As I only had one morning time to stop and eat, I found the buffet at $30 for scrabble eggs, pancakes, and French toast to be extremely overpriced.
The hotel is nice, he room was nice, and even though the lobby and casino always seem full, it never seem full when heading to my room. And the room was quiet.
Great rooms and staff
It was perfect
Rooms were nice and clean we had a problem w shower water backing up and this real nice person from house keeping said she will take care of it and she did because having all of that water backing up was not nice Thank you housekeeping we love you
Real disappointed that such a high scale resort would not have a courtesy coffe and coffe pots Even real inexpensive hotels provide that for free and if you are a guest parking on regular parking lot should be for free over all ok
They have a strange policy about the mini-bar. We didn’t touch any of the drinks there, we only left our leftover sandwich there for few hours and we got charged $50 because of using the mini-bar.
Nice hotel, large casino, great assortment of restaurants, tram to other hotels was convenient.
The room we booked wasn’t ready although we arrived at 3pm. The solution was to provide a phone number to text, but couldn’t provide an ETA when it would be ready. After being in a car for 4 hours we just wanted to wind down in the room for a bit. We had to upgrade to get a room with a king bed.
Room’s were very nice...
Visited a few years ago and parking was free just tipped...Now it’s $24.00 per night...It cost more to park a car that it cost to rent the car...
Everything was great about this hotel, from the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and very helpful. We were a late reservation and they had no issues with that either. I would recommend this to anyone couples and families.
I was hoping the pool would be open a little later.
We where upgraded to a suite and we where extremely grateful and very happy! Made our trip!
Don’t have any complaints! Everything was perfect!
The add was very misleading
We were not given a room at the Mandalay Bay as advertised, but rather at their lessor property, Deleno. They had no suites left, and no rooms with double beds. We’re out in the smallest room they had and had to share a bed. We left after one night and went to another hotel. I won’t be back.
I love Mandalay Bay
The hotel is gorgeous, food is amazing, comfortable rooms with giant tubs! It's great
Plush Stay w/ zero issues
Clean Room, everything worked, lots of amenities, no issues, fast check in, great access to food and games
I guess lots of hotels in Vegas are now charging to self park in the massive parking structures...just a year ago it seemed they were all free???
First time at Mandalay Bay and will return soon
Every single employee was so nice and thanked me for staying at Mandalay Bay. After all of the heart ache and anguish that these employees have dealt with, they went over the top to thank me! I say Thank you Mandalay Bay employees and God bless you and Las Vegas!
