The Exchange Hotel is a historic landmark in Vancouver. It is the former home of the Vancouver Stock Exchange. It was built in 1929, and has modern amenities. The hotel is LEED certified, and many of the decorations include repurposed or recycled materials.

The Exchange Hotel has a restaurant called Hydra Estiatorio Mediterranean & Bar. It is a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant with grilled meats, fresh seafood, lush vegetables and a 40 ft cocktail bar.

There are 202 rooms. Room options include suites, such as the dividend special suites where part of proceeds are donated. Other options include the studio, deluxe queen and the superior king.

Guests can host parties in one of the 8 event spaces. There is also a business center. On the Heritage side, guests receive natural lighting and great views of the city. The Tower side has floor to ceiling windows with views of the heart of downtown
