Pros (+) The staff were great when one of us had quite a serious fall and upgraded her to a private hotel room from the dorm room we were in. Also great in fixing up mishaps caused by poor training.
Cons (-) Despite having paid for a private dorm room, staff tried to put another person in with us. Also reception staff didn't advise regarding availability of breakfast discounts and restaurant staff didn't ask if f we knew about them.... obviously poor training.
