Oyo 4320 Hotel Aum Regency

When enter the Hotel, Night receptionist (Male) told us without advance payment, we will not provide the room. And For family I hired two Classic rooms (304 & 305), but in both room carpets dirty, one light damaged and even hanging outside, one of light not working, There is no electrical Hot water pot/tea-maker for tea/coffee. For hot water they provide from central boiler but it gives normal water not hot water because they keep on 50 Degree Celsius, which having no impact on water because coming through tap it become normal. And even continuous complain they are not increasing temperature of boiler, and responding in very ruddiness that we are here only for listening the complain, and when on angry talk and complain to Hotel's GM, then they ready to provide hot water in bucket. And there is no food menu in room, even for morning tea order they are saying it will not under complementary breakfast, you have to pay and when order they told to make tea will take 30 Minutes. And when agree to pay then waiter come with hot water with two empty cup and two packet tea and two packet milk and sugar with the bill Rs. 79 ; why taking this much time for hot water even not made tea, and why this much charges, and then I canceled it because it not reasonable price for self made tea. Then they told you have to pay whether you used or not. then I told you have not keep menu nor told previously when ordered, So why I have to pay 79 for self made tea. but they are not agree then the same complain told to GM of this hotel he said you have to pay but I insist why I have to pay its your mistake, I am not aware about price because no food menu in my room. And I told " My wife is Advocate, and she told to your hotel receptionist that we will send Notice about this whole issue, and your receptionist told send the notice your hotel." , have agree for the same. Then GM told OK don't pay for tea.
