Pros (+) This place was special for my family! great hotel!!! big room and bathroom. staff was great. the breakfast was plenty and good as well. the canal deck was the big difference. we used it for the taxis and it was a great experience.

Pros (+) Good location, well maintained, good breakfast choice. Very quiet.
Cons (-) Small room and bathroom. Cramped beakfast room. No coffee/ tea making facilities. No bar or restaurant. As ever in Venice, it's not good value for money.
Pros (+) Hotel was very close to San Marcos Square but just far enough off the beaten path that you don't get mauled by the cruise ship crowd. Has a cute shared balcony overlooking a side canal, perfect for a baguette snack, bottle of wine and people watching as the gondola's pass by. Staff was very helpful as well.
