Pros (+) Location was great and Silvia and Patrick were amazing with our family. My wife has celiac and they accommodated her. Breakfast was amazing was a great experience and would love to recommend to anyone that is going.

Pros (+) My son and I arrived earlier than check in, but the staff was very pleasant and helpful and let us leave our bags so we could go explore Venice. The person helping us even suggested a route on a map so we could avoid all the crowds due to the Festival of St Mark. Location was fantastic. Breakfast options were plentiful!
