Pros (+) Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Room was clean and breakfast enjoyable.
Cons (-) Upon arrival we were told that there was no room with double bed available, so we were given a twin bed club room. Staff did not offer to move beds together before we arrived in the room. The bathroom shower did not have any hot water. Usually we enjoy a great value for money stay, but was a bit disappointed this time.
Pros (+) I stayed for 9 days at the hotel and my experience was great. I was constantly bothering concierge for my car at all different hours, and they were always pleasant and helpful. I will definitely stay at the hotel again.
