9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is very nice. Everything in the Hotel and the infrastructure is clean, new or renewed and in great condition. The breakfast and the dinner where extremely good. The quality of the food and the possibility to taste local products was awesome.
Cons: I think the kids club is indeed big, but there could be more personal to take care about the kids. The car rental, which was not from the hotel, it was an external company only had already old and used cars.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Didn’t like the food that much
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff, no fuzz for coming early, always supportive and friendly. Nice breakfast selection and directly on the beach. You can order comfortably thru an app room service or to your beach bed and see/book all activities.
Cons: Almost nothing to mention, maybe an iron board would have been nice to have and maybe the room was a bit small.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: this was the fifth time staying here. beautiful property and friendly welcoming staff throughout
Cons: Always mosquitos in room
4.0 Okay

Pros: The Lango is an extremely well run, beautifully presented hotel with charming, very well trained staff who cannot do enough for you. The room had a sea view, well worth the extra to see the beautiful sunsets, breakfast was excellent with an enormous range of food to suit all tastes/nationalities. The pool is excellent as are the pool side beds and the bar area there. I had an extremely relaxing week in very comfortable surroundings.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff amazingly helpful, the breakfast is amazing, the pool is beautiful, spa is lovely, sunset over the front is great, all the little extras like open air cinema night or 7am yoga on the beach really make it a very special place. Would highly recommend for a nice, relaxing holiday!
Cons: If I was being very picky the pool could be heated and playing some music in the gym.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property is amazing and is beautifully designed from the lobby to the rooms. The staff are attentive, ready to help with any request and make you feel at ease as soon as you arrive (the welcome drink was very refreshing). The range of choices at breakfast were fantastic, the pastries and local foods were absolutely delicious. Overall, a lovely place that I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again!
Cons: Only one tiny thing I would change, it would be nice if the private pool was heated.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous final evening from our sailing trip. Just the right amount of luxury with a fabulous private pool to relax at.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The beach is nice but rocky, no sand and that was the best part of the hotel. The ocean was warmer than all the hotel pools which were freezing. We couldn’t go into the pool at all. Most of the food we had was tasty, although unfortunately on the first day we went to the sushi place and we couldn’t eat there because the fish weren’t fresh and very fishy.
Cons: There was no shower pressure at all in any of the rooms ( we had 2 rooms and checked the option to move to another - none had water pressure). When we walked into the room we saw that the sheets were dirty. Also, there was a day where they just didn’t change the sheets in our baby’s bed. They just left sheets on the bed for us to change. The staff seems really nice but whenever we needed anything from them, they were not helpful at all and the it was was super slow.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing value, great facilities, stunning views, great food options and variety.
Cons: Some staff were great but others were a little rude even when we were always trying to be polite and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is brilliant, nice surrounding.. the quality of food is superb and the staff is so friendly. This hotel is perfect for a complete chillout. 10.0 Excellent
Cons: The variety in the Restaurant might be improved.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing buffet breakfast - yum! The surrounding land is (for the most part) undeveloped and has a lovely remote, rural feel.
Cons: 2 more stand up paddle boards on the beach would have been great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful interiors and common areas and incredibly comfortable rooms, we loved everything! Also great food and super sweet friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff across functions. An excellent setting with everything curated in detail. The location is amazing especially if you want to slow down from the city's busy rhythm, and excellent for long walks during the sunset.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel with a modern and very relaxing atmosphere. The beach is perfect to hang out all day.
Cons: They could change the menu in the restaurant more often or offer daily specials.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Second time I stayed at this great place. Just love it. It’s all about the friendly staff, the good Food, and of course the complete atmosphere. The Location at the Beach is Perfect and you can do Long walks at the beach or just chill and relax.
