $8.99 regardless of how little you might want to eat.
Almost everything was great!!!! Hot tub and pool very small and the 8.99 charge for the breakfast buffet when it should be included on the price of the room considering the price of the room.
The bathrooms were excellent. Clean. The lack of food in the refill room for a person who gets in late at night and needs something to eat.
Clean and quiet
Clean, well appointed rooms. Friendly & prompt check-in. Comfortable bed. Convenience to airport very good.
Pool was very nice - water warm Room was nice for the type of hotel it was - not luxurious, but very satisfactory Inroom fridge & microwave in every room Very quiet - no noise disturbances from hallway or other guests, and they were sold out Breakfast not much - waffles, breads & rolls, cereal, yogurt. Not much else - no proteins Pillows were small and flat
Price was the best around, it was directly off the interstate. It was also clean an new. TV in the room wasn't HD.
Nothing Unprofessional staff, drugs and stragglers
The pool was open late just for adults which was a nice way to wind down. The service was very kind and hospitable. The breakfast was fresh. The decor was older
Water pressure I prepaid, but they sold all rooms including mine when I arrived. I waited 30 mins while the receptionist cleaned a room that another guest had complained was dirty. Another guest complained they had bed bugs in their room, and they were offered a room voucher and were sent on their way at 1am because there were no more rooms. No other compensation. Terrible.
Location next 2 walmart n Dennys
I like the staff they were very polite, informative and down to earth. the heat was already on which I liked because my 2 year old was complaining about the cold. the bed was clean and comfortable. housekeeping was nice. there was no hygienic items such as shampoo toothpaste and etc. there was no TV Guide so my 2 year couldn't watch cartoons because the channels changed so slow she and I were frustrated. no vending machine on 3rd floor. being all the way on the 3rd floor to being with.
Remodeled rooms Clean Location & access to Akron-Fulton airport Rooms were a little small (cramped)
Room was clean and perfect size Alot of noise outside around 3am-3:30am
LOCATION AND CLEANLINESS
Staff was courteous and helpful Bathrooms were tiny
They never refunded my deposit
The staff went the extra mile! They were always polite, helpful and professional. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and clean. Unsupervised child was horrible. They were diving, doing backflips any just being down right rude. I understand you will get splashed but I got ambushed! They clearly did not want me in the pool. I went to tell the front desk but they were checking in a team sports team and were swamped.
Clean. Nice people. Decent location. Price was good. AC seemed to blow across the bed....
It was a pleasant stay with friendly staff and a clean room. With a good breakfast, a newspaper and hot coffee I was a happy traveler.
I was comfortable. The price was appropriate. I was happy with the condition of the room.
We stayed the night of our wedding here because of a very early flight. The front desk asked why we were staying and after we told them they quietly upgraded us to a sweet with a large whirlpool tub. It was a wonderful surprise!
The pool was very clean, breakfast was very nice. All staff very helpful. Loved that a mcdonalds was 100 ft away within walking distance. Would recommend to anyone. We had to cancel one of our rooms the day of arrival and staff called and took care of it with Booking.com with no problem.
The staff was awesome. We accidentally booked our room for the wrong day and they kindly make the correction when we arrived and rebooked us for the correct day. the pool area was nice and clean as was the hotel room. I would defiantly stay here again.
We stayed in a King Suite. Extremely beautiful interior decoration Front desk staff was polite and professional, but cole and unsmiling.
Everything Was Great :-) N/a
it was easy to bbok The parking lot was a little rough. Lots of work guys ogling the women coming and going.
Friendly staff, Clean and neat , updated. Nothing at all
Room was comfortable, nicely furnished, good breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable, and I slept well. There were stairs, no elevator. The heater at lobby entrance was loud when it kicked on making it difficult to hear the clerk. The pillows were half size, not as good of quality as the bed, a disappointment.
courtesy of employees, location, price. no problems.
The location and the quick check in. Not really.
Front desk person was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and up to date. Nothing

We had dirty wash rags and towels in the room we went out and bought towels and wash rags to use. The room had an odor to it also
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The towels were clean but still wet. The orange juice at breakfast was 99% water and only 1% orange. There was no elevator.
No friils, but clean and comfortable enough.
