9.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are ridiculously well appointed! Really comfortable. Would come again!
Cons: Service is a bit more sporadic. To be fair it’s more of b&b rather than a hotel. But a really beautiful one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, unique , in a perfect location. Lovely and helpful staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great rooms and fantastic hosts.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all, the owners (Guy, Thierry, and Antoine) were superb, very attentive, pro-active in communicating before and during our stay, and always happy to meet with us. Our room, the Andy Warhol room, was superb; a beautifully appointed suite to relax. Breakfast was wonderful, freshly made. The location was great - easily walkable around the old town. It was easy to get around to St Paul de Vence by bus, and Thierry gave excellent recommendations of places to include on our itinerary.
Cons: That we had to leave :( Thank you, for a lovely stay, Thierry, Guy, and Antoine! Merci beaucoup!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything from the artworks carefully curated and displayed around the property to the room size and the fabulous breakfasts. Superb hosts that were friendly and there when you needed them. We found the bed was super comfy, the shower was great and the place was spotlessly clean. Most certainly be back in Vence in the future and will be staying here. If only more places were created like this travelling would be blissful.
Cons: Can't think of a single thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location location location!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little family run hotel in a perfect location. Very friendly people, helpful and personal service and good English spoken (which was helpful for me). The stylish decor surpassed my expectations: there’s a sense of fun to the artistic pieces and I thought the whole concept worked really well without being cheesy. We exclaimed “wow!” when we first entered our room: just lovely; very comfortable and spacious too. The perfect place for a relaxed few days in Vence. We very much hope to return.
Cons: If driving note that there’s no parking or stopping at the hotel so you’ll need to head to one of the very nearby car parks first and walk from there. It’s not a problem but suggest you work it out beforehand as the roads don’t have many places to pull over and check the map.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great ambiance, good location, cordial and helpful staff, and fun place to stay. Owner’s collection of pop art graces the walls and provides a treat for the eyes wherever you look.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful position. Large individually decorated suites with large comfortable beds and sitting areas. Good breakfast.
Cons: We were there for two nights and had to charge rooms. Both rooms were lovely but this was unacceptable when we had booked well ahead.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: overall a special place to stay.Location in Vence is terrific, great restaurant recommendations and a great area to visit.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location, beautiful room, very nice host
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful location.
Cons: I was required to pay extra 20 euro for the extra bed for the child. The owner says booking.com not being clear during the booking process despite when booking it was clearly written that the amount charged in the credit card was intended for the double and the single beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Best panorama to Cote d'Azur. Very friendly (and car lover) owner. The best hotel in the region. Fresh breakfast, full equipments room.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a really beautiful place for a relaxing vacation. We spent here 5 nights. The location was great, the air conditioning in the room worked well as well as the WiFi. The breakfast was served by the pool from 9 until 10:30. There were also several places where to sit down and read. In front of each room was a table with two chairs. We liked to sit there in the evening with a glass of wine.
Cons: The only thing I would improve was the bed. We were two persons sleeping in the double bed. It was somehow higher in the edges, due to which we both ended up in sleeping in the middle of the bed.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: An amazing location with incredibly friendly staff, would definitely recommend!
Cons: We could only use the pool area during specific hours. We had our own little garden area which was great but it didn't have the view or the comfortable loungers!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location above Vence. Very friendly and helpful owners. You really felt they cared about your experience and went out of their way to help you.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Great views. Really friendly owners and good quality accommodation. It was a bit of a hike to and from Vence on foot in the evening but we got used to it! Nice walks and drives from the property.
Cons: All good - only the mattress was a little too soft!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing: the view, th breakfast by the pool, the comfy bed. Julien was a very nice host and had some grat recommendations for us.
Cons: the road to the property is a little bit difficult but it worths.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property with stunning views! Was warmly welcomed by Julien on arrival, who also offered local restaurant recommendations for us to try! Room was cozy and we enjoyed spending some time on the terrace in the evening as the location of the property was so peaceful in the hills! Breakfast was super, served by Julien and his mother which had a selection of breads, jams, cheese and fruit! Overall we loved staying at the property and would stay again, thanks Julien and family!
Cons: We liked everything about the property, the first drive to the property is interesting if you’re not used to driving on small winding roads but you soon get used to it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Property is beautiful, great location on a hill. Stunning views. Very quiet to relax and a good base to explore the area. Everything is as promised. It is a home and feels like you are staying at a good friend’s place.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is top of the 5star. Staff super professional and their hospitality spoils you. The wifi works great. Food is superb at The Michelin star restaurant. The overall stay over met my expectations. Sad I booked only one night should have had one more night.
Cons: Could not find anything wrong at all.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service, personalized recommendations for daily excursions and for our cultural interests
Cons: There are no regular Yoga/Pilates classes The lighting in the bathroom could be better (as in all hotels: it is difficult to shave or apply cosmetics in ’warm‘ light
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The property has an incredible view both across the land down to the sea and of the mountains behind it. Its an enchanting and relaxing place to spend time.
Cons: The restaurant was very slow. The staff tries to do things for you, but just ends up slowing you down when you could have done it quickly and easily yourself. Modern luxury is not about waiting for people to do things for you, its about empowering you to do it in the easiest way possible.

