Cons. Poor quality room, asked for double got twin. Window frame rotten, tv about 20 years old only one channel. Tiniest shower room in the world very noisy plumbing. Penny pinching owners. Poor car parking ineffective staff. All in all rotten time had
Pros. This was our second visit to this hotel which is in an excellent location, minutes from the toen and lake. We stayed in a standard double room which was exceptionally clean with maid service every day. Our breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and was of a high standard as was the first class service from the staff.
Cons. When we went to use the pool, we found the coded entry door open and childrens swimming lessons underway limiting you to use one side of a very small pool.Spectators sat at side of pool and childrens clothes were left in the cubicles of the unisex changing rooms instead of lockers making only one changing cubicle in use. Parents were also hanging about in the changing room which faces onto the showers , making getting ready a very uncomfortable experience. Disappointingly I emailed the hotel regarding this matter and they have not replied.
