close to the airport, but no airport/flight noise. next to the beach but back from the main road. staff friendly and attentive.
Great rooms and good rates if you book off the main holiday season (October for example). The breakfast buffet was excellent. A bit noisy in the morning. I had to use the PCs connected to the Internet in the lobby, which were _very_ slow and standard applications like maps.google didn't work at all, but the fee was 10 euros/hour (and the minimum time was half hour). When I complained, the person responsible at the reception desk replied that it was not their business and that I should talk instead to the internet provider company, although I had bought the ticket at the hotel desk 20 minutes ago (of course they didn't offer the money back!). Not the kind of answer you should expect at a 4* hotel.
Very clean Hotel, freindly helpful staff, wide choice of food value for money, easy access to beach activities available if you wanted to participate. Excellent stay.
It was a very nice hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly and the buffet was great and had a variety of food.
breakfast being referred to constantly as "You English" by the bar staff
Lovely hotel with big pool, and if the weather aint good, then there is a heatet indoor pool. We absolutly enjoyed the stay. Easy transportation with bus to Palma.
nice for kids they enjoyed the shows and mini club indoor pool was closed
Very nice and helpfull staff, hotel has his comfort but I would classify it as 3 stars. Architecture and decoration are old fashioned. But all clean and in renovated style. The breakfast is excellent and value for money 8,50 euro´s
We had a small room, with no view, too much of a hassel to complain, for 1 night. Hotel a bit old, and needs work, big problem is parking, I had to walk for 15 minuts after finaly finding a spot, and this is febuary.
Friendly staff , very clean rooms & public areas. Amazing views over Marina and to cathedral in distance. Rooms comfortable . I would highly recommend this hotel, I will be back for future visits.
The hotel was just great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We wanted to rent a car, they arranged it. We wanted to find something, they knew exactly where we needed to go. Great staff. Christmas Eve dinner was also most excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel Would have liked to be a little closer to the action. But, this is not really a minus. Where we were was quiet and peaceful
What a wonderful hotel. We paid a little extra for the sea view and boy was it worth it. The staff was friendly and English speaking. The room was also quite large and very clean. We had a wonderful stay here. If you close the balcony door from the outside, it locks and you cannot get back into the room. We were trapped on our balcony for quite a while before we could get someone's attention. Makes for a good story, though.
The view was wonderful. Our hotel was close to several restaurants and shopping mall. The Cathederal was a 5 minute drive. There was an oversight on the daily housekeeping staff. I notified the manager and housekeeping was at the door within 10 minutes on Christmas day.
Good views, clean rooms, close to modern shopping centre and easy access to main street via lift. Having nothing done about the reported fault with the tv therefore preventing us from watching any of the films at night. As I have arthritis I need to rest after an active day.
Good for winter visit, was close to shopping area but not close to beach although easily accessible by bus. Indoor pool smelled like urine
The view of the marina and Palma city from our balcony was stunning. There was also an excellent choice for breakfast. Slightly to far from the city although there was a regular bus(No 3) available at a cost of 1.25 euro's per person.
I found the staff very plesent and were very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent value. I found it a little far from the city, however the frequent bus service made up for that.
The views from the hotel are magnificent. We had breakfast in the hotel twice and dinner 1 night which was very nice indeed, plenty of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we thouroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location and view Service and food
stuff I expected that there is bigger and better gym
Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms with great attention to detail - especially accessories provided in the bathroom. Could have a better selection of english entertainment channels on the television.
the service food at the pool
Great staff, great breakfast, nice pool, great location. Great room - we have a room looking at Tito's, a very popular night venue, open until late in the night, but the sound isolation was great, so we heard nothig!
