Highly recommend the property and Whistler at all:)
It was very clean and the apartment had all the things that we could possibly need.
The location, the apartment and all the amenities.
We were very satisfied to accommodation. Clean and nice combined kitchen and living room combination, 2 big bedrooms, great facilities in the kitchen and other like washing maschine and outside grill and pool.
Our room was towards backyard and not very sunny. Anyhow really great place to stay. Receptionist, when checking out, wasn't very friendly. Otherwice staff was great.
The hotel is clean and the rooms are nicely done and the beds are comfy. The pool and hot tub were very clean and the media was fun if you have kids.
We booked our room ahead of time and it asked what my preferred check in time was. I said between 3-4pm. Understood. My youngest got a stomach bug that morning so we were checking in with the reception throughout the early afternoon to see if we could possibly get an earlier check in due to our child being sick. They kept saying there’s nothing they could do but they’ll let us know. At 3:15 my husband pulled up and went into the hotel to ask them if our room was still not ready and the person behind the desk seemed to not want to go the extra step and still said no our room was still not ready. My husband asked if our room wasn’t ready then maybe there could be another room that was? They said I don’t know they’d have to check. My husband continued to ask if they could please check. After a few minutes they finally agreed that there was a room ready and gave him the keys, this was at 3:30pm. Our initial room was first floor facing the highway. The room that was ready and checked us in for was the third floor and facing away from the highway towards Creekside Mountain. We were pretty disappointed that even with us calling several times explaining our situation about my youngest sick and no where to go, the hotel never cared to check for us to see if maybe another room was free. It was disappointing.
Stunning location 5 mins drive outside village. 100% recommend this property. Everything fantastic, lovely comfortable bed, very clean & modern.
Our initial booking was inexplicably cancelled which we were never notified of and only learnt about because we checked stuff before we left!! Caused a bit of concern for obvious reasons!
