Pros: Lovely, friendly welcome by our hosts. Our room was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.
Pros: The breakfast was just perfect. A full English breakfast served beautifully.
Pros: Comfortable bed. Good shower. Sensational breakfast. Lovely hosts.
Pros: Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating for our baby and cooked up a super breakfast for all 3 of us.
Cons: The only downfall was that the curtains in the room were rather thin which meant that because we are in the British summer, the sun from 5am was so bright that we were all awake much earlier than usual.
Pros: My second visit in as many weeks! A very warm welcome from owners Andy and Sue. Room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and toiletries in the shower room. Because I needed to be at Brands Hatch early morning, an excellent breakfast was served early as requested. Sue was able to book a local restaurant for an evening meal for me, with 40% discount too! Thank you.
Pros: Sue and Andy were very attentive and happy to help in any way. Breakfast was very good with a very comprehensive choice. Overall a very pleasant stay and good value for money.
Cons: Nothing not to like
Pros: Really friendly owners, extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
Pros: Warm welcome from owners Andy and Sue. Clean room overlooking rear garden, bed very comfortable, plenty of toiletries and towels in shower room and an excellent breakfast too. Will be back again soon!
Pros: Owners very friendly, a good place to stay
Cons: Could not find anything that I didn't like
Pros: Excellent hosts. Comfortable room. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. A good location for touring Kent and for breaking the journey to the channel ports.
Located in Sevenoaks, this apartment is within a 15-minute drive of Ightham Mote and Brands Hatch Circuit. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: This was probably the best B&B I have ever stayed at (from a great many of them). The "studio" is located in a magnificent countryside setting and the owner has thought of every possible B&B requirement that a guest could have. The breakfast provided was full of fresh, home made or local produce. Simply outstanding!
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: Top quality apartment; great value for money breakfast.
Pros: Such a lovely place. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. You can easily stay long term with an efficiently stocked kitchenette. Breathtaking views and a nice garden for a relaxing stroll. Very much enjoyed our stay.
Pros: Just what we wanted, host was lovey, place was fantastic.
Pros: Excellent host, most helpful.Great presentation and quality finish.Handy to local supermarket and local attractions.
Cons: All good
Pros: Very welcoming host and lovely room
Pros: For a b&b it was better than usual it was fitted out with great care for comfort and cleanliness
Cons: Only thing was the noise the boiler made coming on and the sign advertising the place could be alittle bit bigger but this is a small thing to change and not a great upset
Pros: An exceptional property and facilities - what a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast was really fantastic, although I think I probably needed another guest to get through it, as there was so much of it. a high standard of fitments and fixtures and the bed was very comfy. I'd definitely recommend this property for all weary travellers.
Cons: A little difficult to find in the dark - but not a major problem.
Pros: Good off road parking. Beautiful flat above garages, even had outside table to eat from. Plenty of hot water, good comfortable bed. Provisions in fridge was a welcomed addition. Very clean apartment. 5 stars.
Pros: Very clean and comfortable and well thought out.
Cons: Nothing, it was all great
With a stay at Knole B&B in Sevenoaks, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Ightham Mote and Riverhill Himalayan Gardens. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The owners were very welcoming, breakfast was superb. Can’t praise it enough, even in walking distance of pub for food. Accommodation was new and to a very high standard.
Pros: Everything, it worked perfectly -- having afternoon tea and cake on arrival was a very nice touch, the breakfast was delicious with healthy options (very important!), the bed very comfortable, the hosts most welcoming and helpful. Thank you!
Pros: Like home from home. Clean and comfortable. Extensive breakfast which was absolutely delicious.
Pros: Very clean, modern and well equipped. A beautiful location and peaceful. Very nice pub not even 2 minute walk. Hosts were very pleasant and welcoming, left us to our own devices and a very enjoyable breakfast.
Cons: I drove passed it a couple of times, as no signage, but pictures helped locate but maybe a small sign on the front would help? This is not even a spec on how well the experience was though and I don’t take anything away from how it completed a weekend away for us.
