The view was ok, we were booked in the 23 rd floor.. and stratosphere was viewable. Some of the staff was good.
It was too much money for the booking itself, I expected the room quality (interiors) to be better. Every hotel has a small refrigerator, a kettle and some other perks with the booking which Circus Circus didn’t have ! It was disappointing, because I thought since it’s one the strip the quality would be better. I was really looking forward to this trip with my mom and aunt who came to visits me in the first time in the USA. The rooms also didn’t have enough light, parking structure was super unclean.
Good price, older could use renovation.
We liked the amenities, like Pool, water park, splash pad. And adventure dome.
The rooms could use a renovation. For a family place it should provide a continental breakfast. Splash pad water should be heated. Fridge and Microwave should be included in EVERY room, at no extra charge. Cribs should not cost extra either.
I will never visit again!
The games, rides and shows for the kids were a nice. Buffet was okay.
The bathroom had long black hair left in the shower from previous guest. The shower/tub didn't drain while showering, the sink also was clogged up and wouldn't drain. The elevators on our floor wasn't working. If you pushed the button on our floor to get the elevator, it wouldn't stop at our floor. Only way it would stop is if someone on the elevator was getting off at our floor. We had a family member in a wheelchair, we had to go down the stairs, get the elevator at the lobby level, take it up to the fifth floor so that it would open for him. It was like that for 2 days. They did nothing to accommodate guests. The lobby and 2nd floors smelled of sewage. Shame that for a family place, the area with rides and games for kids reeked of smoke. This was my first time visiting and last time visiting Circus Circus hotel and casino.
Value for the money was great.
It was good.
I liked that they were accommodating to get the family closer together on the same floor.
The elevators had a strange scent.
Me gusta que puede ir uno con toda la familia.divercion para todos Rosalba
Our 3 day stay
Room was a good size, housekeeping was extremely courteous. We were worried they would come knocking early as all other hotels usually do, but they were later in the day which was great for our catching up on sleep from late nights. And were friendly in the hallways noticing what room we came from and asking if we needed any specifics which was helpful since we needed extra bathroom towels for our group. Rooms were very quiet , w Denver hear dneighbors or anyone above/below.
There was a wet spot on carpet we assumed was from housekeeping cleaning a spot but it did not dry much over the days.. the dresser drawers were misleading as 3 drawers not two and a false, all of the wall outlets were very loose and felt unsafe to use.
What I don’t like about meke a reservation at Vegas is: when you make your reservation on line and they charge you and when you get to the from desk they give you the room they want and to get a decent room to have to paid more than you already paid
The WORST Place To Stay
When you spend money for a vacation, this is not the place to do it. There were always long waits for an elevator. The escalator was broken quite often. The machines often had problems. The place wasn't very clean. The staff isn't very friendly. The worst of it was that because they are having major security problems, they HARASS the guests to show a room key every time they want to go to their room. They should have a better way of doing it than harassing the guests--period.
Very bad experience
The hotel lis located on the strip, Las Vegas Boulevard.
It’s a very dirty, old, noisy hotel with humid carpets, very worn out. Because of that is smelly all over, the halls smell, the elevators smell, of course the bathroom also. It looks cheap and feels cheap. Therefore is wat too much money for the value. I will never stay again or reconnect this hotel.
The pool is amazing
The bathtub wouldn't drain, the people next to me kept trying to open the door connecting the rooms. Waking me up at 6 am. It smelled musty in the room
Worst experience ever
The very day I checked into my room it was filthy like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks ! It’s was a mess with such a foul odor I couldn’t stand to be there for more than 2 mins! They only accommodation for the filthy room I got was a $36.00 resort fee and different room ! The beds are very small and uncomfortable and their cleanliness overall is embarrassing!
