Stayed only too sleep. Difficult to evaluate the hotel.
Ordinary hotel with pretty good brekfast.
Lovely hotel, clean comfortable rooms, helpful proprietress and a bountiful breakfast, set in the quiet, under-recognized town of Vagamos, not far from Lom. Excellent starting point for many day trips, hiking in nearby mountains and parks, rafting the Sjoa river, and visiting Jostenheim national park. The peaceful town and hotel are set in a lush, beautiful valley.
The hotel was very pleasant and clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. The hot food although excellent, could have been hotter.
the hotel is clean, good breakfast and the staff helpful
Very friendly staff, good selection of breakfast and dinner. Rooms too small and a little outdated
Everything OK: spacious room, nice view, very nice staff, good breakfast. Exactly what you expect from this type of hotel. A pleasant experience.
The reception staff were very helpful and arranged for us to check in early as we were gong on a train trip The hotel was very tatty and spread out over a large site. It needs a lot of updating before it is worth the price.
Due to the off-season the hotel was quiet and not crowded at all. The service was propmt and friendly. The reception is in another building as the rooms. Also the breakfast was in the same buildin about 100m away.
The owners are really sympathic! The place is beautiful and you don't have the impression to be in a hotel: you're lodging in a farm. The dinner is gastronomic (as well as its price). The place is a little bit far from everything. The price of the meal is too high, even for Norway and the quantities too small.
Lovely farm hotel located in queit place in mountains in a beatiful valley. Good breckfast, helpful and kind staff. Excelent place to stay with children.
Great, warm welcome, nice location, very good food
We spent an autumn-weekend at the hotel. The houses and surroundings were the best: Lovely scenery and houses from 17th - 18th century with lots of soul and history in its walls, and the rooms were wonderful with nice furniture and everything you could ask for. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the meals were the best we ever had. Thank you for a wonderful stay...We will come back!!!
overpriced, very basic hotel and service for price of 4 star hotel
Very nice location and great accessibility to day hikes of your choice. The hotel doubles as a youth hostel.
Beautiful countryside Quality of room, attention to detail poor. Example: curtains broken so could not close properly. In need of renovation.
very quiet, peaceful and friendly Excellent staff. great scenery
Very nice place to stay, with home style cooking I didn't have a street address, so it made it hard to find.
parking and garden around the motel cottage lack of communication with the hotel reception and office. very poor buffet breakfast [fortunately one may give up the breakfast without paying for it]
Very good location for all areas of interest, nice river running by, quiet. easy to find. It was a cabin for fishing and camping and winter sports, with a small kitchen which we did not need or use, also it was expensive for the facility, because of the area. The breakfast was lacking for the price
This is a nice little motel by a petrol station / restaurant that is open for 24 hours. However the cabins are very nice by a riverside, have lots of space, a kitchen. Our cabin had bunk beds, not bad but not overly romantic.