Cons: Nothing to complain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was slightly apprehensive as I was a single traveller however I was not disappointed. What’s not to like! I stayed here for just over a week and loved every second of it The suite was super comfortable and spacious, the semi private pool was fantastic for a wake up swim first thing in the morning The grounds of the hotel, amenities, spa and gym were all outstanding. The staff could not be any more helpful or friendlier I would most certainly recommend Yoga at 9am with Elena the Yoga Guru
9.6 Excellent
Pros: If you want to completely relax this is the place to come. I didn’t feel I needed to go anywhere during my week as the restaurant food was fantastic, great bar for the evening and typical beach club area that was very classy. And right on the beach where you could walk for miles if you wanted to. The drinks were slightly on the expensive side, as well as the spa treatments, but I’d come back here in a shot if I needed to relax and switch off again. Couldn’t fault it
Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel - Kardamena - Bedroom

9.2 Excellent (3,934 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Nestled on the beach, this Kos property is within 9 mi (15 km) of Kardamena Port, Igroviotopos Alikis, and Plaka Forest. Antimachia Castle and Lido Waterpark are also within 9 mi (15 km).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful! The food and drinks were of high quality and with great diversity and really all inclusive at all times.
Cons: Despite clear instructions not to reserve deck chairs with towels, most were already blocked early in the morning and staff did nothing about it. The pools and children playground closed already at 6 pm.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff kindness, very clean and well maintained structure, availability of services (snacks, drinks, pizza, crepe, hot dogs, fresh fruit, almost anything to eat and drink available all day long, even on the beach side). Air conditioning in all bedrooms, frigobar service refilled every 2 days with "everything"
Cons: Too few deck chairs around the main pool area compared to the number of guests, which get all occupied since early morning hours so impossible to enjoy of that service and location. Bed sheets mix synthetics, so keep warm during the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staying in Norida hotel was amazing. Everyone is so kind- from the reception to the bar and the restraunts. 4 restraunts, variety of food, fresh and tasty. It was so fun, we'll come back!
7.9 Good
Pros: A special remark for the restaurants: very good food and very nice atmosphere. The waiters are very professional and customer oriented. As well, very good evening programs offered, for children and for adults.
Cons: The drinking water offered in the all inclusive program is really bad. They explained this is actually sea water de-salted, it may be the explanation. Overall, the facilities offered are ok but we expected a little more from a 5 stars hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked at the last minute and got a great deal, also lucky enough to get an upgrade on our room! The staff were fantastic and the al a cart restaurant was superb. The entertainment team done their best to include everyone. Also there wasn’t any additional fees that you would likely get at other all inclusive respires. With a free mini bar in room restocked regularly and beach towels that could be changed regularly.
Cons: The hotel is very popular with German tourists and in my opinion the food in the main restaurant is geared to their taste as was the evening entertainment. Only other issue was the fact that it was a bit out of town and needed to get a bus or taxi if you want to explore
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is excellent - all of the staff are very friendly, helpful and keen to make our visit a really good one; Vivi on the guest relations team deserves a special mention - she was lovely and so very helpful. This is a great hotel with really good facilities and great staff. The variety and quality of food on offer was just superb, on Friday evening we ate in the Big Blue speciality restaurant, which was really, really good (thankyou, again, to Vivi for arranging that for us); both food and service in the grill restaurant near the beach were excellent for lunch and breakfast and even the naughty but nice late afternoon treat of freshly made and cooked slices of pizza from the beach kiosk was lovely - and entertaining to watch, too. Finally, Saturday night's entertainment from the 'Il Divo' trio of tenors was also really very special.
Cons: Given that everyone at the hotel was so keen to please and to make our stay memorable, it feels a little churlish to carp - and really the only things we could find fault with were (i) the main restaurant is beginning to look a little tired - though the quality and variety of food and service there were both very good, and (ii) the other slight carp is that there are relatively few poolside sunbeds, all of which were always pre-reserved by the early risers - but it wasn't a problem for us really, as there are more than enough sunbeds for everyone on the hotel beach!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helping, especially Vivi from the customer relations. Liked the watermelon that they bring to your seat at the pools\beach. The food at the a-la-carte restaurant was very good. Bars are everywhere, pizza on the beach. Clear water at the sea and almost no waves. We got the large room with sea view (although in the reservation it was "garden view").