Pros: A superb hotel. Outstanding staff and wonderful food.

Pros: Villa Elise is a stunning property in the heart of Vence, honestly you can't get a better location. It's peaceful and calm and minutes walk to a lovely leafy square, ideal for lunch. Domonique who helped make this home away from home was delightful too. As locals (from Nice) it was a really wonderful way to spend a week-end as "tourists". 10/10.

I would definitely recommend this place! Room was cozy with nice outdoor sitting area.
Cons: Nothing at all! I wish we’d stayed longer, as this would be a great place to use as a base to explore many places in this region.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast and Sibylle, our nice host, served drinks etc every evening. Fresh flowers in the room and a minibar with free drinks.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Firstly our host Sybill goes above and beyond any host I've ever met. The breakfast was the best we have ever had - eggs, hams, cheeses, fresh fruit, many different breads, home made cakes, croissants tea, coffee. It would have been enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the afternoon Sybill gave us a homemade cocktail. hummus, tomatoes from her garden and bread and on leaving a bag of homemade cakes. You wouldn't get this to the amazing standard in a five star hotel. The views are totally outstanding, a feast for the eyes and the smells from the flowers in the garden a feast for your nose. We felt really relaxed. The walk into the pretty town of Vence is about 20/30 minutes away and worth visiting. We are still dreaming about it and look forward to returning.
Cons: Leaving
10.0 Excellent
Pros: CasaBiba is very special - a beautiful place with a wonderful view to St. Paul Vance and the landscape and countryside around. A fantastic breakfast is served outside by a smiling and friendly Sibylle - eggs, fresh bread, cheeses, home made jam, fresh cakes - anything you could wish for. The fragrance from jasmine and lavender surrounds you allways. You may enjoy the night sky in a nice outside sitting group. The rooms are all very charming and comfortable. It is a perfect and peaceful place for dreaming people, and we would love to come back.
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the new woodburner, so welcoming as we stayed in a cold week in January. Initially the room we had was cold until the air conditioner kicked in and Andrew lent us an electric fire and extra floor rugs and blankets. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Andrew and Lorna were genuinely friendly and we really felt that they enjoyed welcoming guests to their home.
Cons: Lack of bedside rugs but these were found on request. It would be nice to have comfy chairs in the hallway dining room to sit and enjoy the woodburner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hosts beautiful villa and charming area. Really loved the comfortable beds and great breakfasts.
Cons: Nothing, all was just great.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great bed and breakfast in villa on the hillside situated in charming and quiet area a good 20 minutes walk from the old city. There's a fantastic view over the forest from the house, breakfast is fine, however don't expect great volumes. Both Andrew and Lorna made us feel welcome and gladly helped with directions etc. You just generally got the feeling that they liked having you there. Everything regarding the room lived up to our expectations - beds were great, the bath room spacious.

