Pros: The man who dealt with us at reception was very friendly, polite and and helpful. He answered our queries well and was very efficient.

Cons: Our room had a shower screen with a crack running across it, which meant when you showered, some water seeped through onto the floor-if we had stayed for longer, we would have perhaps asked for a change of room. At breakfast the coffee wasn't hot at all, in fact it was luke warm and came in a pot with a saucer sitting on top of it instead of a proper lid.

Cons: No elevator!!!!

Pros: Friendly staff.

Cons: Rooms seemed stale and musty.

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Food good and reasonably priced.

Cons: Soundproofing could be better - particularly when coachload of loud visitors arrived late evening.

Pros: Warm welcome