Cons: On the weekend the main restaurant became very crowded and seems that waiters were overloaded - we received our drinks only after we finished the dinner on one of the weekend evenings. There is no place to go near the hotel - the closest village didn't seems to have any attractions (at least this is how it look like from the taxi window). But we stayed only 4 days so it was OK, there is water sport(extra charge).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. I am not an EU holiday fan, but there are some exceptions - like this hotel. Amazing food concept, gorgeous crepeteria. Endless food and drink from morning up to 1 am in the night. The basic room was fine, air-condition was working, wifi without problems. The reception was very kind and helped us with trips and even with a late departure on the last day. A fantastic set of pools has a WOW factor for sure. Sea was nice, crystal clear and plenty of sunbeds to take. The best were à la carte restaurants with sea view and amazing tasting menus. We are going to return for sure
Cons: These are my recommendations: - smaller dessert portions would be better (looks incredible, but on night buffet I wanted taste more of these, but it was too huge to eat so many) - 1 heated pool would be nice to have - Incredible annoying kids (would be nice to have families with small children in separated wings, because it was so loud by the evening or during the sleep time in night - misbehaved children) - pool bar (staff) sometimes slow and not reacted nice or overlooking customers - do not allow the sunbeds reservations by towels from guests if they leave and sunbed is free for hours
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pools are stunning and very clean . The sun beds are lovely and brilliantly placed. Rooms are clean and bright and airy. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and enthusiastic in whatever position they held. The kid club also known as “the mini club” was sensational- the best we have experienced. We loved how clean it was , fresh, easy to access all fun things like water sports etc! It was just brilliant.
Cons: Our family are very much into good food - we like very nice things. While the food was lovely it wasn’t to our taste. It was hard to get A booking in the three restaurants and if you want a good sunbed you have to get down at 630am!!!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners and staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful. The semi-basement room for 3 was very clean and comfortable and still had a little outside seating area. The hotel and immaculate swimming pool and grounds were absolutely lovely -exactly as in the pictures- just across the road from the great cycle/walking/running path and the sea and not surrounded by other hotels. The buses were reliable and frequent into Kos Town a short bus ride away and the owners arranged for a cycle hire man to collect us to hire bikes.
Cons: Nothing - would have liked to stay longer!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My friends and I were in Kos Island only for few days but it was enough to appreciate the hotel and its owners. Mrs Marietta and Mr Grigoris were very kind and always helpful. Room was big enough to accommodate three people and we had a lot of free space. It was cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious and you could find a lot of local products there. I truly recommend this hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything. It has a wonderful view to the sea.It is a very nice place, very clean, we had a warm welcome from Grigoris and Marieta, the breakfast was great, with tasty local ingredients. All the personel was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel for a very pleasant stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: lovely, the staff is amazing, the location to die for. I loved waking up and see the sea and the Turkish coast just in front of me. Love Psalidi, love Kos, the apartments are spacious and clean, very quiet and relaxing
6.7 Good
Pros: We liked the welcome at the reception. She took out a map and showed us where to go and was very helpful whenever we had any questions. She even organized a rental bike for us in 5 minutes in the evening. This was amazing. The garden was very nice. Pool as well. You could decide every day whether you want to have breakfast or not. Coffee was amazing.
Cons: There was no kitchen equipment or furniture at all (except a fridge). Don’t know if „apartment“ is the right word here. The toilet flush didn’t work properly. The bed was not comfortable as you could feel the feathers coming through and one week there means backpain.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We like to self cater but after arriving late in the evening we booked breakfast for the next morning - everything we had read in the reviews was so accurate - if you are staying there please have at least one breakfast- fabulous!!
7.9 Good
Pros: Very responsive staff. The apartments were clean and tidy.