Pros: Beautiful scenery, clean, friendly family
Cons: 15 min car drive from Vence
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful views, big garden/outdoor area, great owner who was always happy to help with tips or anything, you feel right at home. Modern room, great shower (water pressure, warmth).
Cons: nothing! considering the location, you do need a rental car however to easily get around
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The setting and all around views, towards the mountains and the valleys are absolutely gorgeous. As is the garden and pool area. We stayed in the room with the garden view, which has a more private terrace; room is fairly large and bed very comfortable. Common living/ dining area, with large windows to the pool/ garden is also a nice place to hang around. Last but not least, the host, Madam B., was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommended!!! There’s only two rooms available for guests so it doesn’t get crowded.
Cons: Shower space a bit small. Otherwise the bathroom itself is nice and large enough.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful house and quiet, green surroundings, and fantastic view and pool. Breakfast typical french with fresh bread and croissants. On top of that a big bowl of sliced fresh fruits and different yogurts, Beatrice could also arrange some eggs for me since I am not so much into bread :) Room clean an fresh, lots of space for luggage. Small own "garden" with lights and candles. The pool area was well sized and very well maintained with many sunbeds so I suppose there will never be someone without since there are only 3 rooms in total. We were also offered pool-towels with high quality. We had breakfast together with the other guests in the common area and got good tips of excursions to do from them and also from the lovely host, Beatrice. If you travel to Vence with surroundings, dont miss to take a hike (30 mins walk) to experience a cold dip in La Cagne.
Cons: Water pressure in shower was quite low.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place with a wonderful view on the hills and on villages among which Vence and St. Paul. We had our own terrace, and the door of our room was facing beautiful garden with the sweeping pool. Peaceful, inspiring atmosfere! The hosts were quite friendly and helpful. We will definitely return!
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice surroundings. Pleasant hosts.
Cons: Was hard to find and a long way out in the suburbs. The room was not serviced. Even emptying rubbish bin would have been nice. Fresh towels after a couple of days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were a family of four adults and stayed four nights. We had such a great stay. The hosts, Beatrice and Patrick, are such a nice, friendly, helpful and wonderful couple, who made us feel at home. We will difinitely come back some day