When on business I normally stay at the local generic Hampton Inn, but I decided to go upscale this trip. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is new, clean and sophisticated for a small town. Reminds me of a nice hotel in a metropolitan city. The price was a little bit more than a "Hampton Inn", but worth it. I would not recommend this hotel for families or kids. It is right in the heart of restaurants and bar scene in Kent. Would stay again if I have the chance. As others have commented, the walls are thin and I could hear people in the hallway having discussions late at night.
Hotel staff were attentive to us the entire stay, which included welcoming a lot of wedding travelers. The hotel is fresh, new, and centrally located to Kent and KSU. I highly recommend it!
I think the hotel could offer a little better breakfast than simply a continental breakfast when you consider what they charge for their rooms. i didn't know hotels still only offered continental breakfasts.
Beautiful river view every morning at breakfast. Room was a great space with 2 tvs, separation b/w bed & rest of suite. Clean. Courteous staff. Courteous staff with exception of one hostess (Sunday 11/13/16, 10am) at the restaurant who didn't seem to know how to greet me. Not sure what that was about.
Loved the small wet bar with a sink and the fact the suite had doors that closed to a separate living room. These two things make traveling with an infant so much easier! Also very good food from the restaurant downstairs. THe surrounding town is quaint and there is plenty of green space to walk your dogs and stretch your own legs after a long travel.
The Sheraton at Cuyahoga Falls was great. Rooms are super clean and really well put together. The staff was super friendly. I really like the overall feel of the hotel. Will absolutely be back.
Pets allowed, and they were very friendly about it.
The restaurant at the Sheraton, Beau's, was exceptional. The food and service were above expectations, but the highlight was the view! The restaurant is positioned over the Cuyahoga Falls and the it is the most relaxing scene to dine by. Wonderful!
A very enjoyable experience. Room was very clean and all the staff very friendly. Beautiful outside area with the cascading water. Very nice pool. Great room service. Very nice restaurant & lounge. Nothing really.
The bed was very comfortable.
I liked the staff they were nice people and very helpful when I needed anything they accommodated me. The level of noise out in the parking lots was pretty bad and there were drunk guys coming into their rooms at all hours of the nigot and that got old quick.
Bed was nice an comfortable, nice variety of restaurants The bathroom wasn't clean. Visible tub rust.
Very clean room and bathroom. Quiet and safe. Small room
I came to this room because i knew it was clean from the red roof inn in my city. I had a death in the family and me and my family stayed with you all. I wasn't very happy that I was told I couldn't even smoke outside my room on the balcony
Well equipped room that was clean and neat. Convenient location. Semi truck parked outside that ran refer unit all night. Inconsiderent guests that talked and yelled till 2 am.
clean no issues or problems no place to eat other than fast food within walking distance, but not the hotel's fault. be nice if the hotel had a restaurant inside of it to make up for that lack.
This hotel had a great spread for breakfast. I was full and ready for my trip back home.
There was a hotel employee who was the most professional, hard working and 'person' friendly person I ever met. You need to clone him and hire 100 more just like him. Made my stay that much more enjoyable. None.
Quiet, nice rooms with great beds and pillows, and very friendly staff.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. No matter what time of day, they acted like they cared.

When first arrived was given a handicap room. Went back to desk and she was very helpful in finding us another room. Also liked that you get a hot breakfast included. No
Got charged 3 times. Even though they told me I wouldn't be charged until after our stay, they charged us 3 times before we even checked in. They fixed the 2 extra chrages, but that still left our account negative. We weren't paying for the room, so we were going to change 5he card to have it charged to. They refunded 2 of the 3 payments, but the 3rd is still charged on our card.
The hotel room was clean and large. It had a nice kitchen which was nice, and had a free laundry facilities. Which you do not see often at hotels. The breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. Please hire more staff. When I came to check in to my room, no one was at the Front desk. I had waited 10 minutes for someone to show up and greet me. The gentlemen told me they have been short staffed.
Was driving my parents back from their stay in Florida...we were tired and in need of a break...staff went above and beyond...made sure we had all we needed....made sure we were taken care of....room was clean, freshly updated....wonderful stay!!!
My only complaint is that there was a $70 pet fee that I couldn't find any mention of when I made reservation.
Well appointed, comfortable room
Location Ball court by room.
Great location. Close to restaurants, groceries. Great health food store close by. Difficult to get to turn when exit from 77 south.