The room is very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff impecable. The water pressure of the bathroom .
wonderful pool breakfast was overpriced and the fitness room was non-existent
The staff were fantastic, so accomodating, and the views from the rooms were so beautiful (sea-view rooms). Our only complaint was the room cleaning - it was a bit shoddy, wine glasses were left as they were without being taken away, the room was turned down with no attempt at making anything else right - in all just a bit of a quick and unprofessional job for a 5 star hotel. This was the only thing though, the whole hotel was amazing otherwise and we would definitely go back again.
Wonderful stay, very pleasant front of house staff, very comfortable room. Let down a little by poor housekeeping over the four nights.
I love the Victoria. The friendly staff, immaculate surroundings, nothing is too much trouble for anyone.
Location, rooms excellent, comfort, people, employees great no
Convenient for ferry terminal and access to motorway. Nice gadens and pool. Long way from City centre. First room TV did not work, had to be moved. No sheet change in 6 days. Very expensive breakfast. I do not think it was worth the 64 Euros a night we paid without breakfast.
The genuine friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, the biggest asset. Lack of a lounge bar in which to relax, and the near alcohol-free contents of the mini-bar.
Just perfect !! I recommend it at 100%
good service, central and we had the pool for our selfs the cafe was poor serviced
The interior Decor The outside appearance
Particularly liked the pool and garden area. Found it very relaxing. Reception staff were very helpful, the service in the restaurant area at breakfast was also very good and the staff pleasant and helpful. I didn't like the fact that often there was no one to serve you at the bar area.
Please write at least 15 words The bathroom could have been cleaner- hair in the bidet!! Not good!
rooms nice and modern plus good size. halfway up a mountain so unable to walk anywhere really but taxis cheap enough, pool 90% shaded with trees so unable to sunbathe, no background music in hotel anywhere which would have given it a better atmosphere.
The design of the hotel the wardrobe was too small and practically attached to one side of the bed
The hotel is a little far from most attractions in Palma, but taxi was very cheap and easy to find so it wasn't an issue. Nevertheless, for what we paid for the room it was a pretty good deal. The hotel wasn't attractive from the outside and the bar area seemed cold and un-inviting.
Room was ready at 11.00H instead 15.00h.Clean. Quiet. I had a room a little bit at the end, no view!
Position of hotel and location The front desk staff could hve been a bit more knowledgeable about tours.
Sea view, balcony Lack of the hotel territory, poor vegetation around
old and not a 5 start level
Nixe Palace was perfect for our weekend away and we cannot wait to stay there again. We arrived to cava and fresh fruit in our room and that level of service continued throughout the stay. From yummy food in the bistro to the delightful spa to the spectacular views of the sea, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. For those who prefer to stay near to the city, this is a bit further out, but taxis frequently drive past the hotel and we never waited more than ten minutes for one. There is also, as others have mentioned, a bus stop near the hotel, but as the cabs were so cheap, we never used this.
Good spa facilities, nice beach, easy to get to the center of Palma and Porto Pi shopping center. Smelly room not really up to 5* hotel, very noisy if you book the room with the city view - which is actually overlooking the main street & back entry for the laundry services. Smell of savage for 4 days & we were not able to get rid off it!!!. Poor newspapers selection - no English titles. Cleaning ladies very noisy in the morning, chatting next to our room. Very souless hotel with generally poor service, without a single smile. Will not recommend to friends.
We popped over to the Nixe for 3 nights and it was a wondful break. The hotel is right of the beach and we had a huge balcony so we could simply sit and watch the sea. We ate in several times for lunch ( as the view was so lovely) and in the evening. Excellent food and service. Hotel does front onto a main road and although many shops were closed as this is low season, I suspect it might get fairly busy in summer. However, the NIxe is an oasis , with a great spa and we would definateyl stay there again..Bus cost 1euro to get into Palma 25 mins away. Road at front of hotel could be busy in Summer. Cannot walk very far along sea front as beach fairly short.
views and location to Porta Portals
Very friendly staff, good food, perfect gaspacho, nice beach, conviniet location very strange choice of Russian TV channel (RBC - the only one); looks like nothing to do there with children - no one playground, even on the beach
Bed was extremely comfortable and the sea view uninteruppted. The concierege were most helpful. Car parking was definitely a must There was a wedding or wedding fair on on the Friday evening and as we were right a bove the function room it was terribly noisy. Foirtunately all finished at midnight.