Cons: The apartment with kitchen must be better equipped. Salt, dish towel, cleaning liquid .... doesn't cost much, but raises comfort levels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm friendly people
Cons: Liked everything

A stay at Orpheus Studios places you in the heart of Kos, within a 15-minute walk of Psalidi Beach and Port of Kos. Featured amenities include luggage storage, a safe deposit box at the front desk, and an elevator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was great, recently renovated and very modern. The bed would have to be one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The main centre of town is just a 5-10min walk away as is the port. Marianna at reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she told us where to go and what to see and also helped us with hiring a car. We arrived early as well and we were out to check in early as our room was ready at no extra charge which was nice. There are restaurants downstairs below, we ate at the Italian one "Lendis" amazing food, highly recommend. If we come back to Kos we would stay here again!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a fantastic family run hotel. We were greeted by the daughter of the owner who even drove us to a nearby restaurant for dinner!! She gave us some great advice on where to eat and what to see in Kos. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a renovated room with city view. The view from the top floor is really nice and it's very quiet (it does not face the street). The room was full of lovely little touches such as a small bottle of wine, water and Nespresso coffee. We very much enjoyed these! The room is equipped with a small kitchenette, but we didn't use it. The cleanliness was excellent.
Cons: The cleaning ladies started working on the neighboring rooms a little too early and the noise was quite high and woke us up.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our deluxe sea view studio was on 3rd floor (there is a compact lift) with a balcony in the living room and bedroom. The kitchenette was fine for a five night stay and nespresso coffee capsules were provided every day together with a complimentary bottle of water and two small bottles of wine. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms were all spacious and airy, comfy bed and good shower. There are chairs and tables on each balcony (none in the living room though could be brought inside if bad weather). The sun doesn’t reach either balcony at all but still pleasant for sitting out and great views of the sea. About 10 minutes’ walk from the port and town centre although there are tavernas and restaurants close by.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: No swimming pool. Very small elevator. No ceiling fans. Best beaches 30 minutes walk. No shower door.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: The kitchen and bathroom taps were old but the hotel is planning to renovate anyway.

A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very clean rooms; very friendly and helpful staff. The beach is not packed with people unlike in the hotels nearby.
Cons: The dinner offered by the hotel is great but it's served too late in our opinion (19:45). If it were served an hour earlier, there would've been no need for us to travel to Kardamena instead. In the rooms around the bar, it's quite noisy in the evening until the bar closes.
8.5 Excellent

Pros: Great staff, chatty and helpful. Good swimming pool and beach nearby. Gym equipment not bad. A typical resort hotel if that’s what you’re after.
Cons: Buffet meals not my thing, also the traditional dancing event was a bit awkward. Odd sewer smell in our room, would have been a problem if we’d stayed more than one night.

7.1 Good
Pros: The resort was great and the Spa was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and you had everything you required so it was a comfortable stay.
Cons: Being an all inclusive resort it was a shame that food was not available anywhere after 9:30pm. The main restaurant was fine but you did fine that there was a lot of variety but it was repeated every day with little variation. You would end up eating the same thing everyday.

Pros: The view of the hotel is amazing! The breakfast is delicious, and the location is perfect to discover the city, start a boot trip or hang out at a beach bar. I absolutely recommend this hotel, and would love to stay again!
Cons: Just a very small remark, cafe latte inc. in the breakfast - instead of normal coffee, would be an extra plus :)

Pros: The manageress kindly allowed us to use the room late on the departure day as we had a late night departure. Super king beds were heavenly.

Pros: Food was excellent, bar staff are super friendly and the hotel itself is very pretty
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Gardens were beautiful and green, bed was super comfy
Cons: Really limited dairy free vegetarian food options especially for breakfast, would have been great to have some more vegetable dishes that weren’t covered in cheese. Loved that there was always a salad bar and some pasta though
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Staff. Food. Location and value
Cons: Bathroom condition and size
9.2 Excellent
Pros: First of all the staff Vasso from reception what a sweet and the other girl also. The staff at bar at restaurant. The room is big clean in a garden green and quiet . Even if the beach is a small walk from hotel it does not mater , the value for money is great. We love it and we will come again as almost all the guest !!!
