Pros: I loved the lady that worked in the breakfast room. She was so friendly
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room, the location, friendly staff and the breakfast
Cons: N/A
7.5 Good
Pros: Loved the spaciousness of the room and the lighting in the room.
Cons: Had a mechanical failure fire alarm in the middle of the night. Sat in the car for an hour and nobody came around to tell us we had the all clear to return to our rooms. We had to go back into the building to ask...a BIG no-no when there is a fire evacuation. It could have been handled better in my opinion. And it would have been nice to receive some form of compensation for the inconvenience. But overall just glad there wasn't a fire and that the alarms all worked.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The property had everything we needed, two bedroom two bath suite with a full kitchen including oven and dishwasher. I didn’t give it a full credit review because it felt very used/worn in— specially faded/worn fabrics, scratched/scuffed dishes and the couch cushions didn’t stay put due to frequent use (they were a shiny material). It was a nice stay though. The breakfast was amazing & the service was great. We would certainly stay again. Also I was happy they had Paul Mitchell products so I didn’t even use the to use my own toiletries!
Cons: - breakfast - space for the cost - service - proximity to rt 75 and food
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Incredibly nice staff and great breakfasts and dinner snacks. We loved not having to go on the highway to get to UT Dallas.
Cons: The facilities were a bit older. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable, but then, they usually are.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The food was great and customer Service was excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and the breakfast was excellent!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the breakfast, lots of choices and close to what I needed and easy to get around
Cons: Slight little attitude from one employee at the front desk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Anthony was awesome!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. I was surprised by the friendliness and attentiveness of the breakfast staff. I liked that they had large weight dumbbells which made it possible for me to get in a great full body workout
Cons: Key card readers were a lil tricky at times. Everything else was great.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and elegant.
Cons: I checked in late about 2 hours because the room was not ready. But when I request a late checkout for 1.5 hour they gave me only 1 Hour.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, nice setup. Spacious. All needs were met and more.
Cons: Everything about the hotel was GREAT. The only thing is that HYATT HOUSE offers the same type of experience at about $50 cheaper. So no bad review, just stating there is a cheaper option for relatively the same experience.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: I love how helpful the front desk ladies were. They worked very quickly to satisfy any needs or concerns I had and with the best attitude. If that same energy was communicated to some of their other staff this would have been a perfect stay.
Cons: Unfortunately we did not have access to the pool while we were there. We can assume it was related to cleaning or maintenance of some sort but we never got a consistent answer. Also some of the staff seem to lurk around as if we were expected to do something wrong and that was a bit insulting being as how I spent a lot of money on two rooms and did not spend much time in the hotel at all.
7.5 Good
Pros: I stay frequently. It’s great.

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay

Cons: Your food court is high priced for what you get
9.5 Excellent
Cons: the only thing I can say about my stay there was fact that I checked in late in the evening and didn't have enough time to enjoy the full capacity of the facilities
4.0 Okay
Pros: Clean but room needs update. Odd seeing a hotel room these days with no USB ports. I had to make a run to the store because I did not bring my charging block. I did not think I would need it since it has been years since I stayed in a room with no USB po
Cons: I was charged for parking and the front desk person did not even tell me he was charging. Funny how I can stay at the biggest hotel in downtown Dallas and hotel guests do not have to pay for parking but at a hotel that is not in a prime area charges.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location Value for money Parking availability Decent pool and gym (not great but ok)
Cons: Availability of food: very limited options and not even available 24/7
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything felt like being home, CLEAN
Cons: Everything was great
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location
Cons: Bathroom light stop working last day there
9.3 Excellent
Pros: My stay was great. Staff was very friendly and personable. The bed was comfortable and surroundings were peaceful. Nearby there were some good restaurants and a grocery store which was very helpful. I love the shampoo and conditioner already hanging in the shower (Paul Mitchell is my favorite). The food was DELICIOUS and filling! Thank you for having Starbucks. It was a little higher in price than in the surrounding area, but I didn't mind paying a little extra for the convenience and the great taste. I came in towards the end of the live music one evening, but what I did hear was soothing and created a really nice environment in the lobby. The infused water once you come in from the TX heat was a nice touch as well.
Cons: There were very small things that caught my attention. There was random hair on the floor and in the shower when I first arrived. When I turned on the shower water would shoot out the side of the showerhead onto the floor. Even when the showerhead had been activated water would still spraying from the faucet also spilling onto the floor.
6.3 Good
Pros: Bed was so comfortable..bathroom was in good standard.
Cons: Dont have anything bad to say.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazingly accommodating for our late arrival. We were emptying a storage unit in Oklahoma City on Saturday which took far longer than anticipated. I called ahead to advise we’d be running late, but I didn’t anticipate how late. We didn’t arrive in Richardson until 3:30 am, but the front desk clerk was very friendly and quickly checked us in.
7.5 Good
Cons: Apparently they charge for parking, got it taken off though.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I checked in early like 3 hrs the stuff was curtious to let us in. It was great
Cons: Nothing.. break fast was great but can be improved on options
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I liked the rooms. The cleanliness and the comfort of this place. High ceilings and the entire room was clean and neat. The bed was extremely comfortable. I liked the place it was good and worth it every penny paid. The staff was nice at check-in. I really enjoyed the fire place in the back. I would definitely stay here is I get a deal in the price for a room.
Cons: I didn’t like that the breakfast was no complimentary. There is also a fee to park your car there and they just not long started doing that. The extras in this place are what they make their money out of. I guess it’s the price of the convenience.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: I really liked that the staff was very professional and kind upon my arrival. They offered a bottle of water. I also liked that check-in was less than 2 minutes and then I was on my way to my room. The breakfast was delicious.
Cons: They gave weird instructions to operating the AC unit. The room was very chilly and I had to call down to the front desk for assistance. The issue was resolved and I enjoyed the rest of my stay.
6.8 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. I also got room service the first night of my stay and it was quick and tasty
Cons: Most uncomfortable bed i have slept on in years!! Very very hard mattress and a big hump in the middle of king size bed! Room was also hot...hotel must have ongoing problem with this...i got a little blue insert with room card that said in big bold letters that you must not set thermostat below 65 or a/c will freeze! Room stayed warm all night...im not a hot natured person either
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. I have zero complaints. It’s was a random family night out for my kids and I and am even more random 55 degree rainy cold day in MAy in Texas lol we loves our room and the indoor poor. And the breakfast the following day was great and every staff member was more than accommodating and kind. Loved our stay!