The stay was fully sufficient.
the room was modern There were several things - First our booking was not registered which ended up OK since they had rooms but was worrisome. Secondly, although we arrived at 1230 (after check-in time) we had to wait about 45 minutes for a room. No drink was offered etc while waiting. If you are enticed by the Jacuzzi - dont be... it is cold as is the pool - Would not stay here again although the staff were friendly.
The hotel was friendly, spotlessly clean, comfortable and has a great location in the centre of Palma.
Quiet, yet central, location. More information on hotel facilites could have been available in rooms
Great postition, Great staff, nice rooms. Hot breakfast was only luke warm but plenty of choice.
Great hotel, spacious rooms, good shower, very good value for money. Walking distance to the heart of old city center (10/15 minutes); very quiet street. Bicycles for free: great service. Spa/sauna was not working well. Very small pool.
The food was superb and I would highly recommend eating at the hotel! The service staff also bent over backward to correct any problems, very helpful. Unfortunately, I am afraid of heights and this hotel has an elevator with a back wall that is totally glass. Had I known this I would have insisted on a room on the first or second floors.
Brand new everything, great rooms & bathrooms, close enough to the city. Great Breakfast, nice little spa in the hotel. Good hotel for a city trip! Internet was down.
Staff in the front desk were extremely helpful. Good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Comfortable beds.
The health center with pool was nice to have in the middel of a big town.
relaxing, dinning, walking, great sunsets and a great hotel no free wi-if
Food was good quality. Hotel and rooms were clean. Staff agreable I payed for a triple room but the gave us a double with an extra bed, no space.
Excellent food, both breakfast and dinner buffet style were superb. Staff in general were very helpful. Rooms very clean, both bedding and towels changed on a regular basis. No children under 14 allowed. Drinks not too expensive, pool area well looked after. Excellent location, all rooms with sea view, beach only 50mts away. All guests were German meaning all staff use German as their first language, and the food and facilities were very Germanic. There were far too many young German males on stag holidays, some of them on all inclusive, resulting in singing, banging of doors and walls and shouting at all hours of the day and night!
Location of the hotel was just about perfect, away from loudness of the central of Playa de Palma, but close enough to all amenities. New hotel refurbishment really made of this hotel a nice place to stay. Missing Coffee and Tea facilities in the room. Please note that the hotel is more for elderly couples but this was not a major problem to us only perhaps seeing the 60-70 year old ladies topless, that was too much to be honest :-) even for us.
The hotel exceed our expectations. Really good & attentive service always looking to solve any problems you might have. All rooms with the sea view - really powerfull in the morning. We were staying on half board basis & it was excellent choice. Wide selection of breakfast & dinner menu. The food of excellent quality. Highly recommend. Duvet & kettle during winter stay would be much appreciated.
This hotel is great value for the money and was my son's favorite hotel out of the three that we stayed at. The staff is friendly, but Aziz, a manager stood out for his professionalism, courtesy and sincerity. Good buffet. Close to the airport, so it was convenient for us as we had a very early flight, yet was not noisy. We would definitely stay here again.
The staff was very friendly, food excellent. We stayed in an apartment and there was not facilities in the kitchen other than a few glasses and two teaspoons..matresses were very old and unconfortable and we stayed 7 nights my back is still suffering.
Very nice place to stay at. Big room, great view of the beach from room. Few steps to the beach and pool. Good variety for breakfast buffet. Easy to get to from airport (15euro taxi, 10min). Would of been nice to have wifi in rooms (only is bar/reception area).