Pros: The room was lovely and clean and furnished tastefully. Bathroom the same with a good shower.
Cons: There wasn't a sign outside the property to distinguish it from other houses. When I knocked at front door the host pointed to a small sign which obviously wanted me to go to the side of the house which didn't appear to be very welcoming.
Pros: Bed was great!!Shower good although shower room a little small !Altogether it served its purpose!
Cons: The room was a little small.
Pros: Really nice house and a friendly welcome, as well as being offered tea and cake which was a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and Sarah was a great host! Would definitely recommend if visiting the area such as Knole Park or Ightham Mote
Pros: Friendly host, lovely bed, delicious breakfasts
Pros: Our host Sarah and her husband made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious every day and our room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking and great location for visiting places of interest around the Sevenoaks area. The pub just up the road was also an added bonus. We would thoroughly recommend Knole B&B to all our friends. :)
Cons: There was nothing not to like about this establishment.
Pros: The welcome was warm and friendly. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The wet room shower was excellent and the shower gel provided was a delight. The full English breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice of fresh fruit and cereals. The location is obviously convenient for Knole House, but Ightham Mote and Chartwell (both also National Trust) are close by. We stayed to walk in the local countryside and had a lovely weekend.
Cons: Couldn't fault it.
Pros: the food was great ,staff friendly and helpful
Cons: The standard double room was tiny ,the bathroom was small only had a little shower no bath could of done with air con or bigger fan in room , stayed on the hottest days of year so sleeping was uncomfortable Would def book again but a bigger room .
Pros: Breakfast....although it cost £8.00 each
Cons: Very old pub with rooms so a little bit scruffy around the edges. Tiny room.
Pros: Breakfast and location were excellent. Staff were very helpful and accomadaing.
Pros: Amazing room, super comfy bed, attentive and helpful staff. Fantastic food! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cons: It was perfect!
Pros: The breakfast was very good Place had character Staff were very friendly
Cons: The evening meal - chicken Sunday roast was indifferent , very dried out Damp smell in bedroom especially the bathroom
Pros: Friendly staff. Nice beer and food clean room
Cons: Quite a small room and very very annoying auto lights in the bathroom, I really don’t need bright lights and a fan in the middle of the night. Quite expensive for what it was.
Pros: Attractive old building in a pretty village, quite close to the M20. It has plenty of parking space.A very helpful young man looking after both the bar and reception. The bar was well stocked with well kept beers. The dining room provided an interesting menu. The fish dish which I selected was excellent.
Cons: I had no particular complaints and will stay here again if I need to be in this area.
Pros: Service great menu and smoked pork
Pros: Character plus , comfortable room , good bathroom, good food , quiet area . Would have been nice to have a biscuit with tea & coffee . Although staff friendly would have been nice to meet owners
Cons: Accomodation & food a little over priced
Pros: The rooms were really comfortable with fantastic food!! The sticky toffee pudding is to die for!!

This hotel has facilities measuring 1776 square feet (165 square meters), including conference space. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Hotel was fine, however we had to shorten our stay as my partner was unwell (nothing to do with hotel). Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Only issue was main restaurant menu was reduced significantly due to shortage of chefs (normally 3 - but only 1 available.) Hotel has extensive excellent bar menu - all cooked by same chef. Due to my partners disability we asked if we could eat a bar meal in the main restaurant as bar had very low tables and would be uncomfortable for him. Other guests also asked the same question - we were all told 'your'e not allowed to eat bar meal in main restaurant as determined by the Chef' !! The waitress told us the ordering tills were each dedicated to bar or restaurant menu's only. Why on earth you could not order in bar for a bar meal but served in the restaurant (next to the bar) was beyond all of us. - If restaurant had been fully booked - we could understand, but only 3 tables occupied and only one pre- booked ! The irony of all this is 'the bar meals when served had to come through the main restaurant to the bar anyway !!!! Very strange arrangement and caused frustration - definitely not serving the best interest of the customer!
