The location is great! The room was Clean and fresh.
They did not update information what services are unavailable. There is NO baggage storage, which was one of the reasons to stay in this hotel. Also the breakfast was horrible! In Hyatt hotel to have banana and yoghurt?! There were hotel next to the Hyatt cheaper by $20-25 without breakfast but based on the brand name I assumed the breakfast would be more than just poor choice of snacks.overpaid and overvalued.
the location was excellent; the room was great; breakfast was better than average
cookies and snacks in the lobby were too expensive
I liked the fact that the staff was very pleasant. Every time I walked past they asked did I need anything.
I liked the fact that breakfast was only a flat rate of $13 dollars, up to 4 people. Even though I did not choose to get it, It is nice to know for future visits.
Good location close to the White House and food/shopping. Staff was very friendly, and rooms had nice big windows. There was a good continental breakfast, and things were pretty clean everywhere.
Parking was difficult to figure out. It seems easier to use the valet, but it’s expensive. Cabinets wouldn’t stay shut in the room, and the water pressure changed while in the shower. We were disappointed that the roof was not ready for people to go out and enjoy.
Location was great, super convenient. Staff great, very kind, very helpful.