There was no wi-fi in the rooms, just in the lobby
No airconditioning and no television in the room
The public areas were spacious and clean. The pool and terrace were always well cared for. Although there were a lot of young people, they were polite and considerate. The view from my balcont was good. The bed was not comfortable at all! Rental of the safe in the room was 25 euros, I thought this was expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
the big size of the bathroom the nose came from the streets everynight all night along.
breakfast was vry good, and the beds were comfortable.... check in.... because we had booked 3 rooms (6 pers.) but they only had 2 on the list. Ended up on seperate floors :-(
place is excellent, rooms are clean but very noisy cos of the noisy Germans..they were shouting all night so we coulnt sleep at all..
they had a pool and restaruant and bar all in one there they could have more then one drink at the bar, and then spoke more languages then just spanish to understand customers.
the location It was outdated (pictures are misleading) and extremely noisy all the time.
The only reason I booked this hotel was the location next door to our apartment. However, i was disappointed when we arrived for the cost of the stay. The facilities at The Amazonas were in my opinion pretty poor, the decoration was poor, the rooms were small and uncomfortable. I do not think this was value for money in any respect and the hotel is in desparate need of renovation
The hotel decor is slightly out dated but that's probably part of it's charm! If you want to chill out by a pool in the peace and quiet in pleasant surroundings and want easy access to the beach (just across the road), then this is the place for you! I found the prices to be a bit expencive, €426 for 3 nights in July 2010,
location and character of building excellent breakfast
The beautiful sea view room and having breakfast in the beautiful garden abd the very friendly reception staff. Nothing at all to dislike
The hotel and surrounding area was nice and quiet and it's location next to the beach and the promenade was ideal. A good place to relax and unwind in peace and comfort. The garden rooms don't have a particularly nice outlook and are not as nice as the rooms in the main hotel building.
warm welcome and friendly hotel. Perfect for beach and local restaurants.
Beach situation with charming and helpful staff. Slightly disappointed in state of garden, which could be beautiful with a little attention, and felt the outside paving and balcony could have done with power hosing to freshen it. This is the only criticism of a superb hotel. As above.
the location (next to the old city, near the beach), the architecture that gives a romantic look, even exotic, the garden with Mediterranean plants, the food, the friendly staff Room walls and floors should be finished with other materials
Lovely relaxing hotel in a nice setting. An oasis of calm along a busy coast. Very helpful and freindly. No
Good location, no need for a car, lots of bars and restaurants
The architecture of the building, the terrace, and the pool area. The staff at the desk were excellent. The rooms could do with an update, and if the pool was heated and you offered some spa facilities you could attract a more up -market clientele. The building and it's colonial style is remaniscent of south of france in the 1920s this could be caaitalised upon.
The comfortable atmosphere, easy access to the City. Our room over the entrance to the hotel picked up a lot of late night noise.
The hotel is comfortable and the location is nice if you prefer to stay outside of the downtown even walking a little. The hotel is near the restaurants and also the night life (boates). You can visit the Castel Bellver climbing some small streets and stairs. If you are without car and with baggage it is better you take a taxi. The hotel is quite near the Passeo Maritimo around Auditorium, but you need to climb a small street or stairs to get the Av. Joan Mirò and than the hotel. A hotel in the downtown, a nice place to get around without car is Pl. de Espanya.
nice rooms, clean, good location, good breakfast 2 single beds put together in stead of 1 double bed
Jacuzzi I didn't like the lack of organization skills at reception. If you go there don't ask anything by phone, go down, otherwise they will take for ever. The cleaning staff in the morning don't respect the "please don't disturbe" sign at the door (they open it 3 times, I had to ask in reception: please let us sleep
Easy access to stroll into city centre as well as the bus route to several beaches
The location is fine, even though it is not in the center of town, but taxi's are just on the corner of the street and it's cheap Not that I can think of
Good sized comfortable room Cockroach in bathroom upset my wife
It close proximity to the marina area and also the quiet location of the hotel the beds were too hard for our liking
The staff were very polite and helpful but not really friendly.