Pros: A proper hotel, comfortable, welcoming, lovely rooms, good showers, good food & excellent breakfast
Cons: Nothing! I will go again.
Pros: Friendly staff Good food in the restaurant and good bar food. Particular thanks to Yassine and Evelin for their excellent customer service.
Pros: Nice looking good location
Pros: Location perfect for visiting several National Trust and English Heritage properties including Chartwell and Down House
Cons: Shower room had no rail or hook for towels. This resulted in them being changed every day which was not necessary.
Pros: The room itself is clean and a reasonable size.
Cons: I needed to change the check in date as I was arriving a day later. I rang the hotel three times but the phone was never answered. I sent a message via booking.com and an email. I eventually got a call the day after original check in asking if I wanted the booking as I was a no-show. I had to explain that I tried contacting the hotel by all available means but there was no response. Also the kettle was not working my room, which I reported twice but it was never replaced.
Pros: Clean, air-conditioned room. Friendly (Italian) receptionist at check-in. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the nearest pub, serving good food, wines and beers.
Cons: I didn't have the breakfast on this occasion as I wasn't particularly impressed last time I stayed and at the price paid, which is far too high given the quality, I won't be having it again unless it's included in the price. A shame really as the hotel is very good otherwise and I will be staying in the area regularly on business. If your breakfast chef needs something to benchmark his quality against, send him to the café on London Road, West Kingsdown, opposite Blue Chalet Ind Estate. It's not a posh café by any stretch of the imagination, but the breakfast menu is excellent, freshly cooked, twice the size and served piping hot...….and all at half the price. I would pay your price (reluctantly and only for the sake of convenience), if it was of the same quantity and quality.
Pros: It’s actually really lovely, our room was perfectly clean and very modern & stylish. I can’t fault the place at all.
Pros: Cleanness and the staff were excellent in sociablethey were
Cons: They were very co-operative and helpful
Pros: All the staff were friendly especially the head chef Amro. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.
Located in West Malling, No.64 at the Joiners is within a 15-minute drive of Leeds Castle and Mote Park.
Pros: Can't thinknof anything. The young lady who served me a pint was friendly.
Cons: Far too expensive for a room above a pub. Shower was leaking in the bathroom. A couch in the room would have been better than a massive bathtub. To be fair, I didn't book in advance a perhaps the only available room was the "romantic suit". Still far too expensive.
Pros: Very comfortable and staff really welcoming. Great room everything you would need
Pros: Excellent location with lots to do. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: We stayed in Amelia. Despite having a large fan in the room, it was unbearably hot, meaning we didn't get much sleep.
Pros: The room was very cosy, we didn’t realise the rooms were above a pub but were given all the info to get in, slept very well, beds comfy and breakfast was lovely
Cons: Room smaller than expected
Pros: Lovely period pub/hotel
Pros: Very welcoming and the staff were fab. The room was lovely and perfect for us. Thank you for a great evening
Pros: Great location & made to feel very welcome
Pros: The style and decor very pleasant.
Cons: The fixed over head shower was coming away from the wall and the bathroom ceiling was a little shabby.
Pros: Quirky, popular pub, great location on West Malling Main Street
Cons: No parking, no fan for the room (hottest day of the year)

Pros: Great location. Small but compact spa with sauna and steam and 4 seater hot tub/jacuzzi. Pool deserted at 1930 hours
Cons: Usual Holiday Inn add on of 5gbp to park FFS..why oh why when you are a residednt?
Pros: Location was good for where i needed to be. Pool and gym were good. It was nice and quiet in the room (not facing road)
Cons: For some reason had a smokers room!!! which really did smell of old smoke. the room was comfortable but rather sad, it had certainly seen better days. Surely some pictures or some items of decor would make it look a bit nicer
Pros: Friendly, helpful and engaging staff both at reception and bar/ restaurant areas. Good sized well equipped bedroom.
Cons: No issues at all.
