Flight Staff: Always great! Checking back vs carry-on: I typically check my bag since so much time is spent stowing the bag, it's heavy, maybe not enough room. Delta is charging $45 to check bags. Yet, the people who have multiple carry-on bags are then asked to check their bags and are offered this service for free. This does not seem fair to a person who is trying to be proactive in improving the process . Boarding: Boarding is always slow and exhausting. With the exception of First Class, Economy, why not board the zone in the back of the plane first??? Seats: Why cross the seat belts? I get that it looks nice, but people waste so much time moving them or sitting on them and then having to move. Seats: On both my flights the seat did not recline. Not a big deal. Smell: There was a horrific smell like the restrooms on my first flight. I thought I was going to be sick. Most flights do not smell great. Does Delta use air purifiers or anything?
The crew were very respectful. And also they were welcoming.they did help us locate our seats.i enjoyed.

DL482 did not wait for about 10 of us including a mother and 3 children when we were in the same terminal on DL486, where we were switching from waiting for a jet bridge fix, to moving to a neighboring gate. I understand taxiing delays are ok either but man. We only needed 5 more minutes. DL482 did not adjust from their times at all. This was my first time with Delta.
DL486 could not get to the gate due to jet bridge malfunction. We moved gates. The connecting flight of LAX to MCO was not communicated with. Even though we were in the same terminal, DL482 left without about 10 of us, including a mother and her 3 children. I got to the gate at 7:34 am which is past the 7:20 am last call for a 7:35 am departure. Had they waited 5 minutes, all of us would have made it on board.
The wait in the tunnel to enter the plane was too long. The counter personnel, specially ''Israel'' was really not welcoming considering Delta Standards. Other than this everything was good overall.
Both legs on the way were smaller planes, each had a mechanical issue causing a delay

Delayed flight. Dirty seats, dirty seat belts with food stuck on it from previous passengers maybe. No one cleaned the seats or flight.
Food seats were good Flight was delayed for over an hour, missed connecting flight, lot automatically rescheduled us to a new flight which was good but lost approximately 4 hours. Not a good way to start a vacation.
Stuck on a plane for 6 hours due to a technical or mechanical issue.
Boarding was a madhouse. Airport staff was completely disinterested in communicating about the delays. Never again.

The seats are small and the movie selection was disappointing. However, the food was excellent and the cabin crew was attentive and kind.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..
The special need food was awful and gave no alternative.

Elderly traveler with disability was bumped from extra legroom to economy with little legroom. He couldn’t bend his knee to fit in the seat. Very uncomfortable for a 7 hour flight and will be reported to DOT. Then the food was disgusting. Boiled chicken with boiled rice and steamed veggies. 3 slices of carrot and one broccoli. We couldn’t eat it. No salt or pepper provided. Disgusting.
Good flight. Mass boarding. Seats fairly comfortable. Food okay although may have upset my stomach a bit.
The crew were nice and courteous. Exonomy seats were worse than expected. Overhead bin space was non existent thanks to loose enforcement of the carryon size and letting passengers put up their purses jackets and backpacks up there leaving no space for others with a small conforming carry on. Food was not good at all. Perhaps worse chicken I ever had in my life. I had to have them take it after tasting how bad it was. Whoever made that should not be in food making business.
The crew was very helpful and friendly. Food was good. The only issue was the legroom -- not great. The seat in front is also too close to see the entertainment screen properly.
Everything was perfect. I would’ve liked better selections for entertainment, but I slept most of the time, so it wasn’t really an issue.

It was fine for the most part. But the volume on the announcements was way too loud, and the cabin temperature was chilly. We had the hardest landing I've ever experienced- I think it hurt my back, and the tires squealed when we touched down.

Return Premium Economy section to the smaller section with comfortable seats. Add internet, upgrade the meals, and upgrade/update the Movies and Music onboard.

Boarding was 2 hours late and then we were delayed another 5 hours on the tarmac. I'm sure the crew were also tired, but some of them were rather snappy. The special dinner I ordered was not served, and they only served a tapas box on takeoff and breakfast before landing. That was disappointing in premium economy. However United was good at rebooking my connecting flight.
It was pretty good, they give a small blanket, neck pillow and earphones. The only bad thing was not big enough leg room for your bag and feet. They gave us a snack, dinner, and breakfast on flight and food was good considering it was on a plane
Just having a little bit more legroom would've been nice.
We paid extra to check our bags ($90*2=$180) but our luggage remained in Frankfurt. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we were promised that our luggage would go to our destination. We had to pay 90€ to take a taxi back to the airport in Split the next day to get our bags so we would not miss our next step on our trip. We think we should be reimbursed for our checked bags. How can we coordinate this?
This is related to my second leg of the flight, from Washington DC to SFO. I understand things happen, but I got home at 3 am for a 12:59 am landing. I live 10 min from the airport. Bridge breaks when a few rows of the plane are off? Maintenance didn’t catch that?
Franfurt bus brought us to the airplain and we were sitting in the bus for over half an hour! right by the airplain. No explanation. People were very frustrated. We all misse our connections in Gdansk. That extended our travels beyond 24h. Thanks Lufthansa!

At the boarding gate in Dallas, I was required to check my carry-on luggage due to limited cabin space. Despite my attempts to explain that I was traveling internationally and would not have access to the bag during transit, my concerns were not considered. I also informed the staff that I did not have a padlock to secure the luggage, but this was disregarded. Consequently, I had to hastily transfer essential items from my carry-on into my handbag. Unfortunately, the onboard experience on the Chicago to Brussels flight further reinforced my dissatisfaction. The cabin crew appeared disengaged, indifferent, and lacking in attentiveness, resulting in a service experience that fell well below my expectations.

It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.
The tv and remote didn’t work. The plug to charge our phone didn’t work.
Pathetic - boarded us on buses for transport to the plane then had us wait for over half an hour before we could board...because they needed time to clean the plane; something they knew before we got on the bus. Further, by the time we could board, there were 3 buses full of people waiting so boarding was a crowded mess.
Flight was cancelled I was rebooked I dont know if I will fly back home onnLH again Its a very sad story!
This experience was a complete disaster. At first the flight was delayed. No reason given why the flight was delayed. Once transported to the plane (by bus) and waiting on the tarmac, the flight was canceled. The next flight was 6 hours later and that flight was also delayed. Horrible experience and lack of communication from the airline.
The plane was comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately it was delayed and I had to pay for coffee.
Horrible. The plane didn't land on time. Again left delayed 1 hr. Then landed in different city Poznan. No one there was from Luthansa. We were dropped off like animals. No food, no instructions. After 2 hrs we got a bus! 1 bus for all the people from the plane. 4 hrs back to warsaw. Arrived at 11pm at the airport in Warsaw. Again No one from Luthansa. I had to sit spend a night at the airport to get a bus to my final destination in Poland. Shame on Luthansa!!! Will never fly in my life! Paying $1400 for the ticket with 2 delayed flights, nothing offered for inconvenience!!! Bad bad