Close to beach Eggs on breakfest everyday:/
If you are after a cheap holiday at the beach then this is an ok hotel. The food was nothing special and we often went out for dinner instad of eating at the hotel.
people who worked there.Very helpful. Yes. No internet facilities. Plus no English language promgrammes on T.V. Such as CNN or BBC 24 News.
The location is excellent. They don't have a swimming or beach towel ...
our stay was good, rooms were cleaned everyday, and the beach is across the road.Would recommend the 21 bus outside airport to hotel it is next to police and fire station.2 euros per person and takes 10 mins.We paid 14 in taxi when we arrived.
Proximity to the beach, Palma and the airport. The food was excellent.
Place is good for young people, near to the beach, discos, Palma. I missed some yougurts for breakfast.
locations, food was normal room cleaning was poor
I found that they fulfilled all my wishes and also those of my friends. The rooms were clean and upon my personal request the room was cleaned even better. The balconys/terasses are amazing and big. Had a great seaview. The breakfast was good... The only thing that I really missed in the hotel was the fridge in the room. I don't know if it's possible to eventually store your food somewhere else, but there wasn't even a minibar in the room. And when we bought a cola or an ice tea we couldn't keep it cold.
The staff was very nice. Because I had a late flight but had to check out by noon, they let me store my luggage, and take a shower after I came back from the beach. The location was good also. There was only one power outlet in my room, besides the one the TV was plugged into, and it was in the bathroom. Other than that, no complaints.
Staff very supportive, very friendly.
good location close to the airport; good hotel for cheap and short stay poor room equipment; some room facilities need renovation; breakfast could be a little bit better
...leaving the last day Doesn't deserve even 2 stars
The price/value ratio is OK - you get what you pay for. Breakfast is fine. More a two-star hotel than a three star; I guess the third star was awarded in the seventies.
the only good thing about the hotel is its location - it is very close to the beach and the bus connection to the Palma city is convenient, the bus stop is right near the hotel (30 min by bus and you are in the center of Palma de Mallorca). Everything else is poor. Rooms and especially bath rooms (bath tub and WC bowl were leaking) require renovation. Breakfast does not feel fresh. However the price we paid 50 euros per night per double room does not suppose to give you more. On the other hand we saw other hotels in the area for about the same price but with much better facilities. This hotel can be OK for 2-3 days trip, not for a longer stay. I do not recommend it.
Easy to get to from the airport. Reception staff very pleasant. Breakfast receptionist - not perceived as friendly.
good value for the money a bit too noisy
Staff were nice
staff friendly and helpful
Staff were friendly, close to all amenities, and on the day i was leaving i was due to book out at 12 noon and my flight was not until 1800 i asked at the reception if i could leave my bags at the reception . The receptionist made a quick call and then came back to me and said to use my room till ready to go at no extra charge .
Very convenient location on No 1 bus route to and from airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As an overnight stop while getting to and from our holiday accommodation it was great. Showing it's age a bit.
location is perfect, near by main bus/train station to reach for the island's other destinations, personnel was very helpfull especially reception From Istanbul, Turkey
The man on reception was very friendly and very helpful. Room was pleasant and breakfast good.
My wife and I found this hotel very convenient and clean. The reception staff were exceptionally polite and gracious. If I was going to stay in Palma again I would not hesitate to rebook.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Palladium. We stayed for two nights to see Palma and do some shopping. I requested a room with city view, which I got. It was within walking distince of the Cathedral, the Old Town and all the main sites, and only around the corner from Ave. Jaime 111, with all it's designer shops - very well located and very well sign-posted.
Central location with easy access to an excellent public transport system. Buses arrive at the door from the airport. Main Palma tourist attractions are within easy walking distance of the hotel. Hotel staff provided maps and bus information.
Well located for all sights in Palma, very attentive staff.
Very good position, close to the center. Spacious rooms, good breakfast (loved the ensaimadas). Free wifi. Old worn out furniture. No hair-dryer (you have to ask the reception). Rooms on the street can be a bit loud.
