Good place, wonderfull staff. Super nice staff very helpful and kind. Superb breakfast, too much of everything. Beautiful historical building. Shared areas such as a library or entrance hall all are very atmospheric. A bed is comfortable and sheets are clean and soft. Bathroom is quite spacious and has a warm floor. Great location: quiet place, but not far from the city centre. The hall looks like ín an Addams Family movie, loved it. The breakfast was amazing, perfect. Thanks. Room furniture was old and shabby. Beds not comfortable. Had to pay extra for cleaning and for bedsheets. No lift. No towel replacement and no shampoo for the following days of the stay. Towel replacement is mentioned for a fee and I didn't (wouldn't) ask for those. Not even one single bottle of water for the guests available in the room. Bed is not comfortable. No trash in the room but only one in the bathroom. Interior was okay, rooms/furniture were a little dated but bathroom was recently refurbished. Beds were two singles pushed together even though it was supposed to be a double. There was a kettle with a couple of coffee sachets, but not much else. We soon realised the throw on the bed was actually a curtain as there seemed to be no heating from the radiators all night. No double bed, but 2 connected ones. We always miss 3 things: elevator, air conditioner and a fridge. But we can survive without them. The towel dryer was not working. The bed was awful, nothing is worse than a uncomfortable bed after a long day of hiking. No free parking spaces even it states as such in ad (25 ZL per day). No mini bar in number for food, not only that, the heater doesn’t work and the staff doesn’t see it as a problem, so if you have been hiking and encountered rain - good luck for you. Actually nothing. just weather that day in Zakopane. No washing machine available. No place to dry wet clothing when raining. We overpaid for service we get. No shower in the room! Just a bath with tap. You have to pay extra if you want change your towel. Never seen that before. Shocking. Pilow on the bed was extra flat. And there is no drinking water in the room. For that price you expect a little bit more. Blinds for the attic window would have been nice. Dirty wall around electrical switch. Bed sides are filthy, old smell in room. The one and only thing that we didn't like is the very poor reception of the wi-fi. Dust dust dust dust everywhere. Thin ceiling which makes steps from the room above audible. Might be annoying. No regular milk for cereal at the breakfast table. One sofa was too little for 2 persons - 1 adult and 1 child 12 years old. Room furniture was old and shabby. The wooden floor was squeaking also there were cracking noise from the hallway stairway that was very clearly heard inside the bedroom. The breakfast was average.

It is not far from the main street and the bus station. The room had everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was very nice, just what we needed before we started hiking. I highly recommend this place, and I'll be staying here again, when I'll return to Zakopane. Classy Villa with modern standards away from noisy centre, very helpful staff translating and explaining the bus timetable to me. Wonderful breakfast. 100m away, Cristina restaurant also amazing. The willa has private parking, but it is NOT free for guests. We were charged for 3 days, although we stayed only for 2 nights and left the will just after breakfast. We always miss 3 things: elevator, air conditioner and a fridge. But we can survive without them. During our former trips the parking was free of charge, it was a surprise now that we had to pay for it. Easy parking. Location is great, near to Krupówki, but in a silent environment. Staff is very kind and helpful. Room was clean, its size is enough. Breakfast is delicious, we could choose from a wide variety of food. The private parking is a big advantage of the facility.
