Cons: missing a bit of style - looked actually like a GDR-times ressort
Pros: My family and I stayed here for a night while driving from the south of Europe to the North. We arrived late and the staff were very friendly and helpful at that time. They looked after us and made ...
Pros: Welcoming a dn helpful staff.
Cons: Workman were drilling in the room above me during the afternoon and from about 08.30 in the morning. I accept work needs to happen but not in adjoining rooms.
Pros: Hotel Kaiseralm beautifully located in the Bavarian hills 26 km from Bayreuth, convenient to the Wagner festival (the hotel provides shuttles at 9€ r/t). Across the street is a nature park with sensational hiking trails. I was there in August for the Wagner Festival but the hotel is clearly also set up for winter sports as well. There is a lovely indoor swimming pool and two saunas. The breakfast buffet was extensive and excellent; the food over all in the restaurant and beer garden was delicious, well-prepared, and reasonably priced.
Cons: Plugs to recharge my iPhone were inconveniently placed; in general the decor could be updated; the wifi was iffy and worked best in my bathroom.
Pros: Except the wi-fi, everything was very good.
Cons: The wi-fi requires a cumbersome login every time you want to use internet. Not practical at all.
Pros: Nice location in the middle of nature, very good restaurant.
Cons: Bathroom and swimming pool looked like there has been no renovation after Soviet time - poor design and cheap materials
When visiting Bischofsgruen, Hotel Kaiseralm is a great choice to consider. Guests can visit the spa to indulge in massages, body wraps, or body scrubs, and regional cuisine is served at Frankenkrone, which is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An indoor pool and a bar/lounge are other highlights, and rooms at this upscale hotel offer up nice touches like deep soaking tubs and pillow menus.
Cons: The area smells of cows! It was not easy for me to stand it but my friend was ok with it!
Pros: Super breakfast
Cons: Better curtains, because ofte car lights from The street. We were down at the sidewalk, just upon the road.
Pros: Very nice staff Very quiet Stayed with a group of young people - they were all very satisfied
Cons: Nothing at all
Pros: Picturesque village surrounded by forests, but still reasonably close to the Autobahn. Nice and comfortable room. We loved the crystal clear spring water, the fresh air and the serenity of the ...
Cons: The time we spent there was way too short... we wish we could have stayed longer!
Pros: very fine hotel staff
Cons: WC was not stable (badly mounted)
Pros: Clean room and good breakfast. We got served breakfast and The kids got chokladmilk and good service by The owners.
Pros: Friendly staff, easy to find and park. Was possible to get later check in and very early check out.
Pros: Very friendly - owner :) Breakfast - enough and very tasty. Very quiet, parking gratis
Pros: Genuine and typically german coutryside Gasthaus. Very nice straff.
Cons: No one said that there will be cemetery just outside the window. Also, in the winter season kitchen is not working, so no food in the evening. Accepting only Maestro cards.

Pros: Beautiful location, great breakfast, very nice restaurant next door.
Cons: One was that the wifi didn't work. That happens, so I guess it was ok. The other was that I didn't realize that you could pay for the room ONLY with European E-Card or Cash. I must have missed...

Enjoy your visit to Bischofsgruen with a stay at Gasthof Deutscher Adler & Hotel Puchtler. Guests indulge in massages, then grab a bite to eat at the restaurant. A bar/lounge and a sauna are other highlights, and rooms offer balconies and flat-screen TVs.
Pros: Small family run inn. We stayed only one night while we went to the Bayreuth festival. Comfortable room and lots of free parking
Cons: The rooms are dated.
Pros: Staff is friendly and willing to help. Breakfast good for the price.
Cons: Wi-Fi very weak and shaky, had to switch to my own mobile hotspot. Bathtub without a shower curtain, but the flooding was not too bad due to very low water pressure (takes some patience to get wet). No possibility to hang/fix the shower head - you hold it or it's wiggling in the bathtub. If the shower issues were fixed (which might be in other rooms), I'd rate the facilities "Okay".
Cons: There was a konstant though mild noise from the rest-room's went, even when the light was of and the doors closed