Pros: No good I payed for it with my room and still got charged for it

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love love love love it!!!! Great front desk service. Good food. Love complimentary water and cookies as you walk in. Upscale neighbourhood and surrounding
Cons: The indoor pool could have been a little warmer. Hot tub was perfect!!! They never ran out of towels. Comfortable cushioned seating, felt like upscale resort
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated and welcoming.
Cons: Walls of the room had no soundproofing. The neighboring room was full of loud people who were banging and talking at 3:30 am.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: The hotel overcharged me for my breakfast on July 7th.
7.5 Good
Pros: I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. We reserved the hotel because of the inside pool.
Cons: The inside pool was poorly maintained. The staff member was adding cold water through a house over the hot tub to the pool and the hot tub was barely like warm. Also the chlorination mixture was off because just sitting on the tub caused out eyes to burn. We had hoped for a nice relaxing weekend by the pool but that wasn't possible. We also had understood through booking.com that our breakfast was free. The first morning, the staff member said she confirmed it was free but the second morning we learned we had to pay. It seemed like the system is broken. I also expected a cookie upon arrival but i guess we weren't at the right Hilton type location. Also the beds were terribly hard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was an awesome motel
Cons: Everything was amazing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great indoor pool and hotbed, made to order omelets

Cons: Our room was VERY dirty. Tried to switch rooms but the other room was even worse so returned to first one. Cleaning staff had gone home so we were handed a spray bottle and two paper towels to clean ourselves. Literally so bad I didn’t want to sleep in my bed.

Cons: Nothing!
6.3 Good
Pros: Location was good, 10 min walk to restaurants and close to freeway
Cons: The entire building is just old. All the rooms smell old/mildewy. I had to ask to get my washroom cleaned as it smelled like urine which was done well. Also very humid in the building. The duvet cover was thread bare as were some of the towels. Complimentary Breakfast was to start at 6am, they would only start putting it out at 6am. The gym is also very small.

Pros: BREAKFAST WAS GREAT AND THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. THE ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE.. PARKING WAS FINE ESPECIALLY FOR ME WHO HAS SOME HANDICAP ISSUES HOTEL LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD AND EASY TO GET TO.
Cons: THE ROOM THAT I STAYED IN WAS VERY SMALL. MY WIFE AND I COULD NOT PASS EACH OTHER AT THE FOOT OF THE BED. THE ROOM HAD NO PLACE TO HANG CLOTHES EXCEPT THE CLOTHES CABINET WHICH WILL WRINKLE THE HECK OUT OF YOUR CLOTHES SO I HUNG MY CLOTHES ON THE BATHROOM DOOR. ONLY ONE OF THE TWO ELEVATORS WORKED. I LEARNED THAT THE ONE THAT WAS BROKEN HAD BEEN THAT WAY FOR OVER 9 DAYS. THIS DID CAUSE SOME EXCESS WAITING AND THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO EVEN PUT A OUT OF ORDER SIGN ON THE DOOR
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Beds were a little high for shorter people Breakfast was just fair, compared to other places we have stayed
5.8 Okay
