10.0 Excellent
Pros: the breakfast provided choices and refueled my empty fuel tank. What I really like about the Onion Inn is the staffing, which includes housekeeping, and the cleanness of the rooms. I have stayed there on numerous occasions and many of the staff members recognize me. I like that feeling.
Cons: Having to leave.

Pros: New Owners, completely renovated! Please don't judge a book by its cover. Reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. I will stay again when in the area.

Pros: Very clean, and well appointed rooms. I've stayed at virtually all the hotels in the Vidalia area, and The Onion Inn is easily in the top tier. They also have a good Wifi signal in the rooms - I was consistently pulling 5MB-10MB through my stay. I could easily stream Netflix.
Cons: There were several electrical plugs in the room, but it'd be nice if there were a few more.

Pros: the staff was very profressional and very helpful. They were very eager to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us suggestions as to what restaurants were good.

Pros: Friendly staff
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was close to the venues we needed to attend which made it easy for when we had to change clothes for different occasions. The breakfast had some good choices for being included with the service. Loved the self waffle makers.
Cons: Check in could be a little sooner.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: For the price...the hotel seems to be falling apart. Light fixtures when you walk down the hall to get to your room were hanging down. My room for had to be opened with a shoulder push because my door was so hard to open. One maintenance closet door was left unsecured which made me feel uncomfortable. Hotel was not worth the price. One of my family member had stayed there for one night and ended up checking out to go to another hotel for the rest of their stay. They don't seem to care about the up keep of the property.
