9.5 Excellent
Pros: We were warmly greeted, and provided a very clean and comfortable room on the second floor. The B&B is located in a residential area across from a golf course that makes it very quiet - which was important to us. Breakfast was delicious. It is a "shoeless" household, which meant the carpeting throughout was cleaner than usual - besides being like my own home. The view from our window of the sun setting across the golf course was an added delight.
Cons: It was a bit tricky to find, so be sure to ask for directions beforehand. Also, we needed to drive into town for dinner as it was too far to walk in.

Our room on the ground floor was very spacious with a large ensuite shower, an ironing board & iron, coffee/tea facilities with biscuits and water. Bed was very comfortable. A large choice for breakfast in the morning cooked by amazing Rosie & Brendan. Brendan had a pool table covered in the dining area and went through the trouble to clear it for us to play some pool games. Thank you Brendan. Tessie (the dog) & the cats were very welcoming for an animal lover like myself. Highly recommend staying with Rosie & Brendan. A welcoming family home that will make you feel at home away from home.

Pros: Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so welcoming, the location was perfect for walking to the Town centre and renting bikes to do the greenway, the b and b was so accessible and the ladies took our bikes into the shed for the night, they were so accommodating! I would definitely stay there again.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, very clean and comfy rooms. One thing to look out for is that the sat nav directions for the property are wrong. It’s diagonally opposite the garage / Centra on the corner
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: There was a warm welcome- offered tea when we arrived. Very friendly staff. Great location for town centre. Our room at rear of house was quiet.
Cons: There was no cooked breakfast which wasn’t a big issue for us but friends were teasing us with pictures of their full Irish. Needed to pay for parking by purchasing in petrol station across from b&b - would be great if the b&b had the vouchers ready to give you when you arrive.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great stay, staff are really friendly, and the beds are very comfortable. Nice and quiet area too.
7.5 Good
Pros: The accommodation isn't too far from the town centre, about a 15 minute walk, in a straight line. We arrived here at around quite late, after check-in hours, but self check-in is very easy with very clear details. The accommodation is kept very clean. Our room was a good size and decorated tastefully to the style of the house. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. The shower was very nice with ample supply of hot water.
Cons: The breakfast is not much and there is nothing for vegans, not even alternative milk. We had to suffice with just black tea. No lift to upper floors. 11am is a ridiculous check-out time. It should be midday like every other Irish place.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location very clean didn't make breakfast unfortunately

Pros: The host was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is perfect for walking around Westport as it is only a 5 minute walk down the road. Having parking on site was very useful too.
Cons: The room at the back was a little dark but we were moved to a front room when one became available. The pillows in the second bedroom were quite hard and lumpy and could perhaps do with being changed.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The girl we met on arrival was so nice and so helpful . She booked the evening meal for us and recommended the restaurant which was excellent. The room was so spacious and the four poster bed was fantastic.
Cons: I would have liked a more continental breakfast and I wanted green tea without flavour which they didn’t have
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great parking, location close to both the harbour and the town. Very comfortable bed, nice big room with plenty space for the dog. Super breakfast with loads of options, delicious full Irish. Staff were lovely and friendly.
Cons: Shower base and tiles could do with an upgrade ☹️
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were fantastic, plenty of tips on what to do such as Clare island which we loved..breakfast was great, plenty of variety and plenty more tea/coffee and toast if you ask...room was spotless, great big bed and always plenty of fresh linen and towels when required..disregard some of the photos on here such as a rusty screw underneath a wash basin, totally ridiculous, how is that going to affect your holiday?.......anyway, will definitely be back! God bless from Tyrone
Cons: we were 100% happy with everything
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff
Cons: Old fashioned. Uncomfortable bed and needs new duvet/pillows. Bad smell/musty smell in room. Mould above shower and shower could be cleaner. Breakfast was below average - a Lidl type selection of cereal/yoghurts/sad looking fruit, small portion cooked breakfast with rubbery egg
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room, good shower and great variety of breakfasts.
5.5 Okay
Cons: number 21 two bed apt needs a good make over & a good lick of paint inside & out
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was great the staff were very helpful but the facilities were very poor. The cooker hadn't been cleaned or the fridge emptied before we arrived. The bathrooms and windows could do with a good clean and the toilet seats at the very least could do with replacing. Although taken into account the price and the fact that it was reik Sunday it was ok!!
Cons: The level of cleanliness in the kitchen and bathrooms
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent
Cons: A bit old fashioned
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable, spacious room, lovely quiet location, breakfast was delicious. Good location for the Quay area and Westport House, a little bit far from the town but only €6 in a taxi.
Cons: Tea cups were tiny! Bigger bath towels would be good too.
6.3 Good
Pros: Quiet location. 15 minute walk to town but plenty of hills.
Cons: Bed not comfortable. Breakfast only average. Bathroom dated.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly service & the big room was beautiful. Great location for a walk into town or the park/country house next door.
Cons: Salmon pasta in the restaurant was terrible. Menu description didn't match the meal. The chef is chucking the smoked salmon for sandwiches into a finished plate of bland pasta, so it slightly warms though, half changed colour. Rank.

Pros: Wonderful gym and nice rooms. Staff very helpful and great breakfast. Room very large

Pros: Everything was perfect
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
Cons: We arrived at the property at 15.50 as planned, there was no one there to meet us. We returned to the property 3 times between that and 18.50 when I was met by owner, stating he thought we were arriving at 18.00. Our whole afternoon was spent trying to get into the property and for our holiday to start. On our email we stated we were arriving between 15.00 and 16.00. We were woken twice during the night by our smoke alarm in our bedroom. We paid €100 for bed and breakfast and weren't even offered a partial refund in the morning. Very unsatisfactory. Not value for money.
