They don't provide plates, utensils, pots or pans for the stove. The Queen sized beds seemed much narrower than the standard Queen bed. The fridge was very loud when it was running. 1st floor would've been nice. Only need the hotel room for one night could not get an update receipt for records. Price was a bit high for March, just because of a State Tourney in town the cost was a bit high. property had electric plugs available so I was able to keep my vehicle warm in the cold winter night. Donuts or something just for a quick snack with coffee. free breakfast. soap so small it slipped off the built in soap dish in the shower. maybe a grip surface would keep it from sliding into the tub? poorly designed bath when one has to reach behind to get toilet paper. Lack of breakfast and the self checkin kiosk. had a few problems but they fixed them right away. Leaving. I will not stay there again. everything was fine. Only missing breakfast. The building was very well kept. The room was clean and pleasant. TV worked well. My main issue with this motel is there is no breakfast included and in the lobby like many other motels. The coffee was very good but some muffins or donuts would be a welcome addition. Don't like to having to 'order' breakfast. Bed was very uncomfortable! lighting was not conducive to reading. If they they would have had a free breakfast. No. The tubs drained slowly, but otherwise, the stay was excellent with friendly, helpful staff! A little light by the kitchen sink or area. It's kinda dark in that area at night. Everything was great....just that the rates have gone up Significantly....assuming due to inflation. I just don't know if I can afford to stay with you anymore So disappointed!! We had to leave a day early. The only thing that really bothered me was the fact we were accused of and charged for taking pillows that we didn't. We were charged even after talking with them and offering to let them go through our vehicle before we left! The plumbing drains needs attention. If you stay longer than 2 days housekeeping needs to replenish Towels. Mismatching. We ordered a big room with two queen beds but we got a room with one queen bed with another floating bed which was very uncomfortable. The worse thing was no other room to change and staff told me they did not know we ordered a room with queen beds. The order confirmation, however, clearly showed it was. NA I went into the restroom there was a pair of men's underwear there. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable about activities in the area. The rooms are spotless along with comfortable beds. These beds gave way to sinking in toward the center of the bed, which is even more exaggerated when two people share the same bed. Main door for each room slammed shut loudly, if users didn't hold onto the door as it closed. From very early to early morning, the resounding, crashing bang of doors woke even the deepest sleepers! Perhaps it was due to lighting, but small items would get missed when vacuuming the carpeted hallways. Main light switch didn't offer options to turn off some lights overhead. If course, the bathroom and nightstand lamp had those options. A little bit of an odd smell in the hallway…might have just been the day we were there or from another guest. We had problems immediately entering the room. They had given us no wash clothes and the toliet was backed up!!! This room was ready for check in???!!? I think not!! Pillows were acceptable, but I am very finicky with pillows. My only problem.