The position of the hotel would have been difficult to better for the price. All the staff were friendly and helpful - don't recall better. Very pleased. Can't think of any, could have some info on the hotel facilities in the room.
Bus from airport costs 2 euros and stops literally outside hotel saving expensive cab fares. Very handy for shops and not far from all the sights. Good leasurely breakfast with adequate choice. Very helpful staff. Would revisit.
The breakfast here is truly unbelievable. A great way to start the day. Location a little bit off the main part of the area but not too far for it to be a problem. Very easy to get to and from Palma by bus. Maybe a little too close to the airport - not as issue if you are not a light sleeper. Nearly all staff here seemed a little fatigued (apart from the maids who were excellent). Having to pay extra for a kettle. Having to pay extra for a decent view. No free internet.
Friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Very comfortable and clean hotel with good poolside facilities and a very nice restaurant. The quality of the food was exceptional. We were over booked and despite booking the hotel 6 months prior to our visit were farmed out to another hotel for the first night. However the hotel staff made every effort to make up for this disapointment and the reception manger was first class. We will go back next year.
See 1 The Hotel above. Nothing
The whole atmosphere was excellent, the staff friendly, the service very good, the situation of the hotel was very convenient for walking and cycling, food excellent also - definately would go again!
This was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return very soon
Very clean with pleasant staff. Lovely decor and good food choice. Location was beautiful. It was quiet and suited s well. Very close to airport so you can hear planes taking off although this did not bother us.
Clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, nice pool area and no children policy. A possibility to take a shower and change in a courtesy room after check-out. A bit far from the beach.
Really lovely staff, would recommend and visit again
The hotel was in a great location, 5 mins in a taxi from the airport. Although close to the airport the aircraft noise was not particularly noticeable and certainly does not detract the positives from this excellent hotel. The staff were friendly and very informative about the local area. The rooms were very clean and modern and included a range of facilities hairdryer, satellite TV etc....even slippers! The quality of the breakfast was very good; there was a large range of choice including English breakfast buffet items. The quality of the food in the restaurant in the evening could also not be faulted (other than it is expensive if you do not upgrade to half board - which we didn't) therefore only ate there the once! Expensive drinks, evening meals.
The staff were excellent very helpful and our room was clean with a great terrace food was wonderful best buffet ever.
It was basic, but clean. With no lift facility to upper rooms access for anyone with cases is extremely difficult. There was no one in person in reception to ask any questions.
The hotel is situated in the center of the historic town. This is a "haunted" hotel. We stayed there for 24 hours and we saw nobody. The hotel is run by another hotel, they can watch you, you don´t can see them. You yourself have to fill in the documents and you have to fax them. They charged me € 102,- but at the entrance door they offered the same room for € 77,-!!!!! I took a foto.
Considering I never actually saw another human being during my two day stay, the hotel is run extremely efficiently. I am not a breakfaster, so I did not miss the absence of food. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Perhaps some cold mineral water waiting in the fridge on a hot day is poassibly an idea.. Appart from that I felt like I was staying in one of my own homes.Very quaint ! I was wondering what would happen to the electronic secure locking systems in the evnet of a power failure....
We only stayed for about 10 hours but loved the locatopn and character
Hotel is very small, and situated in a very quiet back street just off the Rambla and a few minutes walk from the station. Check-in was very easy and pleasant via the telephone. Nice interior decoration with antiques and lots of oil paintings.
Clean and lovely room - Central location Breakfast - Problems with digital codes to enter the room
The location of the hoteli is excellent, right in the center of the city of Palmas
accessible location, nice furniture, comfortable bed with crisp sheets. Not much atmosphere, strange not being welcomed by real person! Lacked the warmth of other small spanish hotels I have stayed at. I fell over when entering hotel due to ramp and having a heavy rucksack - perhaps they should put up warning sign by entrance door.
