The location was great, staff were very helpful and professional. The room was clean, comfortable bed and a great bathroom. Sunil from Concierge and Rosemary from the front desk were exceptional.
The in-house restaurants were pricy but enjoyable.

The Seaview room we stayed in was nice, comfy bed and spaceous. We move to this one from a city view room that wasn't very nice. We had to pay supplement but they charged us the supplement for 1 night when we stayed 2 nights.
The city view room we had payed for had 2 windows very narrow. It was actually claustrophobic. The breakfast was the most disorganized breakfast I have seen in my life. There were 3 waiters for about 50 tables. No tables available and when one got free it was full of plates and cups and nobody was there to clean them. after 10 minutes we cleared one table of the things that were on it and used it as it was. But to get cutlery we asked some waiters that were running around and after few times asking they were coming with it if you were lucky. I haven't experienced such a thing even in 2 star hotels. Very disappointed. Swimming poll had shade most of morning.
