Dara Hotel

Dara Hotel offers a comfortable stay with surprisingly spacious rooms and well-maintained accommodations, despite its slightly dated appearance. Limited parking may be a concern for those with vehicles, but the hotel's prime location near Central Phuket adds significant convenience.

The location was not in the main town and not very far from old Phuket town as well. Moreover, they had continent parking space. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The hotel offers good facilities but management is really bad. Very stingy. Examples: For breakfast tea, they put two teabags in a big pot, so the tea is practically hot water. Fruit baskets are almost always empty. All the options for coffee machines were disabled, but espresso. Cleaning was not done properly for a long time, obviously.

The gym was good as was the breakfast. Close to a big shopping centre. Not clean under the bed. Damp room and a bit cold. Expensive to get a taxi anywhere and next to a busy road so difficult to walk to the shopping centre.

The only good thing for us was the comfortable bed and breakfast. Besides not having other than fried eggs available, the breakfast spread was acceptable.

Several guests recommended choosing a room with a view, particularly those facing the fountain or offering mountain, pool, or river views.

The hotel's strategic proximity to Central Festival Phuket and other attractions in the area makes it a convenient choice for exploring the town, especially for those with rented bikes or cars.
