The rooms are nice, simple but tasteful decoration, and the place seems secure and very clean. The location is nice— a quiet side street but a shortish walk to the attractive and lively “centro.”
I found the set-up a little strange at first. If there hadn’t been a question about parking we would never have met Juan. We had to figure out how to put on the water heater. And instructions for the combination locks were confusing... maybe just because I’d never used a lock of that type before.
When my partner and I stayed in Casa Gonzalez we had the whole house to ourselves! It was very comfortable, and the instructions provided by the property in regards to gaining entry were clear and easy to understand. They also very kindly let us use the washer and dryer free of charge! The house is within 10-15 minutes walk of the main square and city hall, where there were plenty of market stalls and great food stands, as well as being half a block from a small convenience store. We absolutely loved our stay in Aguascalientes. Would definitely book here again
