The hotel was very modern hip stylish and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent customer service Close to Terminal 1. The bus connection between Terminal 1 and 2 is great. Clean hotel, functional, comfortable and just what a traveler needs. The price is right. I will stay there again. We only stayed one night. Arrived at 9 PM and checked out at 6:30 AM. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hotel was attractively decorated, front staff was very accommodating to our needs. Room was nice, clean and comfortable for two. Location was great directly across from terminal two with a shuttle going between terminal 1 & 2 every 5 minutes. We also took part in the buffet breakfast for 10 euros each. Which included unlimited milk, coffee, juice. Pastries, cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, and selected slices of cheeses and meats. Definitely would stay again if ever in the area. Cafe choices for food very limited and a little pricey, but convenience is expensive, choices consisted of cold sandwiches, premade" warm up meals and salads.

Friendly and efficient staff, location (across Terminal 2), quiet, facilities, food Rooms are a bit sparse. No cups for drinking in the room.

Clean pleasant reception staff & food staff great price for the location important essentials available light breakfast included,,sufficient, limited selection cereals, danish rolls, coffee, tea, etc. no phone in the room, all was on the web, and when we finally found the message on the web, it said....'WE WOULD RATHER SPEAK TO YOU IN PERSON, SO THERE IS NO PHONE IN THE ROOM: Queen bed only, no king beds, ... asked for 2 twins, but not sure if 2 twins are available either no room service, food was packaged sandwiches/salads & 1 warm dish @ dinner next to the reception area.

Clean, stylish, comfortable, with most amenities. Terrific value for an overnight stay. Food options were limited, so if you are looking for a full restaurant, it would disappoint. However, there are salads, sandwiches and so on.

The location in Terminal 1 is superb! The cold tile floor in our room. The room & bathroom lighting. The bar area is uninviting and just blah.

Layout can require extensive walking between lobby and room Restaurant food was marginal which made its premium prices seem unreasonable. The card key was unusual for us and awkward for controlling interior lighting, etc.

Hotel is modern, good amount of English TV channels, if you can upgrade to get wifi and lounge do it! It is worth it! Location was great I literally walked only 5 minutes to depart in my flight. Train station is literally infornt of hotel. 20 min train to main city!!! ;) I did not like that you had to pay extra to use sauna and steam room

We had an early morning flight out of Milan. It was so convenient to stay at the Sheraton located right in the airport. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant the night before and retired early. It was so easy to leave the hotel in the morning and walk right to our gate. No travel to the airport which gave us a bit of extra time in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable and we didn't hear a single plane all night.

Excellent facilities, and adding a pool and spa etc. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff, gourmet but unpretentious dining, and just wait till you see the light show in the gigantic shower. Luxurious bed, linens and decor. This is exactly where you want to be at the end of a long busy travel day. There is nothing l didn't like about this hotel.

Nice clean rooms, great breakfast! Airport shuttle bus stop w2as hard to find and not very well labled at the airport so we wandered around and could not find it. The reception desk staff at the adjacent Sheraton were very helpful and gave us directions to the shuttle stop all this taking about an extra hour at the airport.

Excellent service, clean and modern. Good breakfast. Shuttle service to Airport is not where others are. It is 4€ and leaves from door 4 bus stop 4. No restaurant on site.

We wanted to be near the airport for an early flight. We were so pleased with Holiday Inn Express. The shuttle was very convenient, the room was super clean and comfortable.
