Nice, relaxing hot tub & pool; very comfortable bed; convenience of having a kitchenette.
Noise from late night partygoers from outside carried to our room; would it help to upgrade the windows for more soundproofing?
The rooms were great. The location was great.
At checkin there was a $25 booking fee put on my bill. The guy at the desk said that was because I booked online. Booking.com does not charge a fee.
It was a good hotel to serve our purpose (a couple of nights away), we enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sauna. We loved the location.
The beds were not very comfortable. I paid 2 booking fees which I am very unhappy about.
Comfortable and convenient.
A little noisy when people are just outside the doors.
Stayed here for a weekend during the summer. Room was nice, very clean, good value for money. I would definitely recomend it
Shopping and touring. Bar hopping
We liked the proximity of hotel to the village. We liked the pool and hot tub. The room had a nice layout.
The room was not very clean. The shower curtain could be replaced and many areas of the room needed to be dusted. The stove was not clean. The shower grouting could use some cleaning too.The pool was very small.
Nicely located in the center of Whistler. Fair prices for a moderately comfortable room.
It was very cosy and easy to find
The hotel charged my credit card as soon as I made the booking so I ended up paying intrest on a holiday before I went on it! Also the hotel was very loud and did not quiet down till about 3-3:30am so I got very litle sleep.
The hotel was really nice. The rooms were very big and confortable. A complete set of cutlery and dishes to prepare our own food.
No free parking.
