Our 3 day stay
Room was a good size, housekeeping was extremely courteous. We were worried they would come knocking early as all other hotels usually do, but they were later in the day which was great for our catching up on sleep from late nights. And were friendly in the hallways noticing what room we came from and asking if we needed any specifics which was helpful since we needed extra bathroom towels for our group. Rooms were very quiet , w Denver hear dneighbors or anyone above/below.
There was a wet spot on carpet we assumed was from housekeeping cleaning a spot but it did not dry much over the days.. the dresser drawers were misleading as 3 drawers not two and a false, all of the wall outlets were very loose and felt unsafe to use.
What I don’t like about meke a reservation at Vegas is: when you make your reservation on line and they charge you and when you get to the from desk they give you the room they want and to get a decent room to have to paid more than you already paid
The WORST Place To Stay
When you spend money for a vacation, this is not the place to do it. There were always long waits for an elevator. The escalator was broken quite often. The machines often had problems. The place wasn't very clean. The staff isn't very friendly. The worst of it was that because they are having major security problems, they HARASS the guests to show a room key every time they want to go to their room. They should have a better way of doing it than harassing the guests--period.
Very bad experience
The hotel lis located on the strip, Las Vegas Boulevard.
It’s a very dirty, old, noisy hotel with humid carpets, very worn out. Because of that is smelly all over, the halls smell, the elevators smell, of course the bathroom also. It looks cheap and feels cheap. Therefore is wat too much money for the value. I will never stay again or reconnect this hotel.
The pool is amazing
The bathtub wouldn't drain, the people next to me kept trying to open the door connecting the rooms. Waking me up at 6 am. It smelled musty in the room
Worst experience ever
The very day I checked into my room it was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks ! It’s was a mess with such a foul odor I couldn’t stand to be there for more than 2 mins! They only accommodation for the filthy room I got was a $36.00 resort fee and different room ! The beds are very small and uncomfortable and their cleanliness overall is embarrassing!
Got to stay in one of the Manor buildings. Got a Non smoking room which smelled like an ashtray. Rooms are very old. Only good if you need a place to crash for the night
Meh - could be better, could be way worse
Rooms were large and clean
Super busy and noisy and smoky, and a little dated
Bed, shower, pool, casino
TVs were old
Location was ok, as it is on the strip.
This hotel touts itself as "newly renovated" but that must be only premiums suites. Anything less will get you booked outside in one of 5 two-level glorified motel-like structures. They are dilapidated. Ancient rooms and bathrooms with peeling wall paper and stains of unknown origin on the walls. You'll be paying over $100 a night with a resort fee for basically a motel. You could find something cleaner and more up to date for much cheaper.
The hotel is run down. The lady at the desk didn't want to give me a paper receipt. The signage to find circus Manor is terrible. It was quite difficult to find the Uber pick up area. Every morning I woke up to five pizza menus under my door. The walls are paper thing. The towels are rough and the hotel services are lacking. Do yourself a favor and go to a hotel that actually cares about it's facilities, customers and employees. The folks that run circus circus should be ashamed of themselves.