Cons: The location a little far from beach and center of Kos .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely and helpful and the place was very clean.
Cons: It was quite hard to find the t&cs regarding the all-inclusive- ie gin/vodka not included and ended at 11pm. I think you should be more upfront about the exclusions. We stayed in a room with 3 beds but the 3rd bed was not big enough for our son. We should have checked this when booking and in fairness we didn’t raise this at the time with the hotel. Food was a little bit hit and miss
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice playground for 1-6 year old kids.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble, relaxing atmosphere , this is the 3rd time at this hotel would recommend it
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful receptionist, Vaso.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is perfect for me. Quiet location but within easy reach of the beach, bars and restaurants of Lambi. Kos Town is about a 20 minute walk away. Stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the rooftop restaurant. Staff cannot do enough for you. They are friendly, welcoming and so helpful. Everyone takes pride in their job and nothing is too much trouble. The extensive grounds are beautiful and a joy to walk around. A credit to the gardening team's hard work The food is buffet style with a good choice of salads and hot food. You can even make your own waffles for breakfast! The rooms are Greek style with French doors onto your own private terrace or balcony where you can sit and enjoy the fabulous gardens. There are some updated rooms with more modern fittings if that's your preference. As a solo traveller this hotel is perfect for me but it is good for families too with a very well equipped play area. There are lots of comfortable shaded areas to sit when you want to escape the midday heat. I've just returned from my second visit and it wont be my last.

Pros: Very nice hotel. Excellent buffet both breakfast and dinner. Rooms are wonderful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great food, amazing staff 10/10. So helpful and accommodating. Loved staying here. Will stay here again.
Cons: Nothing :-)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, the gym was one of the best I've seen in a hotel.
Cons: Nothing springs to mind
7.9 Good
Pros: Free dinner box upon midnight late arrival. Very nice staff. Good breakfast. Free 15 minutes massage. One night free dinner a la cart although we did not choose to have it. Nice sea view.
Cons: Terrible wifi. Breakfast only until 10 in the morning. No light in the bathroom mirror. The shower head was on the long side of the bath with shower curtain. Would be better if it was with glass and shower head on the short side. There was no freezer. The coffee was not so good from the machines at breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is amazing. I had breathtaking views from the room - sunrise every morning and the beautiful see. Everything is super clean, the rooms, the restaurants, the communal areas. I had breakfast included and the food was always fresh and tasty. There were the usual European items and then Greek things like spinach or cheese pie, Greek cakes, etc. The hotel has a fantastic gym that opens early till late. It has a Smith frame, dumbells, benches, treadmills and bikes, Cable machine, leg extension /leg curl, etc and it's included in the price. Really good!! The pools are large and clean with plenty of sunbeds around. I got a complimentary a la carte dinner and both the food and the service were excellent. And this is one of the most important things. The staff is fantastic, not 5* but 6*. Starting from reception to the cleaners, they always smile and look out what they can do for the guests. Respect to them in that heat. :D I got a lot of advice and tips where to go, what to do, how to get to places, etc. The hotel is built on the hill and the buildings are scattered all around. There is a golf car service taking people up and down on the hill - great when someone is feeling lazy. Kardamena town is within walking distance (8 mins) so it's easy to go out for a meal or drink, or just for some shopping. But there is a mini market in the hotel anyway. I had a nespresso machine in the room, and all the usual things like bathrobe, slippers, fridge, kettle, hair dryer, telly etc. :) I hired a car and could park it at the hotel for free, no issues, didn't even need to book it. If one day I return to Kos, I'll stay here again.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast very rich and delicious, two restaurants are very elegant one with great sunset view, staff very kind and smiling, ambiance and the music is great. Also pool is very comforting. This is one of best places in Kos.
