Beautiful and luxurious
The hotel is gorgeous and immense. The staff are incredible and on top of everything. And the decor is stunning.
Nothing. Our room was ready early, we never had to wait for anything and our every need seemed to be anticipated in advance.
A magical place!
Great location. Clean and warm pool. Nice rooms. Friendly crew. Good bed.
I was expecting little more luxury for the money that I spent. Pool service is slow and below average quality. Pool drinks are expensive since the drinks are not different than any low budget hotel service. Sink in the room was making weird sound. There is no items except shampoo and soap in the rooms. They suppose to put some luxury items such as at least a vanity kit. There is no coffee in the rooms. Internet service super slow. The towels does not smell nice. Therefore when someone spends that much money for a room, the luxury service should be provided. I think it is overpriced as it is.
Headline doesn't matter, too much negative to be published.
The room was quiet.
The Fix restaurant bartenders were amazing while the kitchen absolutely ruined our night. Simple order at the bar for food was forgotten, poorly handled by the manager and then incomplete after over 1.5 hours of wait. We watched the bar top cycle three patrons complete in our wait, only 2/3 of our party ever saw food. Horrible, will never go back, and as a reflection of the Bellagio itself, will probably never go back there as well.
Very nice property but not great value.
The hotel is beautiful and in a good location.
For the money you are paying you don't get much value. Also, I expect that when I am paying this sort of price per night that when I walk the hallways to get to my room I don't have to see everyone's room service tables and left over food. I also didn't like the fact that they want to charge you 35 USD/night to rent a refrigerator. Some things should be included in the price.
Your cleaning staff is unsurpassed. I hope they are compensated as they are the behind the scenes success to the beauty of the resort..
When I went to check out there where all sorts of extra fees. I made no room charges. I called the front desk and they removed them, I asked for an emailed copy and they sent two. One for the resort fee's which is so silly if you pay for a resort yet can't use the refrigerator, the other email was over 650.00! I went to the desk and they said it was an error? A lot of unnecessary anxiety for an error!
Fantastic place to stay
Clean, Very accommodating, courteous staff and comfortable amenities we were very pleased and would highly recommend
resort fee and parking fee. Room which was upgraded smelled like vomit.
I loved the décor, most of the staff, and conservatory. The show (O) was great too!
We had a couple of issues with staff, the main on being the guy who "checked" the keys before entering the elevators was rude and not at all consistent with who he checked (both in our favor and against). When my husband asked him about it he was combative and obnoxious.
Pretty poor experience
They started to charge for parking!!! (This was not notify earlier in the booking) They give us room keys that don't work. ( happens more than one time) The walls don't cancel noise. I could still hear other people talking and in the middle of night. Placed unauthorized charge on the room for no good reason. Had to call to Ask the staff to make it correct, took very long time. Bad attitude also at one point they hung up on us. Iineffective staff that's was rude made the stay even more frustrating. Buffet quality of food, taste and atmosphere had lower dramatically!!!!!
Location, Location, Location
Comfortable bed and spacious room. I appreciated the fitness center and the various weights and cardio machines. However, it was located quite a distance from the rooms. You had to walk the entire casino floor, past the lobby to get there.
You're really paying for the location on The Strip. The room was nice but what comes out to be over $322/night including all taxes, etc the room and accommodations themselves weren't worth it.
