Pros: We really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful countryside view from the property overlooking the Tuscan Hills and Montepulciano at night. The breakfast was very good and the lady who served us coffee in the morning was very charming.
Cons: Finding this accommodation is nearly impossible. It didn't show up on our vehicles GPS. We knew it was near Acquaviva as that is the town name which appears in the locations address. We stopped in Acquaviva and no one in town could direct us to the accommodations until finally a very friendly pharmacist called the place and we got verbal directs on how to get there. Heaven help you if you tried to find this place in the dark.

Pros: Location was great regarding proximity to a variety of vineyards. Rooms were very nice and comfy. Loved the chef and staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend!