Cons: May be fresh flowers in the room and on the tables outside, more silent sunbath area on the grass.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: 1. Staff at the bar and in the breakfast area - especially omelette station 2. New gym - new equipment and sport classes (yoga or fitness class) 3. Private beach and iced coffee served on the beach 4. Quiet location 5. Extended breakfast selection and very good lunch menu - especially the Greek salad 6. Sandra the hairdresser - very nice lady! 7. Good pool 8. Adults only
Cons: 1. Staff at the reception could be more friendly 2. Gym open from 9am - it would be nicer if the gym was open from 7am, if you come at 9 and work out until 10, you only have 30 minutes left for breakfast 3. Manicure/pedicure at the spa- no proper sterilization of the equipment except for a spray, staff requires extra training as the manicure I paid 40€ for did not meet my expectations
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely, room and facilities were beautiful and well presented. Right on the beach with a blue flag beach, horse riding, and quad bike hire nearby. Spa and gym was great, had everything you could need.
4.6 Okay
Cons: Inexperienced staff in the restaurant. No flexible customer service approach. Price way out for the value. To be truly classified certainly not as a 5 star category BUT 3 star. A long way to go for earning the high level worthy reputation .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Best swimming pool ever. Lovely staff. Nice check in treat
Cons: Lack of storaging in the room (really struggling to answer this question?
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The low rise buildings are set around a lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and shade. The bar and restaurant are close by and open air but also covered if you want - the choice is yours. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The swim up pool front rooms are fabulous-real luxury. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with free water daily in the fridge. Bathrobes provided and slippers provided plus lovely toiletries. The small shop on site sells reasonably priced soft drinks, lager, etc which can go in your room fridge for drinks on the balcony or patio. The breakfast is amazing. The choice is incredible and all fresh, good quality and delicious. The best buffet breakfast I have ever known. Champagne to go with it as well! Perfect, lovely hotel.
Cons: The location is very isolated so not walkable to any shops or nightlife but we knew that when we booked. However there is a regular bus service to and from Kos Town for 2 euros each way taking around 15 minutes and bus stop directly outside the hotel.

2.9 Mediocre
Pros: The food was plentiful. Staff pleasant. Except reception staff were not helpful when I told them I wanted to change the Accommodation. The whole village was overbooked and my friends transferred to their sister hotel.
Cons: The shower had a tatty crumpled curtain hanging up. The shower didn’t work .( maintenance did come out and fix it) The room was alive with different insects. When I woke in morning my handbag was full of ants. Ugh! I have never in my life been subjected to such awful conditions. I deal with booking.com a lot but really think there should be a refund ! When I got home I put my belongings outside in case insects were in there. I also ended up with severe nausea and diarrhoea. Never again will I go to that awful place.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The view was amazing and the cleaners were good. The food was ok.
Cons: The beds were so uncomfortable, it was so far away from everything and the taxi service is shockingly bad. Often had to wait over an hour. There are no ‘do not disturb’ signs.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Clean.
Cons: Drink water smells chlorine.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good, the location is ok, you need a car though. The beach in front of the hotel is also ok. The personal was mostly very rude. There is no fitness studio, you have to go to the hotel nearby, which belongs to the same owner, which is also ok
Cons: The most disappointing experience. We booked a suite. The rooms are very very old and not well preserved. The doors didn't close well and the walls were musty. The toilet was in the most awful situation someone can imagine - more details are very disgusting- and we had to ask from the staff to get it better cleaned for three times, but nothing happened. After that we had to talk to the director to get the bathroom 5 days after our arrival cleaned. They then gave us as an apology a plate with a banana, an apple and some grapes (!) as well as a bottle of very cheap wine. The hotel is not that cheap; such behaviours are generally unacceptable for hotels who want to be competitive on an island, where there are plenty of options and luxurious hotels. Another incident: we were the whole day on en excursion, we came back at 23 o'clock at night and asked for fresh towels, as they were not replaced. Someone came to our room and instead of apologising, he asked us why we called that late at night!!!!! The worst experience ever and I am definitely not coming back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place with children
Cons: There was a misunderstanding or error, so that half of our family supposedly had half board while the other only had breakfast. Fortunately, I could prove that both rooms had half board on the reservation. The issue, however, came up too many times, even the day after we had shown that we were entitled to half board, so that was unpleasant. Thereafter, the issue seemed to have been resolved. Other than that everything was fine.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Closeness to the beach.