Friendly helpful staff. Convenient location. Amenities. Value.
Staff were very nice and attended to all needs very quickly. Breakfast buffet was very satisfying. Cleanliness was impeccable. Rooms were spacious. Price was right. I am totally satisfied. The physical features of some of the units could use some TLC, but that's a very MINOR issue.
Clean spacious room. Very nice staff Reserved thru Kayak & getaroom.com. The motel had no record of my reservation. Ended up having to pay again and am trying to get a refund from getaroom.
The rooms were very nice and spacious and the service was excellent. For some reason I was booked for two rooms even though my online receipt said 1. The name on the second room was a misspell and it wasn't my phone number either.
Nothing Our receptionist was fake and unreliable. There also was blood on our bed sheets and the front desk did nothing about it.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and spacious. No fan in the bathroom. One side of the sleep number mattress wasn't working.
The chef made me salsa from scratch when I asked if they had any!
Great location! The Belden Village area has everything you would ever want and need.
Breakfast was not served timely at 10am..we waited after bein seated for at least 10 minutes without drinks so we left and had to pay for a breakfast at a restaurant which cost us $35 at scramble Marie's
After getting into our room it was okay. The check in time was at 4pm and check out was at 11am. That is not even 24 hours. I stayed in a 4 star hotel and they let us check in early. We had been traveling all night long and part of Saturday until we where able to check into our room. Unhappy!
This hotel is currently under construction but that did not take away the wonderful stay that I experienced here at the Belden Village Holiday Inn. I never heard any of the construction noise. The staff was very accommodating meeting my needs.

The position is good to close the airport, and having bus to send guest to airport. Nothing special not to like the hotel
The location and the fact there was a bar with a live band in the hotel
Under renovations ... Noisy
Staff was incredible (very accommodating; had my key ready to go at check-in; answered all questions). The public areas were new and extremely open. The room that we had could use a bit of updating to reflect the hotel rating and the amenities that are expected of a hotel of this type. One of the biggest issues are a lack of electrical plugs near the bed stands for charging personal devices.
The three front desk staff were fantastically friendly and helpful. Need to fix the south door card reader.
The young girl that checked me Jan went out of her way to help! Sweet and represented the hotel well!! The trainee with her should have never been hired!! Did not know how to work with people and make them feel at home! Home 2 suites were very cheaply designed!! Definitely not cozy ! Cold atmosphere!! Curtains instead of doors!! Will never stay again!!
Location is great for the area. Close to restauraunts and other shopping options. A few issues with the room. Water pressure was terrible an shower head came off in my hands.
- Decent breakfast in the morning - Price was good - Pet friendly - Quick to get to off the highway, though a weird access road I got a room on the first floor very near the front desk, which was nice because it was quick in/out, but meant there was a lot of traffic in the hallway, which could be loud at times.
Lobby is a throwback to the late 19th century; dark woods and chandlers accentuate the look further. I lasso very much liked the high end hotel linens that they used. Hotel was not sufficiently updated.. Needed a serious rug shampoo and hardwood walls needed polishing. As for my room itself we entered into into a very musky smelling room. I took all night before the A/C could get the humidity out of the room. Additionally, the coffee machine was broken, HD tv (Samsung) had an analog signal, no room safe, no mini bar, furniture in room was severely scratched blinds did not work correctly, beds were somewhat lumpy, and carpet needed a shampoo. Overall condition of room was fair to poor.
Staff was super friendly and polite Hotel is old and needs to be updated badly. Rooms are bare and doors stick. You have to pay for parking every night. There is no information in the room about anything (channel guide, room service, locale, etc) seems like owner puts lowest amount of money into this hotel just to keep it running.
Nice quiet room. Clean. Convenient to family. Staff helpful. Parking close by. Reasonable rates for nice hotel. Mattress wasn't that comfortable.
Clean, quiet room and comfy bed. There was a wedding there the night we checked in, but we never heard a sound from other guests. The staff was friendly and courteous. The lobby was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I thought the price was reasonable (small children eat free) and I'd rather pay for a good breakfast than get a lousy one for free. I definitely will stay here again when I travel to Akron. I really wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan.
Bad area- heroin needles along curbs around parking lot.... could not take a walk to exercise outside of hotel property.