Pros: staff were helpful
Cons: room was unclean. We were moved into another without a problem. the bed was so soft it was uncomfortable. We were compensated but it detracted from the experience
Pros: The food including breakfast was of a high standard for all 3 days. The double bed room was spacious, quiet and cool due to a/c during the very hot period. Staff were friendly and efficient. parking was good.
Cons: Dinner service in the restaurant in the evening was very slow, due to a lack of staff, with those that were available looking and sounding quite stressed as a result. On the first night we had to wait more than 50 minutes to be served with our only course, on the second 30 minutes and then part of the order was incorrect, on the third night with more staff around, service was rapid and almost instantaneous.
Pros: Breakfast staff were great!
Cons: They still have smoking rooms which unfortunately cause other rooms close by to smell badly of smoke, one of which I was put into. They charge for car parking too which is not clear anywhere.
Pros: Room was recently refurbished
Cons: Arrived late so could not use facilities
Cons: Paying for car parking in the middle of the country!
Pros: Restaurant was nice and relaxed particularly at breakfast a nice start to day
Cons: Dinner service was very slow although food was good
Pros: Excellent breakfast
Cons: Cleanliness in room was questionable having found poo splatters on the outside and inside of the toilet in room. Rest of bathroom is in desperate need of maintenance. Wasn’t happy that they charged residents for parking plus in the room leaflets it says enjoy your complimentary newspaper so you order a newspaper only to find on checkout that it only applies to an “I” paper.!
With a stay at 7 Hotel Diner in Sevenoaks, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Chartwell and Bluewater Shopping Centre. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We booked the 7 Hotel Diner as the major accommodation for our Wedding in Maidstone on the 20th July, connected to the Ramblin Man Fair Rock festival that weekend in Maidstone. We almost completely took over the entire hotel, with over 30 friends and family coming to stay at the hotel. We did the Freddie Mercury Tribute night on Friday 19th, got married on the 20th and did the Ramblin Man Rock Fair on the 20th and 21st, staying through until the morning of the 22nd. The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They provided a special tea/coffee/juice table for all our guests on the breakfasts of the Saturday and the Sunday, and a separate seating area for our guests. 1 couple had a camper van - the hotel arranged for this to be parked on the grounds and this couple use the hotel facilities for a small fee. We had a coach turn up on the morning of the wedding to get all our guests to Maidstone - the hotel were great in liaising with the coach so this could park safely. Reception guests kept all our presents from breakfast when we forgot to move them safely behind reception for us. We had the perfect wedding weekend. We have now stayed at the hotel 3 years running for the Ramblin Man Fair in Maidstone, and have already reserved our rooms for next year.
Cons: The hotel and restaurant run as two separate businesses, so the reservation for the Freddie Mercury tribute dinner didn't go through as smoothly as was planned. Guests booking events at the restaurant should do so directly and be aware of this. Fortunately, due to cancellations, everything was alright on the night.
Pros: We like the area also the 50s diner and the breakfast/food at the diner was great Will definitely recommend for a stop over ! Children will like it also
Cons: Shower could have been cleaner and there were flying insects in the sink. The breakfast in the 7 diner was disappointing
Pros: Breakfast was great and staff cheerful and attentive
Cons: Decor of room was rather tired as was the bathroom
Pros: From the outside you may get the impression it may be an older style B and B type lodgings but the rooms and communal areas where very modern , clean and relaxing.
Cons: Road in front of property is rather noisy.
Pros: Great food, great staff.
Cons: Mould around showers, slightly dated bathrooms that need a tidy up, re grouting and tiling.
Pros: Clean and comfortable enough, food good
Cons: The heat - and lack of aircon meant the night was spent with a window open on to the main road
Pros: It’s location to the venue of the event we were attending
Cons: Not terribly clean, too hot despite there being a fan in the room. Bathroom not too clean in either room, hairs visible in bed of one of the rooms. Someone else’s shower gel in on of the bathrooms!
Pros: Great lively vibe, a bright, positive location.
Cons: Smell of damp especially in the room bathroom.
