I liked that there was alot of activities there on site and several stores. The front area had cabs there waiting was convenient.
The rooms were old fashioned and there was no refrigerator or microwave. One of our key cards stopped working for the elevator and our room.
water pipes are too noisy! Insolation so poor you can hear next door and upstairs noise.
The bed was comfortable and the room stayed cool. A good shower as well.
I had a broken safe. Tried to get help - nothing. Because of this I called housekeeping to tell them not to clean my room during my stay. My room got cleaned. I called again and complained - asked to not clean my room. My room got cleaned again - the housekeeping person who answered the phone out all the blame on the housekeeper. She showed me the sheet that would have had instructions - none. I was afraid to leave my room which was in a building, ‘D’ about two hundred yards from the entrance to the main hotel/casino. I’ll never go back. Not sure about using Kayak again either since I was under the impression I would be in a room in the casino tower.
Microwave and small fridge would have helped us as we had children that we could have kept leftovers for.
It was relatively cheap. Room was acceptable. Issue with the bathtub backing up and they fixed it promptly.
Outlets on the lamps; if they have them in La Junta, CO they should have them in Las Vegas. Bathrooms still look as they would have in 1968. Toilet is too low to the ground. Too much water in them as well.
The bed was comfortable
Clean, repairs, better staffing, more upfront about $35 resort fee. Resort fee is one ridicules fir what you get!
The lemon Krispy Kreme doughnuts is simply amazing an I'm not even a lemon fan. The HENENNSY & COKE
People being able to have more control over there children
Cleaner windows and upgraded rooms
Affordable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The air conditioning in my room barely worked but that's the only fault I could find.
Bed was comfortable. Room was pretty clean.
I reserved a room at Circus Circus, but when I checked in, they said my room was across the street at some low rent location. They then charged me more to stay at Circus Circus. The first night, actually very early morning, some clown in the room above or next door, kept knocking on something, which sounded like knocks on my door. The second night, another drunkin idiot kept knocking (slamming) on some ones door while screaming LET ME IN! Cigarette butts on chewing gum laying in our floors lobby, untouched all weekend. I guess you get what you pay for.
Ravi at the customer service was great
Good value for the room
Very Smokey atmosphere.
