Pros: Basia, who is the owner, creates amazing atmosphere. Tranquil place super close to Puszcza Kampinowska - highly recommended!
Pros: Very friendly host, great surroundings, excelent view from the windows, sounds of nature and local wildlife. Customized and tasty breakfast. Lots of books in the shared living area.
Cons: We visited the property in the middle of the summer to run away from heat-wave in the city. What we did not know was that the house is located next to wetlands (restored by the host). It offered a great view and sounds of wildlife, but hot weather with high humidity (water evapourating from the wetlands) did not offer thermal comfort. Having paid a relatively high price I would expect air conditioning in the room (even if using it was not included in the base price).
Pros: Great location between Kampinos National Park and Bzura river - great place to get in touch with nature. Very good food - both breakfast and dinner. A very kind and friendly owner.
Pros: Stunning location overlooking the Kampinos forest. Friendly staff, great food. We will be coming back :) Ideal for a short weekend trip, perfect if you want to bike from Warsaw around Kampinos (being 90k away from Warsaw is an ideal weekend / bike destination)
Pros: Bike riding in the nature. House was lovely with real fireplace and beautiful views. Host was excellent, helping a lot with stuff. I will book again when I stop here next time
Pros: The owner is an excellent cook, the home made breakfast was amazing as well as dinner. The house is lovely and the location is perfect of you want to explore the national park. Marta was very professional and helpful too.
Pros: A super place on the edge of the forest. Basia our host was welcoming and friendly, marta who did the cooking provided us with delicious fresh cooked meals daily, traditional polish food. Basia ensures all of the foods are local fresh and free range. Chamedaphne is a beautiful house spotless airy comfortable eco friendly. great place if you want to hike through forests see wild life fauna and flora, great biking tracks too. I could not recomend this place enough
Cons: nothing could of been better other than a longer stay
Pros: Beautiful property in the country side. Perfect place for a weekend getaway. Very nice, clean rooms with even nicer view. The owners make you feel very welcome. The meals were delicious, prepared specially for us based on our dietary preferences (thank you!). I definitely look forward to going back there someday.
Cons: It's not a place for people seeking privacy. All the quests are seated at one dining table during the meals, the owners encourage conversations, which is great, but not for everyone ;) Not really something I didn't like but it might be a minus for someone.

Cons: Everything seems quite new, but here and there you can find wires.
Pros: The room (we had the room for four people) was clean and spacious. And also very warm. Modest yet nice breakfast. Big parking.
Cons: Administrator didn’t speak English. Too soft pillows.

Pros: Breakfast was very nice and we were able to take our dog with us. Privet parking is a big plus.
Cons: The shower drain was partially blocked and the shower cabin was unstable. Beds where very narrow and something spiky was coming of the edges not to mention that we booked double and got twin room.

