I was in lowest price "lodge" room, and the bed was very soft. Seemed like oldeset beds in the bldg, sadly.
Didn't eat breakfast. Getting out of town (Wenatchee) for a couple nights, Very nice place to come stay, play and relax.
Should not have to pay for drinks while gambling.
The location of the hotel was very nice and picturesque. The room itself was very quiet. The lobby area was warm and inviting. It snowed which added to the ambiance of our stay. There was plenty of parking.
The room we had was not very clean especially the bathroom which was filthy. When we checked out i showed pictures to the front desk clerk who did not seem to care. He did not even ask me how our stay was. This is not acceptable in a deluxe room!!! The pool was on the other side of the hotel close to the standard rooms. When paying for a deluxe room I expect amenities like a pool and hot tub to be closer and not a 10 minute walk away. The hotel information menu on the TV was not working and when we called maintenance we were told it was like that for all the rooms why offer a service if it does not work??????. The Spa Hotel has so much potential with its great location but vital things like amenity location and cleanliness really let it down. We will not be staying there again.
I stayed in 1 of the Spa Tower rooms and it was a great room for the price. Very roomy it had 2 leather swivel club chairs for relaxing. Floor to ceiling windows and tall ceilings made the room feel huge. Bathroom had a walk in shower plus a tub. Great stay, thank you.
My only complaint is that I didn't leave with a big jackpot