Pros: Just loved our stay at the hotel ! Will definitely come back :)
Cons: Nothing to say, we loved everything!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Garden is lovely and really gives a serene feel, at night they light it up in warm light colours which gives it even a greater feel. Rooms are really spacious and bed size is great too. Loved the privacy of our little garden, could enjoy reading there over a cup of tea (which by the way is on the house and tastes delicious). The indoor swimming pool was great fun for our little one while we had a good sunbath in the garden just in front.
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kindly staff
Cons: The nature
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Oasis of calm.
Cons: Nothing really. If I had to be pushed then some of the function (of which there were two in our three day stay) can slightly take over the hotel. In fairness were invited to join one of them which was as good a solution as there could have been!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, The authenticity of the hotel, The serenity of the environment, The food... Everything :)
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. It is in a quiet location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff and room cleanliness
Cons: Over crowded pool area. Staff should clear personal things from loungers after 1 hour of not being used. We saw loungers ‘reserved’ and not used all afternoon. Not fair on other guests.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Dinner was excellent experience. Only let down by one rather unfriendly maitre d' and inattentive service as we received our main course which caused the whole table to wait while one of our party awaited service. However, on realising this, the head chef came to apologise and comped the whole meal, so hard to complain as overall this was the best dining experience of our holiday.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely swimming pool, 10 minute walk to town square & restaurants. Very quiet location.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely setting on the foot of the mountains. The pool area and gardens are really nicely done. Nice room. Friendly staff. We had a perfect stay and will hopefully be back soon!
Cons: The gym could have some more equipment, such as weights (it only has a treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical trainer)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely host with a wealth of knowledge and recommendations, very clean B&B which had a fab breakfast hand prepared. Very good location, walking distance to many restaurants and the old quarter.
Cons: Nothing to not like!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Within easy Waking distance of everything....
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Really nice people and SUPER clean. Breakfast also great. Plus bonus wine and coffee after hours!
Cons: We did not realise this is more a hostel layout. The common area is a modern and simple kitchen/dining and a terrace. Not cosy or somewhere you could sit in the evenings. Definitely recommend if you plan on being out a lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The amazing view from the balcony while having a delicious breakfast. The room was comfortable and tastefully decorated. Bathroom is like brand new with a fantastic shower. Sandrine was a lovely host. She made us the best breakfast and also was most helpful in explaining how to find the property.
Cons: Maybe the bed could have been a bit softer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really central and amazing views over the valley
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view, superb location. Breakfast was relaxing and delicious and Sophie (kitchen) was delightful. Room was cleaned daily and although the building are from medieval times, this property was completely renovated inside. Very clean, tasteful and comfortable! The view is UNREAL!
Cons: The only downfall is it appears this property is advertised with a swimming pool, but it is not actually on site. We tried the "walking instructions" from the owner who mentioned it would take 20 minutes. After about 30 minutes walking on a dangerous mountain roadway with cars jetting around the curves (no sidewalk), we turned around to go get the car. Had we known the pool was not onsite, we may have booked a different property. However, we were not disappointed with our choice!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was pleasant
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sandrine is the best host - her place is immaculate and super stylish. This was our second visit and we'll be back! The view from the bedrooms is the best ever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely chambres d’hotes- very comfortable and well appointed with the MOST FABULOUS views of the ancient village perché itself and over the valley and hills right down to the sea at Antibes! Simply stunning swimming pool and spa facilities if required in hosts own garden a short drive away from the chambres d’hotes building. Fabulous location close to the main centre of the smalll town and many good restaurants - Le Cinq especially and L’Auberge de Tourettes. Thank you for laying on such a delicious continental breakfast each morning, S. That was one balcony view we didn’t want to leave each morning!
Cons: Parking was about 400 yards away- may be an issue for anyone with disabilities. Spa bath could do with clear instructions as it seemed to turn on after I’d used the bath- it was only a drying process- but we thought we’d turned it on inadvertently a few times which was a bit scary! Tea and coffee making facilities in the room ( with milk and sugar) would be a real bonus and the only really negative point for us.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view and the decor, very characteristic of the place we were in.
Cons: Having access to a washing machine and a few more toiletry supplies.

We also booked in for an evening meal on our first night, it was superb. Overall a most memorable stay.