Cons: Problems with wi-fi, 3 days not working in rooom, then very slow. Not a 5 star hotel, more 3 star. Very expensive 3 star hotel. Plastic fantastic - plastic deckchairs in a room for 370 EUR per night!!! They do not have shaving sets in the reception, you need to buy one in overly expensive hotel shop. Dirty dining room. It was a huge disapontment expecting 5 stars and getting only 3. Average food. Never again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent views over the ocean and the pools. Superb service and great staff. Breakfast and lunch are excellent, and likewise the available snacks in the afternoon are of high quality and decently priced. Pools are really nice. Ocean is clean and blue, but make sure to bring water-shoes as the shore is rocky.
Cons: The overall complex is of high quality and is definitly 5-star. But be aware that the quality of the different room types available on the complex have significant differences in overall quality. We stayed in the 'COMFORT SEA VIEW' and 'FAMILY ROOM SEA VIEW' rooms. Although they have excellent views of the sea and the pools, these rooms do not have a 5-star feel and quality. The bathrooms are in need of an upgrade / makeover. Having said that, I didn't have any real complaints, that is, other than the somewhat dated look. The nights are quiet and you don't hear the neighboors. All you hear is the ocean, which is very pleasant obviously. As a second tip to the management: please-please-please add ten or so extra pool-beds per pool... they will easily fit and then everyone can relax. Although it wasn't really bad to get pool beds, I do feel a few more would have been absolutely viable.
5.4 Okay
Cons: I think Dimitra should not be a 5 star hotel; everything is very average. Beach, food, facilities are quite average.

7.5 Good
Pros: The area is at the end of a road, hence not much traffic. Area is quiet. Great view from the infinity pool towards Turkey. Nice pool bar. Rooms are ok, not more. Breakfast - medium choice of food (in terms of quantity). Quality is good!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The hospitality is way above standard. Excellent kitchen. And of course the location is breathtaking.
Cons: The bathroom .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff . Helped us to have a great trip . Especially Maria
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous setting. Fantastic infinity pool. Excellent breakfast. Very fast WiFi.
Cons: This is more about Kos Town than the hotel. Kos Town is a hectic mess, virtually no taxis. Hotel is 6 miles from the ferry dock. Struggled to find bus stop that goes to the hotel. Wasted 90 minutes in what should have been a 10 minute taxi ride. Hotel might want to warn future guests about the transport challenges from the ferry dock to the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful, friendly and made a lot of effort
Cons: A lot of bugs in the room I.E. woodlouses Shower wasn’t very powerful
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The pool
Cons: Not a 5 stars ata all. Avarage 4 stars hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is probably the best I have ever stayed at! The staff were amazing...nice and helpful and always ready to answer any questions we had. The hotel is absolutely stunning and the pool is unreal. We only went for 2.5 days but we didn't leave the hotel the whole time. We went to relax and enjoy ourselves and that was exactly what the Michelangelo provided for us!
Cons: That we couldn't stay longer!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The whole family had a great stay at the Michelangelo. The pool is truly spectacular, the beach is pebbles but water is very clean, rooms are modern and food is tasty. Bus service to Kos town is reliable, hiking enthusiasts can even start from the hotel and climb to the antennas for a view on the other side of the island. Staff is very pleasant, thanks to all.
Cons: Free water would be nice for halfboard members
