I don’t know where to start. They did not hold my reservation of a king room. My room was downgraded and they offered no discount. They offered to waive the resort fee, which did not really amount to much considering rooms were about $700/night. Thank God my credit card company cared more about my satisfaction than this hotel did. They are so busy they don’t care about any single guest. Really sad considering Vegas used to win you over with hospitality. No manager even extended a complimentary few chips to play at Casino, or any bottle in the room to make amends for essentially giving our pre checked and confirmed room reservation away. I’m going to think long and hard about coming back here again ever. All the restaurant services within the hotel had poor service. Like really bad. Waiters going missing for 30 mins. Our entire order sat in the kitchen getting cold for a while before we had to remind them we were still there.
Pros. Beautiful hotel. Great service and staff. Clean. Nice pool area.
Pros. Everything
Pros. Nice rooms
Cons. More snacks
Pros. Good food
Cons. Nothing
Pros. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wing Lei was outstanding. Wynn Buffet was good. Tableu and Jardin were both good too. Parlor suite was huge! Especially the bathroom.
Cons. Food at the Buffet was just ok. Dim sum wasn’t served with mustard or Chili sauce. When I asked they Bro it Tabasco and Tapatio sauces. Fried chicken looked delicious but was dry. Seafood selection was ok but the carving station meat selection was great! Valet was good except at checkout when it took over 30 minutes and there was only one other person waiting for their car and I called from the room.
Pros. Stuff, casino, FOOD!!!
Cons. Some housekeepers were not really friendly but still did their job really good. Nothing else to complain about
Pros. The bed was very comfortable. I also like the added Amazon added Alexa to do voice commands to open and close drapes and lights and give some information
Cons. The cost of food anywhere on this property is outrageously high
Pros. The Wynn is amazing from the lush grounds that surround the property and the pool area to the restaurants and rooms. Everything is first class. The staff was incredible, friendly and extremely helpful and service focused. The Terrace Cafe was a great place to start the day overlooking the pool. Loved the "adults" only pool and bar. The fitness center and spa was also first class. We had a view of the Vegas strip which was spectacular.
Cons. No coffee maker in the room and no room in the refrigerator to store water and wine - that I purchased.
Cons. Clean room, excellent room planning, attention to detail, friendly personal.