Pros: Lovely hotel steeped in history and very friendly owners and staff you cant go wrong !!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The evening meal we had at their one star Michelin restaurant was better than we were expecting. The food and service was great they deserve their star. They are so convenient to the village centre you can walk to everything.
Cons: Nothing really perhaps the shower could have been a little better but it was not enough to stop us recommending Auberge des Seignuers to anyone wanting a real french experience
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, spacious room, cleanliness and great location.
Cons: This is only a slight dislike of the hard bed but it seemed to me that all beds in France are hard.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent meal at the restaurant. Our third meal here over 10+ years and always excellent. Hotel is located in the wall if the old town. Although hot outside, the rooms remained cool and the fan coped well. There was car parking nearby which cost 16 euros per day, and we were taken there by the owner.
Cons: The shower and toilet are located on a small raised area, so you had to be careful.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect and the view was excellent from our room - I woke early and the sunrise on the hills was beautiful. The owners were very friendly and helpful - even went out to get fresh bread for our breakfast although we were very late.
Cons: Air conditioning was poor - it would not be good to cool the room in mid summer.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Blocks from old town, great location, nice breakfast choices
Cons: Not a real updated hotel, but fine
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were very helpful but with limited English
Cons: The car park was very difficult for a large SUV vehicle. The junior suite we had was over looking washing on apartment balconies, not the hills as we expected.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice location - close to the old city and all the restaurants and pubs. The room was big enough for both of us, very clean, staff was friendly.
Cons: No window in the toilet, but still it was ok. The bathtub was a bit small. The jacuzzi wasn't warm enough. All in all, a very good quality for price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the old city center
Cons: Practically nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, tea-making facilities and a bath in the bathroom!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, protected parking, elevator, air conditioning, quiet, close to old town, clean.
Cons: We liked everything.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A well located family run hotel. We arrived late and left early and reception dealt with us in a friendly and efficient manner. Our bed was very comfortable and the room well equipped. Our balcony was a good size and had a view of the surrounding hills. It was nice to have good towels changed regularly. The excellent location for access to the super bars and restaurants of Vence makes up for the lack of atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast was simple but of good quality.
Cons: Breakfast would be improved by a little variety.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A new person on the desk was unable to turn on the switch to allow me a local phone call. She place the call for me at reception. There were no instructions for the TV to work, wanting to watch some of the Tour. But we were out mostly so it didn’t matter.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, location, car parking and the view was amazing
Cons: Patio door was almost impossible to open!
La Mésangeraie - Vence - Bedroom

9.2 Excellent (25 reviews)
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It is a separate apartment in a private house on the outskirts of Vence. Location is good, but you surely need a car: Vence is 5 minutes drive; Nice, Grasse, Cannes all can be reached with 30-40 minutes. The room is simple but very tastefully decorated. It has all amenities, including air-conditioning. Tasty breakfast that you can eat outdoors in beautiful garden. Very helpful and friendly hosts.
Cons: Not that it is a big deal, but may be breakfast could have some variety, because we stayed for 5 days.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This lovely little villa was well situated for walking and driving. Safe parking right there in the tiny neighborhood. We walked the 3 miles to St Paul de Vence and took a bus back. Breakfast was petit dejuner--included wonderful fresh bread and croissants, yogurt, coffee and orange juice. The owners were charming and always prepared the 2nd pot of coffee that we loved. Plenty of linens, great shower, pretty outdoor porch and gardens. Really nice and quiet at night.
Cons: My daughter and I don't drink orange juice; might have preferred some fresh fruit; wasn't a big thing though. They need a shelf or stool in the giant shower to hold your razor or personal toiletries.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved absolutely everything! Thanks to Jean-Luc and his wonderful wife. The garden, bathroom facilities, the privacy, the nice decor were absolutely marvelous. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommend to everybody who prefers warm solitude in a picturesque area.

Cons: The wifi within the room could have been better.
6.3 Good
Pros: Nice comfortable bed, linen and towels.
Cons: Poor acoustic separation between rooms. Presentation of other costs feels like a menu of little extras to be paid for. Better to set a room rate that covers everything.
6.3 Good
Pros: Swimming pool and breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The suite was spacious and well appointed. It had the best and quietest AC during the heat wave. The pool was lovely and refreshing and looking over the villa and the mountainside.
Cons: Only having booked for 3 nights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and quirky but comfortable room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool, air con were life savers in the 37° heat! Great location and there was a lovely character to the place. They even speak English!
Cons: Everything was great! .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast Spacious rooms Location near the old town Excellent space for family of 4 Friendly owners
Cons: If being really picky a bit close to the road and Garden could be looked after a bit better. Could have been some plates and cutlery in room’s kitchenette. None of these spoilt our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice balcony with beautiful view. Superb breakfast. Don’t hesitate!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely suite, very comfortable. Comfortable bed. Own outside space. Nicely decorated with antique furniture. Great breakfasts on the terrace. Very welcoming. Lovely owners and staff. Close to lots of restaurants in the old town. Secure parking.
Cons: The garden was not very inviting and our outside space was down some steps and had no views, so didnt use it as much as we might have done

