No central air/heating!! There was a cheap, very loud portable a/c unit sitting on the floor vented to a window insert! The thermostat had duct tape over it. At $280/night…unbelievable. Pillows were tall and firm and all the same. No softer, flatter option. Staff were zero help. The worst room I’ve had in a decade. Go elsewhere.
