Great staff great room. Great location highly recommended. Really good value for money! Spa and nice, quiet, relaxing environment. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Convenient location, easy access. Rooms are spacious and quiet even though the property is located on a busy road. Nice accomodation. Property manager was very helping & friendly. Clean, warm, plenty of park room for a work van. There was a microwave in the room to heat up my left overs from dinner which was good. Staff were friendly and helpful Room was lovely and clean. Room's clean and spacious. Even though the hotel is right on the main thoroughfare through Warrnambool, the double glazed windows meant the room was whisper quiet. heater kept room warm, bed was comfy and clean. great value for money very clean and great having parking. The Manager was very kind and rectified an issue that occurred that left us without a room on our wedding night He was very understanding of the severity of the situation and upgraded our room to the honeymoon suite, gave us a bottle of wine and waved the costs of some mini bar items and reimbursed the emergency hotel that we stayed at the night before. Rooms are fresh & clean. The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. Lovely little motel. Friendly staff and local to amenities and sites/attractions. Good size room and bedding.

Could not fault the facility. Shower pressure was poor. Some road noise to be expected. Quite loud but expected for a motel. The lighting was very bad, it needed more independent lights and for them to be brighter. The hair dryer was not great. Had advertised cooked breakfast room service, when we arrived were told chef was on holidays Not enough shelving in bathroom for toiletries, had to put bags on floor. Decor was a bit dated. Was a little cold at night. Bed had an electric blanket but no plug to plug in too. Parking would be allocated to room. Parking was very difficult. the bed was horendously hard, the room I got was not what I paid for I will not book her again. Better coffee. Noise from door weather protector which was partially detached resolved by removing it! The room smelled like urine. Was unable to connect to Foxtel. Instructions provided didn't match with Hisense TV. There is not support staff or someone around for help regarding the locality or other questions being someone new to the area and travelling for leisure. Fly screen in main room broken and when open bugs got in. Courtyard out the front of the main window had weeds and unkempt. No dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Truck noise from the main hwy is my only gripe to think of. Poor Wifi speed, firm bedding, old Decor, lot of road noise coming in to the room at night, step on to the bathroom. The room had a septic/sewage smell. They had obviously tried to cover this up as the room when we first went in smelt heavily of air freshener. when I booked in I couldn’t be found under my name. Our booking was found under my booking number but had a different name and address/phone number. Nit sure if this was a mistake by the Comfort Inn or bookings.com. Very noisy early in the morning. Bad smell coming from drain in bathroom basin. Bedroom was filthy and was not cleaned. We found some underwear near the bed side table. Don't know how long it was there for. Worn out and old, not value for money. Tired decor & furnishings. Bathroom was clean, but shower was rusty. Noisy. On busy road so was a bit noisy. Spa was in poor shape controls not working properly, lots of banging about, cars leaving at all hours, TV only worked on Foxtel could not get free to air and only some of the Foxtel worked no program guide, overall dated and in need of a makeover. This was our last night and the most expensive in 2 weeks it certainly wasn’t the best value.