4.5 Okay
Pros: The central location.
Cons: More Airbnb than hotel. Nobody is there to welcome you. We could not get in and had to trail around with luggage. The accommodation is very basic.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room very tidy and clean, all new furniture. Shower large and new, like the washbasin. The position of the b&b is perfect to visit the region around (Grasse, Cannes, Nizza, the small towns near Vence). Also, the position in the small Place Godeau is cozy, with a beautiful view: we were in the room at the 3rd floor, wondeful sight on the hills and the church in front of us! Note: the clock-bell of the church sounds at each our from 7am to midnight. We liked it and it didn't bother us, but I think it's useful to know it.
Cons: Just a couple of less comfortable things: Toilet (just the w.c. place) very very small though brand-new, but I clearly understand that an historical palace could not be modified a lot. Wi-fi: only at the 3rd does not work, but you can use free wifi of the square.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the boutique style of the accommodation.
Cons: The bathroom is open plan. Would prefer a closet :-)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel, but you don’t see the owners. Whenever you have problems, you’ve better keep them..
Cons: Lots of noise from the neighbors. Construction works began at 06:00. At 04:30 municipal cleaners cleaned outside the hotel. Windows can’t separate and isolated the outside noises.
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was in the city center, on a quiet square. Lot of light in the room.
Cons: There is no wi-fi in the rooms, you can catch some on the bar downstairs but it's very slow. There wasn't no one from the staff in there, we were alone in the house. The corridors had smell of moisture.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was croissant, bread, bought jam.
Cons: A better mattress. Another chair in the room so we had one each.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Central location and wonderful private terrace
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff were quick to respond to address any concern raised. This appears to be more of a b&b and not a hotel. The room, location, and towel warmer work well together. The breakfast offered is very basic (bread, jam, butter, croissant, coffee). I would not have booked this place based on the b&b premise. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The hallway lighting on the stairs are on sensors which do not work as quickly as one would prefer. We had to use the flash on our cell phones several times on the stairs at night for us to be able to see and ambulate the stairs safely.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location in the Old Town just opposite the Cathedral. It is fantastic location. The building is very historic but very comfortable and beautifully renovated. Host was very friendly and provided us with excellent recommendation for dinner.
Cons: Everything was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great setting with breakfast served outside on terrace If you are looking for a quirky character location inside the medieval walled town of Vence this is it Hospitality and helpfulness of our hosts
Cons: Climbing steep stairs to upper rooms won’t suit everyone we had no problem

Pros: Very nice view. You can enjoy swimming pool with panoramic view. Probably it is the best advantage of the venue. Parking for guests is available.
Cons: Overall the hotel requires renovation. Maybe one more year is ok but later really need to refresh it.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Charming provence style hotel , some with balcony ,with a great panoramic wiew and very friendly hosts. Nice pool-area and garden seating with bar service. Big breakfast with lots of options. Close to old town and restaurants. We will return!
Cons: Some noice between rooms, but it is an old house so it is normal. Thin pillows.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Not much I’m afraid, except the pool as it was so hot, it was refreshing! The umbrella blew over on us so we had to fix it, with heavy stones. No towels, though at least there was a pool and it was great! No air con even though on the website it said there was and it was bedlam sleeping there! The poor host was dripping and when we left he wrote us a carbon copy receipt, so behind he times.
Cons: Lots - it’s really tired, 68 steps to our bird floor in the heat and it was a steam room with no air con, though we had a small fan. Amenities very sparse and everything outside was very tired and worn. Disappointing it is a Miramare as we have stayed in others and this one lets them down! We didn’t stay for breakfast (extra charge) as we needed to get out of there into our cool car!
7.0 Good