This hotel is unconventional, eccentric, quirky and above all utterly charming. If you want to visit the tourist spots or if you are in Palma for some serious shopping the situation of Ca Sa Padrina is ideal...everything you might want within strolling distance. We would not hesitate to return. What's not to like?
location was fabulous staff were helpful and friendly - not often seen as there is no reception at the hotel, but when complained leak in bathroom on arrival we were moved immediatley - not the room we had wanted but still a beautiful room nothing
The staff was nice and helpfull (speak english). The room was quit big, confortable and clean, and as we asked we had the view on the sea. You can hear a bit noise from other room, but it wasn't so noisy, it didn't disturb so much. It's 10min walking until the beach. The breakfast is ok. The breakfast in the week could start earlier.
The view to the sea
The hotel was good for us becauce we wanted somewhere quite when out of season, although there were more people in the hotel we almost had the pool to ourselves. One day the maid never cleaned the room, which was not a big problem has there was only the two of us and i changed the towels myself from the maids trolly. The breckfast was a little dull the same every morning, when i think there should of been a different choise of fruit than just apples, oranges and tomatoes and one day they run out of Yogurts. The bar was not open most days, no caferteria which we never read this in any adverts of the hotel. We also booked a double but we got a twin???
The best thig for us was the location - ideal for friends we were visiting. The service was poor, bordering on absymal. Information was not easily forthcoming from the reception desk and the person on duty when we needed to check out did not know how to use the computer or the card reader - and we had a plane to catch. We went to another bar because the service at the hotel bar was non-existent.
Spectacular view of the bay from the room. Lift only travels to 6th floor - carrying bags up to the 7thn floor was a strain
Staff is very amiable, the hotel location is convinient and quiet, delicious breakfasts.
Good budget Hotel in a fairly good location for both the beach and the City. Lovely pool which no one really used.Room clean with daily maid service.Breakfast the same every day but a fairly good selection.Reception staff were extremely helpful when my flight was cancelled and my husband was ill. Only English TV channel was BBC news, but then we did not go there to watch TV.Fresh coffee at breakfast would have been nice,as would have been tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Nice, clean hotel with impressive modern decor. Comfortable beds with a good quality linen. Nice bathroom. Good location. Price I payed on booking.com was 30E higher than charged by the hotel to "off the street" customers. No parking offered.
excellent breakfast sometimes the people at the reception could be smilier
An interesting hotel to stay in, with lots of art displayed including in the rooms. The breakfast and location was excellent. The spa was a nice addition after a long day. The price is fair The air conditioning started leaking and although we informed reception, nothing was done about it before we had checked out. The staff loose marks because of this as do the marks for cleanliness (which were otherwise good).
Cleaniness of the rooms Bar was very expensive
location, modern spacious rooms
Good facilities, good location and helpful staff. Loved the modern and conceptional style/layout. The view from the room window (a rear courtyard facing room) was very limited which made the room feel dark. These 'courtyard' facing rooms would benefit from some additional lighting.
great location for city break only one small lift
lady in the room next to use, were very noisy!!!
The location was excellent and the hotel very modern and comfortable. The champagne breakfasts were excellent! The bar shut at 11 p.m. which was a shame.
clean, good sized room . central Palma location . good choice of coffee and mineral water in the bar Noisy if street facing , very poor gym . Limited restaurant choice with patchy service
In general, the friendly atmosphere, the peace and quiet, and the proximity to the airport and for those attracted to beaches. The hotel environment is excellent. A big plus is the food at the hotel restaurant - albeit a limited lunch and dinner menu, the food is a must to try - absolutely delicious! The waiter's recommendation should be taken on board... We had an early flight, the staff made a big effort to ensure our early breakfast was arranged on time - brilliant. Unfortunately the breakfast and service was below expectations, compared to lunch and dinner. We also didn't have a chance to experience the "finca" as a whole due to our time limitations.
