Pros: Excellent hotel well suited for an overnight stay while travelling from north to south of Spa inu
Pros: From check in to departure we had a good experience.. food was good in restaurant and room comfortable
Pros: What makes this hotel is the staff and the cleanliness. It is a bit cavernous for my liking and more of a conference hotel than anything else but it fulfilled a need (it was a stop off).
Cons: There was nowhere to eat or drink before 8pm which, considering we had been driving for 6 hours, was not ideal.
Pros: excellent staff couldn't do enough for me during my stay

I will stay again but will be very careful not to get a smoker's room. So be warned.

Pros: The rooms and the views from my room
Cons: The parking. It was a little difficult to understand how it works.
Pros: Excelent location. For what we needed being close to the exhibition bus and the train station is essential.
Cons: Shower hoses were leaking a bit, seems lack of maintenance, but they were working well.
Pros: Because I have to return the rental car to the train station and take the bus to Barajas airport for my return flight ,it was perfect. Also you have public transportation to the main attractions.
Pros: Clean Modern furnitures Close to railway station Close to highway.
Cons: Very big building in horizontal way. My room was at the end of corridor. I counted 350 steps to reach enterence from my room. Imagine you forgot something on car (I did twice in a day). And need to walk 170m x 2 = 340m. In my booking i inform only want double bed. Not want 2 single bed. At reception, they offer me 2 single bed. They should inform me in advance if they can not provide, so i can look for other options in another hotels.

Pros: Very little
Cons: Built in the wrong locatuon.Virtually empty with few staff. Very limited food.
Pros: The room was spacious and felt more like a junior suite

Pros: Located in train station. Big rooms and quite
Cons: Breakfast could be better
Pros: good rooms and bathrooms, free parking near the hotel, Internet free in the business corner
Cons: hard to find
Pros: Good location very helpful staff. My wife thought Antonio was gorgeous.

Cons: The lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Pros: Location is fantastic. It is in the train station. Big rooms.
Cons: Breakfast and amenities are poor
Pros: spacious room
Cons: 1) impossible to get shower temp. stable (hot - cold - hot - cold etc. 2) rooms too noisy/not well isolated for the noise of the highway in front; 3) room was not vacuum cleaned for my 2nd night: all in all - give the 4 star rating and (very) high price per night (due to ongoing Zaragoza exhibition?), it was (very) poor value for money

Pros: Not far from old town and rest. cafes are near.

Cons: The hotel is old-fashioned.
Pros: Room was large and clean. Receptionists were really helpful with my problems with the room keys.
Cons: My room keys kept failing. I personally found the bed too hard. They did have a blanket in the wardrobe but I felt that a duvet would have been nice to have on the bed, rather than having to pull a blanket from wardrobe in early March.

Pros: Great hotel, with lovely staff, right in the centre of Zaragoza. The city itself was a lovely surprise, great bars and restaurants.

Pros: Delightful reception staff. Rooms are functional and clean. Good breakfast and easy access from the motorway. Best to use taxi into the old centre, €9 to the Plaza España.

Pros: Everything was wonderful. Really nice, comfortable hotel.
Pros: The hotel was very welcoming & very comfortable.
Pros: Spacious room, Nespresso machine in the room, comfortable bed. We were initially given a different room, we requested another one as it was a bit noisy facing the street. Cons: Unconfortable beds, very loud, thin walls
Pros: Everything is ok
Cons: I don't like my room
Pros: It was shabby...minimal facilities. Mould growing om the wall. I felt like i was entering the underworld of a seedy brothel. The lady on reception was extremely rude and angry.
Cons: Your staffs should be able to speaking English and required kindness.
Pros: Not much to commend this property. It is intended for transient workmen or backpackers without a budget, but priced as a 2-3 star hotel
Cons: Parking around 200 m away and about twice the cost mentioned on-line The staff were unhelpful. Language is a problem, but they did not want to speak in Spanish to the automatic translation system either. You climb two flights of poorly lit stone stairs. In the morning this was littered with dirty laundry. The room was tiny, not as pictured. No window in the bedroom. The bathroom was so small that it was not possible to sit straight on the lavatory as the sink was in the way.
Pros: Staff were lovely and happy to help. Location far enough from the centre of the festivities but not too far! Went to Zaragoza to learn about spanish culture. It was delivered in truck loads! The Fiesta de la Pilar was amazing. We also took in the Museo del fuego y bomberos. We will definitely be back.
Cons: Walls of the rooms were paper thin! Could hear neighbouring guests. Have to assume they had to put up with the snoring also!

Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The bed was really good, the shower very nice. The staff was very helpful.
Cons: The gym is too small, I wouldn’t say it’s the kind the of gym found in 5 stars hotels.
Pros: Great breakfast. Nice and comfortable rooms. Phev/electric car charging points.
Pros: Excellent spa and the room was high end. I think we were upgraded to a suite.
Cons: Nothing except that the steam room in the spa wasn't functioning.
Pros: Bigger rooms, big windows, clean
Pros: The hotel is very nice. I think is one of the best hotel in Zaragoza. I was looking for a good place with a amazing bed and a awesome shower. I have to say I found it at Reina Petronia Hotel.
Cons: We have to pay extra for parking. There is a lot of parking on the street. There is no one helping with luggages when we arrive at the hotel.
Pros: Clean and friendly good parking off site
Cons: No decent restaurant, cafe ok but always busy plus outsiders. Dinner too late 20.30 ate out ... no decent restaurant nearby either. Definitely not 5*. The spa was a joke not manned, no towels hot tub cool and steam room cold even after 1 hour to heat up. It should be On permanently . lighting in rooms poor and the module style bathroom adequate but the shower is lethal. Slippery no hand rail.
Pros: Room service 24h, amazing breakfast buffet, friendly staff, free parking around.
Our Ibis Hotel in Zaragoza in in the centre of the city, only 200 m from the Basilica del Pilar and the Cathedral. Rooms are designed for your comfort thanks to their AC, free WIFI, heating and TV. You can leave the car in the paid car park. Spaces are limited and can't be booked. Enjoy our breakfast from 4h to 12h at a reasonable price from our modern bar. Stay with us and enjoy a few days in Zaragoza!
Cons: The curtain was far too small for the bedroom window meaning we had lights shining though our window all night
Pros: Like all Ibis, you know what you’re going to get. Clean, tidy, if slightly spartan. Very friendly staff and superb location, with a car park in the basement.
Cons: Like all Ibis, no bath, just a shower.
Pros: Location is excellent.
Cons: The pillows very uncomfortable.
Pros: Location was good for those wanting to be in a city centre environment.
Cons: Trying to find the underground car park was an ordeal. Trying to leave it the following morning was a nightmare. No signage for exit no lighting either. We were woken up at 6am with a gang of youths fighting outside the hotel, kicking over rubbish bins and shouting. We went for this hotel as it was pet friendly, however, we could not take our dog into the restaurant. We made a mistake in using this hotel with its location. We have always enjoyed our stays in Ibis hotels and will use only those in rural locations in future.
Pros: Superb location, parking in the basement.
Cons: €10 for the dog. Why? Our dog doesn’t drop hair and there’s no added cleaning of the room required.
