We opted for a tower suite. It was spectacular. View and space compare to Upper House in Hong Kong but at 1/4 the price. The choice of restaurants and entertainment leisure facilities are nothing short of best available globally. Given the price, the quality of accommodations is extraordinary (thanks to gambling subsidizing rooms).
A few things stuck out that made the stay less than perfect and these had largely to do with our need to work while on site. Specifically, it is hard to find a quiet space that has working wifi. There are meeting rooms priced at $1 a minute but they don't have good wifi. The attendant offered a desktop machine we could use but that is not the same as having use of your laptop with all the installed conferencing apps (Zoom, BlueJeans, etc.). Many of the public areas have music in the background. We also asked for a late checkout and were offered a paid 1 PM checkout. After spending $1500 in accommodations, restaurants, and a bit fo gambling over the 18 hours we were there that felt like being nickel and dimed.
Loud noise from guest . Changed rooms and bathtub needed more cleaning . The shower door wouldn’t open .
Outstanding property and staff. Sparkling clean, every detail is thought about, exceptional customer services.
There was everything we needed inside the resort, we didnt have to leave the property!
the room service wait could of been faster but other than that everything was great!
We had issues w/ our hotel room key not working for 2 nights and had to wait for security to let us in the room. The hotel manager waived our resort fees.
