Breakfast saloon was not ok.
position and still having smoking rooms!
spa and gym unavailable
Good modern hotel with all the expected facilities. In the centre of Alicante but not near the beach (no problem for us). Close to the old quarter of the city which is worth a visit.
Hotel staff a bit abrupt - sometimes verging on rude.
Clean white sheets, good location.
Not a lot of information for around the area. some complimentary bathroom products would of been nice especially as only traveling with hand luggage and being a four star hotel. also hairdryer in room not working, very important for ladies.
