It's not a room, it an apartment. Kitchen, stove, even a dishwasher.

Staff was nice and helpful

I was expecting pressure to buy a timeshare. That never happened as some others have suggested. Rather, I enjoyed the stay from beginning to end. It was like a home away from home. A great bargain.

Overall, its an awesome hotel!!! I noticed as we enter the hotel it had a very refreshing aroma. Compared to other hotels, upscale or affordable, you are greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke. Love love this hotel, its tres chic and sexy-glammmm.

After checking out we were shocked to see that we were unnecessarily charged for 2 soft drinks from the minibar. We brought in our own water bottle & iced coffee & placed in the fridge, however, needed to move their bottled drink just to the side to place in its spot. Anyone would clearly see that its just to the side. The staff should be careful & pay more attention, just because the drink was moved it does not mean it was opened. Overall, our impression of the Cosmopolitan was awesome but disappointing and surprused that they would make such a small mistake. They should pay more attention and pay attention to your checkout bill as well.

our room was terrific, overlooking Bellagio fountains, and has a balcony, so great in the evenings. Really well appointed. The swimming pools were modest a but very accessible. Staff great. Plenty of dinning options.

Not really built for gambling , but you have many choices on the strip so not really a problem

Liked the atmosphere, it was well decorated in the common areas, had many different places to eat at different budgets and tastes. The dolphins were great.

We went on the weekend so it was too hard to get anything, all over crowded. Couldn't get a drink at a bar. Service was stretched and fairly poor. The pool was a joke, could not get into it and it was hot weather. This was really a disappointment, pointless staying at a hotel with a pool if you cant use the pool because its too crowded. Everyone doing hand to hand combat to get a lounge and staff no help. Really a case of too many rooms and under catered for in the hotel amenities.

The hotel was great, a little smaller than the other hotel's on the strip but this hotel has reasonable food options and is accesssible to the strip right across the street from the Mirage.

You couldn't find the hotel parking area. Need better signs or directions to get to the parking lot.

The rooms were nice, had a fridge, a safe, a nice tv, etc.

There is construction and you have to park in back. This wouldn't be a big deal if there was a taxi circle- which there isn't. We asked the staff to have a taxi waiting for us at a particular time, and after waiting 10 minutes, we decided to walk to a different hotel to get the taxi. If they aren't going to have a good way to get into the hotel- they need to do a better job ensuring people can get taxis to go where they need to be.

I booked a view room but was gone when I arrived. So the front staff upgraded me to a suite (no view) instead. Totally worth it. Suite had an amazing layout. Full kitchen, dish washer, washer and dryer, pimp bathroom and such a comfortable bed and pillows. Awesome place to stay. No casino and No Smoking in the hotel. Highly recommend this place.

The suites are spacious. Had a views of the Paris Eiffel Tower that was amazing. The pool area was very nice and didn't play loud thumping techno music. Close enough to the Las Vegas Strip. Nonsmoking and no casino so clean air and quiet. Good security.

The location was perfect, one block off the strip. Walgreens is also one block away, great for stocking up on groceries and goodies. The staff here is incredibly accommodating. Rooms are rather large, with full size kitchen, and washer/dryer.

This hotel does not have room service. Rather small detail.

The room was beautiful and I especially liked the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and I liked that I could control the temperature like I do in my own home.

Checking in was a bit of a nightmare. Granted it was a Friday night and it was busier than usual, but not as busy as it could have been, and I was in line for 45+ minutes. Once I actually got to a representative, I found out why. Despite telling her I was in a bit of a hurry and in town strictly for business, she spent a solid 10 minutes telling me about all the restaurants and amenities I told her up front I wouldn't be using. I'm a tech savvy 28 year old, but I thought the TV, smart pad, and checkout process were totally unintuitive and confusing. It made the simplest things tremendously over-complicated. The thing I liked least was that this hotel was just SOOOO big, and I get the whole "make you walk through the casino to get to your room" thing, but this was ridiculous. The casino is enormous, and intentionally laid out with the check-in, parking garage, and rooms in exact opposite corners. It was a 10 minute walk between each across a horribly confusing layout. During my business trip, I ended up staying 3 nights at the Cosmopolitan and 1 night at the Aria. If I could do it all over again, I would have paid the extra money to stay at the Cosmopolitan the extra night. The Aria had a kind of frantic and anxious atmosphere, where the Cosmopolitan had a very hip and relaxed but luxurious vibe. If you're torn between these two options, no question, go with the Cosmopolitan.

The wifi and the air conditioning was okay. Some of the staff members where considerate, but some of the female staff members were checking me out and it was kind of creepy.

The fact that non of the staff members went to do anything about the guy smoking pot down the hall for like 4 days straight. The fact that non of the staff members ALSO didn't do anything about the loud music playing downstairs at certain times of the day. The fact that the staff members ALSO didn't ask the guys upstairs to keep the noise down when I requested it (they were having some kind of weird kinky sex). Lastly the housekeeping in the morning ignored my "PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB" sign and walked in while I was naked getting ready to go to the strip (no there was no knock and I wasn't playing music). I rate it a 1 star

Prices are either the average per night price per room or first night of stay. You can select to display the prices with or without our estimate of taxes & fees (which may not appear on provider's booking page but will be charged at hotel checkout). Before you complete your reservation, verify the total cost on the provider's site. Prices and availability are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller
At KAYAK we don’t set prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We aggregate tons of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we don't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find on occasion that certain prices are no longer available.