Cons: Staircase...having to climb 3 stories
6.3 Good
Pros: Location is very good, Vence is wonderful and 5 minutes away. The pool is nice as well, and the people working there are friendly.
Cons: The breakfast is WAY overpriced, don't take it! Go to a local boulangeri instead.
6.3 Good
Pros: The view
Cons: Coffee and tea facilities in the room

Pros: The rooms are very clean and the bathroom was also quite comfortable. Very nice pool and garden creatinf a more quiet setting.
Cons: We had a family room with two double beds. We were with four but were charged extra for a baby bed and pool towels. Also there was no fridge in the room. In the morning there was no one available before 7.30 am to provide heated water for baby bottle but we did not have the facilities in the room to do so ourselves.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy place, friendly staff. Room was clean, bathroom almost new. Breakfast was good.
Cons: Be careful with some info stated here: soundproof rooms aren't soundproof, I could clearly head the neighbours, and they wasn't especially loud. Parking places are very limited, I recommend to make a phone call to secure one (however here is stated that reservation not needed). The bathroom was new, but other parts of the room was old(ish), it was weird. Breakfast was good, but typical french, don't expect any warm food, like eggs, sausages etc.
4.7 Okay
Pros: We arrived too late to go out to eat (no restaurant at the hotel) but the staff offered bread, cheese and meats and a bottle of wine making a eliciou picnic for us. There is also a lovely pool area and secluded garden around it, though it wasnt warm enough to use it when we were there in late Oct.

Cons: I sat by the pool for 10 minutes and got about 20 mosquito bites - I think they should spray the grass
4.0 Okay
Pros: Staff is very nice.
Cons: This hotel is highest price on our france trip but is lowest satisfaction on our mind. The facility is very old.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good access to Vence, parking available on site, friendly staff that helped with all our small requests
Cons: would prefer glasses in the rooms for having a drink on the balcony, also maybe a small fridge, the noise sound proofing was quite limited and you could hear movement and voices from next door

Cons:

Pros: A very nice place to stay at the Côte d'Azur. The owners are very kind and prepared to give all kind of information. We were in the studio of the hotel. It has a nice swimming pool. Big plus are the 4 Tesla chargingpoints that belong to the hotel. Over night you can charge the car so you can save time. That worked very fine for us. There is a lot to see in the neighbourhood. We certainly recommend this hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The owners were fantastic. They gave us maps and tips for where to go and they even lent us a boules set one night and a cool bag to take out on another occasion. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool and adjoining area were lovely. The kids loved the selection of food available at breakfast.
Cons: The only thing we would do next time is to book the studio which has a kitchen area and some outside space.

Cons: A little noisy when the windows are open but tolerable

Pros: A really delightful haven after a week of provincial rooms of variable quality across central France. Here everything work! Water stays in the sink AND runs away afterwards - marvellous! Delightful hosts who helped us with excellent advice on local events, even found us an English-speaking doctor on a Saturday morning. Location is much quieter than downtown Nice and a good central base for touring the usual attractions by car.
Cons: Not being able to stay longer!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but just had coffee in the lovely garden. The location was ideal for exploring the area including the ocean, mountains and towns. It was also lovely to have the pool so we could take a morning swim before our outings.
Cons: I have no complaints the hotel perfectly fulfilled our needs and our trip was excellent.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The welcome was fabulous, Tom and Ruth are amazing and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to give you advice on the local area. The hotel is very clean. The pool and garden area are fabulous!
Cons: The main road and traffic noise, although you couldn't hear it in the room once the doors were closed, very well sound proofed.

Pros: Location was super. Parking was simple and close by. There were a number of shops and restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. Staff was not friendly and seemed preoccupied and disinterested. Room smelled very dank- like mildew or mold. The bathroom was not clean and fresh and smelled stale. The furnishings and bedding felt cheap and thrown together without a plan or theme to welcome and delight the visitors.
Cons: Need a new plan for refreshing the place. It's a shame as the location is very good.
