Pros:
Good selection of cars, quality of available vehicle overall is excellent. Onsite personnel are friendly, helpful and professional.Cons:
Somewhat pricey, but in Skagway, AL (pop 1057 as of 2015), they are pretty much the only game in town, as far as I know. Office could be a bit more spacious.9.6 Wonderful

Pros:
Everything was great. The car was clean, filled with gas and ready to go when we arrived. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and I appreciated the emails I received prior to pick-up confirming the AVIS location. We were fortunate in that it was a slow day for AVIS -- I was informed that the next three days they were sold out which would certainly affect the pick-up experience. Good value for Skagway, but expensive by lower-48 standards!10.0 Wonderful