Pros: great location and charming atmosphere. lovely staff and good breakfast selection.
Pros: Modern Hotel, good service.
Pros: The food was very good
Cons: Old rooms with uncomfortable beds
Pros: It was ok with all the basic stuff you would expect.
Cons: No aircondition in the room, it was quite humid outside and very hot inside.
Pros: Quaint, comfortable fair price
Pros: The staff of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend using the SPA I had a fantastic stay .I liked the decor of the room and extreme cleanliness . I didn’t feel that I was staying in the hotel rather I was staying with friends. I went there to attend a wedding and I received a help anytime I needed. But now I would like to go back there to simply enjoy myself.I recommend this place to anyone. I simply loved that place .
Cons: There was nothing that I could complain about.
Pros: Bar is open until midnight, and the kitchen stayed open until 23:00h although apparently usually closes at 22:00h. I had a very nice sirloin and sweet potatoes. The town is quite small and does not offer much to do, but if you are here on business it's fine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, a little old-fashioned but very clean, and free bottles of water waiting in the room. Wifi worked well. They have a lift.
Cons: I am not a fan of breakfast buffets where the food can be pawed and coughed over by everyone. There was a reasonable enough selection, although the quantity probably reflected the fact that not so many people were staying the previous night. The coffee from a bean machine was very good and you can help yourself to a takeaway when you leave.
Pros: the hotel was a bit old but the staff were ecellent , food in the resturant was excellent as was the service The breakfast selection cod have been better but was was prepared was very good so really no complaints every thing i had tasted very good
Pros: Very nice staff.
Cons: The single beds are far to small.
Pros: This the best stay in Sochaczew of only few accomodation places available, but they still keep the high standards. A professional staff, wonderful breakfast and great, big bed.
Cons: Nothing to mention.
Pros: Very large room stylized for XIX century. Good restaurant with tasty food. Really low prices.
Cons: Situated rather far from the railway station. Right across the street there is a cemetery.
Pros: I really enjoyed staying in your hotel and appreciated the comfort and service.
Pros: Excellent value for money. Good breakfast and restaurant.
Cons: Room not cleaned one day and door was left wide open all the next day.
Pros: It was conveniently located for my purposes
Cons: I could not get to sleep until after 01:00 due to the noise from the function rooms
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, clean, good breakfast buffet, secure car parking.
Pros: Reception area , decor of the restaurant and coridors .Car par .
Cons: Rooms are dated , decor poor if you compare with other areas . Service was so so . Restaurant bill strange calculations . Menu not for 4 * hotel .
Pros: Spacious rooms, good breakfast (if it had real coffee I would rate it very good).
Cons: The swimming pool was not usable.
Pros: Very attractive hotel, friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Pros: Room standarts were ok.
Cons: Even that i order non smoking room we were send to smoking room. The smell of smokes was very very strong. firstly receptionist said that they havent other rooms and gave to us air freshener, when i refuse to take it a few minutes later they offered two other rooms - one of them didnt had strong smell of smokes. But if its non smoking room, why it was ashtrey and matches on the table?
The Hotel Kawallo is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. For those who require internet access, the property features Wi-Fi in designated areas. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. Airport pickup can be arranged by the hotel upon request. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.
Pros: If you want a secluded stay this is great, a car is recommended. We walked to the nearest shop 3.5miles away however, the hotel itself is fantastic. Spa was great, very catering as we were English speaking and cannot speak a word of Polish. We were also given complementary room service for one day of our stay due to low numbers in the hotel.
Pros: Very spacious and clean room, good bed, lovely spa
Cons: Double bed was 2 singles with a hard edge in the middle, so not comfortable sleeping close to each other. Don’t go here without a car
Pros: Very responsive staff.
Pros: food was excellent and room were wonderful; clean, comfortable and warm.
Pros: Breakfasts are very good, a lot of choice of local meat cuts and cheese. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good, friendly staff, nice spa.
Cons: Design of the rooms
Pros: Is lovely location, amazing climate, beautiful garden, delicious food. Room was very nice clean very comfy beds, air condition was making great job in very warm days
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: Clean air
Cons: Noisy at night
Pros: Swimming pool is great
Cons: Bed was too soft for me
Pros: Hotel with great but unused potential. One can really find everything he needs - a large room, easy parking, a swimming pool, a children's pool with hot water, a wellness area, a children's corner, nature around, restaurants. But ... far from waiting for four stars. You will hardly see some staff. If you really do not need four stars - and to the point of serving them the prices are three-stars - you will enjoy your stay. But if you expect luxury, you will be disappointed. Prepare with the fact that there is "nothing" around. Forests and fields. In December it was a bit sad. In the summer it can be very nice. Especially we would like to compliment one young waiter in a restaurant, he - as only member of the staff - was great..
Cons: At each turn, you feel that staff is missing here. In the restaurant, three days in a row, they did not have a roast scroll. When we went to the reception on the third day to ask if anyone came to clean the room (it was uncleaned three days) ... we got a handbag to bring the garbage to the reception. On the fourth day they came to clean - drain the baskets, wash the washbasin - and that was all - the vacuum cleaner did not even have. The rooms do not have a balcony, which probably would bother me in the summer. Temperatures fluctuated in saunas. I think the rooms have recuperation, the air was very dry and it was a bit more difficult to breathe at night, but that's my personal problem. We do not want to complain at all, we enjoyed our stay, but what options this hotel can offer, the management should probably work a bit differently. In Poland I am used to much better services
Surrounded by greenery and located in a quiet part of Sochaczew, Dom Bankietowy Arkadia offers accommodation with free Wi-Fi and private parking. The train station is 4 km away. Elegant and spacious, the rooms at Arkadia come with a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The private bathroom is fitted with a shower. There is also a tea/coffee making set. There is a large and bright restaurant and in the summer season guests can dine and relax outside in the garden. Sochaczew’s centre is 2 km away and Żelazowa Wola with a museum devoted to Frederic Chopin who was born there, is 4 km from Dom Bankietowy Arkadia.
Pros: The staff was wonderful. The food was amazing
Cons: Rooms are a bit too dark.
Pros: Beautiful property, located in the beautiful forest garden. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast , very nice staff. Can't wait to comeback. Good price for the room. I like this hotel very much.
Pros: Excellent place and breakfast. Very frienly people
Cons: Bed was not very good
